Guest Reviews
- Martin (10/5): -
- Huw (8/5): - The location is excellent. The overall layout and furnishing of the cottage likewise. Bedding had marks on.
Parking outside was steep.
- JANET (8/5): - we had a little problem with the fire alarm, and the host where there in a shot and all fixed parking was a struggle
- Paul (8/5): -
- Michelle (8/5): Great location for walks into conwy and beaches and comfy bedrooms - It was great for what we needed .
Bedrooms were comfy and cosy . Downstairs we struggled to get warm and the sofa wasn’t very comfortable , also the front door kept sticking which is worrying.

- Chan Dhaliwal (6/5): - Bathroom and kitchen Lots of cobwebs and had to deal with several daddy long legs which was off-putting. Also a very stale smell as we arrived. Opened windows and doors to let fresh air in. A bit more attention to deep cleaning would really have improved the experience.
- Nicola (9/5): -
- Dave (8/5): Stayed with out two great-grandkids, 7 and 5, so a proper mix of ages. But worked perfectly! - Wonderfully clean . Good facilities including washing machine. Helpful small supply of tea, coffee, biscuits, etc, for when we arrived. Small garden up steps at the back. There wasn't anything we didn't like. But we're both in our late-70s and thought the shower, while large, might have been improved by a more non-slip floor and maybe a grab handle. Otherwise perfect.

- rachell (5/5): House and place great however kids disappointed WiFi and TV not working - Location No WiFi or TV
- emma (9/5): Lovely little house - The location was ideal, easy to walk in to Conwy and amenities. Plenty of room. Would definitely stay again as ideal for commuting to other areas like Llandudno. Hosts kept in regular touch Bit of mould on grout in bathroom did not effect use
- Dawn (7/5): Lovely cottage in a good location in Conwy - Good location for Conwy easy walk into the town. Property was clean and well equipped and had everything you needed for a weekend stay. Parking in the street outside sometimes an issue if you moved your car to go out for the day.
Bathroom was downstairs so not ideal as the stairs were very steep
- Simon (9/5): Nice short break - Location was great and lovely little house Nothing
- Masters (9/5): Superb -
- Stevie (9/5): Superb -
- Julie (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean. Near to Conwy town. Lots of leaflets for activities left. The parking outside. Parking on a very narrow steep road. Cottage was a little dark inside. Had to have lights on all time.
- Anne (6/5): A cosy and clean cottage in a very good location but could be more comfortable. - The cottage is reasonably priced and close to Conwy, so conveniently located. It is fairly small but clean and stylishly decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is modern with a walk-in shower. There is plenty of storage in the bedroom wardrobes and drawers. There was no room to park in the street by the cottage but fortunately we could park at the free car park at the local park which is only 2 minutes away. Communication with the property manager was very good. It is not clear from the description that the bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor, which isn't ideal. The beds are not very comfortable, as the mattresses are too soft and shallow and better curtains are needed in the bedrooms to block out the light. The fridge/freezer is very noisy and clearer instructions are required for operating the live channels on the tv (but that could be my technical incompetence). There was no welcome pack.
- Susan (8/5): Very good -
- Judy (7/5): Great base for North Wales - Cute little house and a convenient base for a week in North Wales. Easy check-in with lockbox and good communication from property manager. Didn't realise bathroom was on different floor to bedrooms upstairs, had initial concerns for elderly mother at night on the narrow steep stairs however it was all right. Motion sensor lights were useful. Toilet paper allocation of 2 rolls for 7 days was a bit stingy.
Ground floor rooms got quite cold, heating was most effective upstairs. Easy to adjust heating temperature however difficult to work out how to adjust timing. Mattresses need replacing, particularly the two singles which have broken springs.
Generous allocation of towels which was appreciated. Lovely spacious and well-appointed kitchen however no vegetable peeler. Fridge was kitschy and cute however was very noisy.
Front and back door locks were very fiddly.
Was mostly able to park on the street right outside which was convenient, had to park carefully because the spot is on a hill and the street curves around.
TV did not get many free-to-air channels however wasn't in a great position anyway for watching (directly above table). Couch has seen better days. Nice short walk through the park to Conwy and the castle Covered above

Great communication with the host
Excellent facilities
- Gareth (10/5): Lovely stay in a cosy cottage in Conwy - Great location in Conwy just outside the town walls.
Lovely home from home and had everything we needed for our stay.
Host communication was great.
Looking forward to coming back again in the future. Nothing
- Jason (8/5): Very good - Nice cottage, close to town. N/A
- Simon (7/5): Good -
- Claire (8/5): Cosy Conwy cottage - Amazing location - just 10 mins amble into the heart of Conwy but with views of the castle from just round the corner. Park just across the road, as well as a fab chippy!
Cosy house with everything you need - comfy beds with extra pillows provided; comfy sofa in front of the TV; spacious, well-equipped kitchen; modern bathroom with a fab shower; cute outside space. Impressive how much can be fitted into the space without it being cluttered! Could do with thicker curtains in the lounge area as this was the coldest room - heating was spot on though!
- David (8/5): Good location to gather your thoughts. - Compact, comfortable good access to the town. Front door was a bit fiddly
- Julie (8/5): Good location - Short walk to the village and historic sites. Comfortable beds. The heating wasn't on and it was cold and damp - as there was no instructions in the apartment we didn't know how to sort it.
- David (9/5): Excellent accomodation with all the facilities needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. - Excellent location close to town centreand castle. Smoke alarm verysensitive when tring to cook breakfast.
- Rachael (9/5): Fanastic, will definitely return! - Nice layout and has everything you need for a lovely stay. The host was super friendly- superb location, can easily stroll into Conwy.
- Lynne (9/5): Superb - We were a family of 4, cottage was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need was supplied so just had to turn up! We would definitely return again and would recommend. Don't think there was anything to be honest, parking could be an issue as its a small road but it wouldnt stop us from visiting again.
- Jill (2/5): Very poor -
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Livia (10/5): Really cosy, warm and modern house close to Conwy Castle - Really lovely property, in a quiet area. It’s very close to the Castle & Conwy touristy places so it’s perfectly located ☺️ We stayed 2 nights and loved everything. The weather was cold when we stayed there but the house was warm throughout since we could control the heating at all times. Really professional and kind hosts. We parked right in front of the house every day. When we visit Conwy again we will surely book this each time. The pictures are very accurate ☺️
- Sally (8/5): Very good -
