Danielle (8/5): Très agréable mais grosse déception concernant la cuisine. - L’emplacement est idéal, l’appartement est lumineux et vaste, l’immeuble est sécuritaire et généralement non bruyant. Les lits sont confortables. Le personnel se Simaba Group répond généralement dans un court délai. Ceci ne se veut pas être un commentaire positif ou négatif, mais simplement une information qui, selon moi, aurait dû être mentionnée dans l’annonce de cette location : sachez qu’avant de pouvoir accéder à l’appartement, un bail de location doit être signé conformément aux exigences de la ville de Barcelone. On m’a demandé de fournir par courriel mon numéro de passeport ainsi qu’une preuve que nous allions quitter l’appartement à l’échéance de notre location. Il m’a été refusé de fournir ces infos sur place avant la signature du contrat et et la remise des clés. En plus, un dépôt de sécurité équivalent à environ 1/6 du coût total de la location doit être fourni. Bien que je comprenne cette demande, j’aurai aimé en être informé préalablement. À notre arrivée, les rideaux du salon étaient ballants à certains endroits, le robinet de la cuisine était figé dans un excédent de calcium, le tapis du salon était taché. Après avoir signalé ces situations, il faut mentionner que les rideaux ont été réinstallés correctement et le robinet a été changé. La cuisine n’est pas appropriée pour des occupants qui souhaitent se faire à manger occasionnellement (table de cuisson avec seulement deux petits ronds, four combinant micro-ondes et four traditionnel et pas de comptoir pour préparer les repas). Peu d’espaces de rangement pour les aliments. D’autres locataires nous ont dits partager notre opinion sur ce sujet. Le ménage est fait plutôt sommairement et avec des produits qui sentent très fort. Il manque aussi quelques petites facilités que nous avons signalées : des crochets à l’entrée et aussi dans les chambres, une casserole un peu plus grande et des couteaux tranchants.
