• Ines (1/5): Expérience globalement stressante et décevante du début à la fin, avec un confort insuffisant et une organisation peu ad - Rien Expérience très décevante, la pire de notre séjour au Japon. Dès l’arrivée, la communication est très compliquée : la réception ne parle pas anglais et toutes les explications sont uniquement en japonais, sans effort d’adaptation, ce qui rend les échanges difficiles pour des voyageurs étrangers. À chaque entrée et sortie de l’hôtel, nous étions interpellés à la réception sans comprendre les raisons. Ces sollicitations répétées étaient inutiles et ont rendu le séjour stressant et inconfortable. L’organisation est très rigide, notamment avec un check-in tardif à 18h, peu pratique pour les voyageurs arrivant tôt. La chambre était décevante : un trou visible dans le mur, un matelas très fin et dur, une chambre très sombre, et une lumière d’entrée défectueuse qui ne s’éteignait pas facilement. Le confort général est insuffisant. Le ménage laissait également à désirer, avec de la poussière visible. Il n’y avait par ailleurs pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Nous avions droit à une seule bouteille d’eau par jour pendant deux jours, ensuite celle-ci est payante. Le matin du départ, dès 11h30, nous avons été appelés et sollicités à plusieurs reprises, y compris à la porte, pour quitter la chambre alors que le check-out est à 12h. Cela a rendu le moment particulièrement stressant. Au moment du départ, nous avons été sollicités avant l’heure de check-out, puis une extension de temps nous a été annoncée à 3 000 yens. Nous avons finalement été facturés 5 000 yens, ce qui a rendu la situation très stricte et difficile à comprendre. Dans l’ensemble, manque de clarté dans la communication, manque de flexibilité et niveau de confort très en dessous des standards rencontrés ailleurs au Japon.

• Jacob (1/5): Awful! - Thin walls and loud annoying music which could not be stopped all night in the corridors. We had to pay cash (only Jap yen) 3 nights in advance and when we decided to leave after 1 night due to the above, we were not offered to get any amount back.

Other than that she helped so fast and let me to put my luggages till check out. Thanks Living room is little bit tiny, nearly no space to put and open the luggage.

• Francesca (9/5): Hidden gem! - This hotel is a hidden gem! Clearly is a love hotel, but who cares? The room was spacious and spotless clean. They provide bathrobes, several towels, bath salts, toothbrush, face cleanser and lotion, etc. They clean the room and change the towels if you ask at the reception. And the best part is the amazing whirlpool bath for a relaxing moment after a day of sightseeing! About the location: Ikebukuro is a great and vibrant neighborhood. The hotel is super close to the C1 exit of the metro station - only be aware that the station is HUGE and it takes time to reach the tracks (at least 10 minutes) and to get familiar with the path. Overall, for us it was the best experience for a reasonable price - but consider that we’re adventurer travelers with a medium/low budget. The ladies at the reception, although super nice and helpful, do not speak English at all. The translator partially helps, but to be honest, communication is not smooth.

• raquel (7/5): Habitación amplia y cómoda - La habitación es muy amplia al igual que el baño . Tiene bañera y ducha y un montón de complementos , un mueble bar con café y agua . En recepción son muy amables y te dan agua y te preguntan cada día si quieres limpiar o no. Al ser un hotel del amor no se puede entrar hasta las 6 y no hay opcion de desayuno. Es caro para el precio que tiene por horas. Me perdieron el pijama tener cuidado de no dejarlo en la cama ,si no en la butaca o colgado.

• Aya (9/5): - フロントの接客が素敵だった。 口コミにもありましたが、女性の受付の方がすごく丁寧で親しみやすい感じでした。チェックイン前に予約の確認で電話をしましたが電話口でも素敵な対応でした。 脱衣所、お風呂、お手洗いのとびらそれぞれ鍵がついてます。 ルームサービスはありませんが周辺にコンビニ、ドラスト、飲食店など豊富なので問題ないと思います。 VODの調子が悪かった。 VODに映像の乱れがありました。地デジは普通に見れます。クロームキャストなどは搭載されていません。ネトフリはありますがフリーズしたので結局みていません。

• 馬詰 (6/5): - お風呂がジャクジーだったこと。 予約の際はクレジットカードで支払いしたが いざ到着したらフロントのおばさんに「うちはクレジットカード精算難しいので」とか言い現金で支払った。おかしいだろうと問うと 「支払い完了のメールに但書きしてある」と 言われた。メールは予約完了したので完全削除したので本当に記述して有ったから確認できず。ブッキングさんも赤い字でクレジットカードだめと注意⚠️喚起して欲しいです。

• vered victoria (10/5): תמורה מצויינת למחיר, מיקום נהדר, חדר מרווח ונקי. - מיקום מעולה, מטרים ספורים מתחנת הרכבת המרכזית של איקבוקורו + מתחנת האוטובוס המובילה לשדה התעופה האנדה ונאריטה. חדרים מרווחים מאווווד, מקלחת ושירותים מופרדים, מלון שקט עם תמורה מ ע ו ל ה לכסף. אין דברים כאלה בטוקיו. המיטה הזוגית צמודה לקיר ובתוך נישה. הדרך היחידה להגיע ולשכב היא ממש לטפס מעל השותף ללינה.
