- Lee (8/5): Hotel. - Room was great and clean. Exactly what it said. Bar area and service great even though it closes very early....Location good. Facilities all clean. Hotel pool area very crowded. Families from everywhere in Tenerife seemed to be on site......reserving beds and then not using them for long amounts of time or just sitting at the bar area for sake of having a bed.
- Theresa (9/5): Highly recommend - The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, the apartment was comfortable and a great size.plenty of hangers, well equipped and clean,there was lift access. Our host was very helpful and friendly, once we had Internet connection Antonio responded very quickly. Lift access was unavailable after 5.00pm but there are ramps, a few more kitchen utensils would be good, but it's a minor point, the sunbed distribution needs changing, we could not get a bed any day until 4.30pm because people gey them in the morning and keep towels on them all day, there should be a rule that if they are vacant for 2hours you lose them, it's not fair to sit on chairs when the beds are not being used, it's very easy to put this in action.
