• Stephan (9/5): - Lage sehr gut. Spitalfield Market um die Ecke, gute Pubs und ein hervorragendes Frühstückslokal in der Strasse, super nette Leute dort. Unkompliziertes Einchecken. Großzügige Flat, eigentlich alles da, was man braucht. 2. WC. Waschmaschine, Wäschespinne mit Bügeleisen und Brett. Gemütlich. Sauber. Heizung zentral funktioniert super mit Thermostat. 2 Ventilatoren für heisse Tage stehen im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Betten sehr bequem. Schlafsofa war schon aufgebaut, unsere Tochter fand es sehr gut zum Schlafen. Hatten Abflussprobleme im Bad, wurde gut gelöst. Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis alles in Allem. Nur 3 Duschhandtücher, also eine pro Person, ging zwar, ist aber ein bisschen wenig. Zumindest 2 Handtrockentücher im Bad und 2. WC wäre besser. Teppichboden vielleicht nicht für jedermann etwas. Bewohner im OG, also oben drüber zu komischen Zeiten umtriebig (mitten in der Nacht, früher Morgen), hatte auch einmal die Ambulanz bestellt, die standen dann vor unserer Tür. War aber eher amüsant als nervig.
• Marc (9/5): Appartement spacieux idéalement placé. - Excellent emplacement : au pied de la gare Liverpool street (liaison directe avec l'aéroport de Stansted). Toutes les lignes de métro à proximité.Tower of London à 30 minutes à pied. Quartier animé avec nombreux restaurants et bars, et magasins à proximité. Logement spacieux dans une maison typiquement anglaise.

• Stéphane (10/5): - Superbe appartement, idéalement situé à seulement 50 mètres de Liverpool Street, au cœur d’un quartier vivant avec de nombreux pubs et restaurants, et à 10 minutes de Brick Lane. L’appartement dispose d’une chambre ainsi que d’un canapé convertible dans le séjour, permettant d’accueillir confortablement jusqu’à 4 personnes. Il comprend une salle de bain avec toilettes, ainsi qu’un second toilette séparé. Vous bénéficiez également d’une machine à laver et d’une cuisine entièrement équipée, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Ainsi que d’une petite terrasse sur cour. Les photos correspondent à la réalité de l'appartement.

• Pablo (7/5): Very well located flat with a few inconveniences - Nice flat with superb location. There is a lot of light in the bedroom coming from the street that makes sleeping difficult, we had to buy eye masks. The bottom sheet in the bed is not a fitted sheet and it kept coming off the mattress during the night and we had to make the bed every morning. The mattress sinks in the middle. The pillows were tiny and not comfortable. Two very small towels for the shower and no hand towels, not good. And worst of all both the sink and the bath tub are blocked and get flooded as soon as you open the water. Really, for 200 pounds a night one would expect much better conditions.

• extrader (9/5): RECOMENDABLE AL 100% - Nos gustó todo. La ubicación, el anfitrion muy atento, la casa,... todo. Solo hubo una pega, solo una, la sabana es muy pequeña y por la nocre al moverte terminas durmiendo sobre el colchon.... una sábana más grande y seria todo de 10.

• Michela (9/5): Ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci ritorneremo sicuramente. - Facilità del check in Se devo aggiungere qualcosa , l’acqua scorre troppo lentamente nella doccia , la moquette nel 2025 sarebbe meglio toglierla ( non da questa garanzia di pulizia anche se l’appartamento era nel complesso pulito ).

• Judith (9/5): A good place to stay for access to Liverpool St station and only 20 min walk from the South Bank - The property was easy to find and in an excellent location. It was quiet and felt safe. I was there one night on my own and was not concerned about walking to the apartment building in the dark. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed and sofabed were comfy. As women travelling alone it is important that we feel safe and secure and we certainly did in this apartment. The sheet for the sofa bed could have been better; and it would have helped to have had instructions for putting the bed up. We think we got it right but it would have helped. If guests are using both bed and sofabed, it would be helpful to have access to an extra pillow or two.

• Clara (8/5): Very nice. uncomplicated stay. - Tolle Gegend, viel Gastronomie mit mehr oder weniger Action (Crispins die Straße runter ist toll und frisch), gute Padmachone, Wasserkocher etc. Nahe an Whitechapel Gallery und Raven Row, Ottolenghi an der Ecke (wer‘s braucht). Polstermöbel und Schlafzimmer schön sauber. Bitte keine Teppiche! Auch wenn er sauber war - Laminat oder Holz wecken mehr Vertrauen. Und: Adapter and/or usb Outlets next to bed. or sofa would be nice/necessary.

• angelique (7/5): Bon emplacement - L'emplacement est très bien. Le quartier est très agréable et vivant. Les transports sont très bien desservis. L'appartement est bien agencé et agréable. Les peintures sont bien blanches et propres. Les serviettes mises à disposition sont douces et propres. Du papier toilette, du savon et du liquide vaisselle sont mis à disposition. Le propriétaire est disponible pour répondre à nos questions si besoin. L'appartement est au 1er étage sans ascenseur et l'escalier est raide. Il faut être prudent avec les bagages. Chaque point d'eau a une odeur désagréable certainement liée aux canalisations anciennes. Les planchers sont bruyants. Ils craquent sous chaque pas du voisin du dessus qui s'endort tard et se réveille tôt... Et malgré des fenêtres doublées, l'insonorisation avec la rue est mauvaise. On entend très bien les bruits extérieurs. Dans le séjour, le puits de lumière n'a pas de store occultant. Il ne faut pas être sensible à la lumière du jour pour y dormir. Les couettes et oreillers ne sont pas confortables. Et j'avais oublié que les prises électriques étaient différentes de la France. La mise à disposition d'une ou 2 prises internationales auraient été appréciées.
• Kok Yi (10/5): I will stay here again if I come back to London with family. - The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to Liverpool street station. The apartment is very clean. The host is very responsive and accommodating. There's no aircon in the apartment which would not be a problem normally. However, we were in London during the heatwave. And I didn't know/ notice the apartment is not on G/F. Carrying the luggages up and down was a bit of challenge.

The apartment is beautiful, cozy, modern and we really appreciate excellent cleanliness. Good location with a wide choice of restaurants. Mattrasses are very comfortable, we felt at home. Communication also great a prompt. We fully recommend.

• Brian (9/5): A refurbished, spacious property with outside area, en-suite, kitchen and great living space. - The property is ideally located just steps away from the business, restaurants and attractions near Liverpool Street, making it perfect for exploring the area. It’s evident that the space has recently undergone refurbishment, as everything was in excellent condition and felt fresh and modern. It even had a small outside area which is rare in the City. What truly sets this property apart is its spaciousness—larger than most places I've stayed, it features an en-suite and an additional WC, which provided added privacy and convenience. Communication with the owner was seamless; they were not only responsive but genuinely interested in my feedback, which made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a fantastic location!
