• Maurice (7/5): Ideale FeWo inmitten Puerto de la Cruz - Die Lage ist sehr gut mit Blick auf Teide und direkt auf die Plaza und seitlichem Blick zum Meer. Das Zimmer bietet alles was man benötigt. Alles gut. Die Küche bietet alles der Herd ist jedoch nur eine nicht integrierte Doppelkochplatte. Aber wer will schon groß Kochen im Urlaub.

• raul (1/5): Intento de fraude - Me hicieron un ataque de pishing a mi teléfono personal , sabían mi nombre , cuando entraba en el apartamento , el número de la reserva y datos que sólo maneja Booking y el arrendador del apartamento . Llame a Booking , los cuales avisaron al propietario . Este se limitó a ponerme un mensaje standart diciendo que habían detectado actividad fraudulenta , eso claro después de yo le escribiera a él y a Booking. , por su parte no respondió a mis mensajes posteriores . El ataque era muy creíble en el se hacía pasar por el arrendador solicitándome rellenar un formulario , Tenían los datos reales de la reserva y los míos personales , eso te hacía dudar por que era Justo el día que entrabas y te decían que si no dejabas un depósito te la cancelaban , ese dato del depósito era real si mirabas la letra pequeña del alojamiento con lo cual era aún más creíble , remarcar que la reacción por parte del arrendador nula y sospechosa . Mucho cuidado con este alojamiento .
• Andy (7/5): Unterkunft ist okay, wenn man seine Ansprüche ziemlich eindampft. - Die Lage direkt im Zentrum ist klasse. Das Gebäude ist in einem überwiegend guten Zustand. Im Gebäude ist es ruhig. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat leider nicht geklappt, sodass wir erst mit einigen Telefonaten (Englisch) die Schlüssel physisch organisieren mussten. Auch der Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche hat, trotz mehrfacher Telefonate, erst am 12. von 13 Tagen geklappt. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck ist minimalistisch und abgezählt. Zudem ist es in der Umgebung ziemlich laut und trubelig, trotz Nebensaison.

• Melibea (8/5): - Muy buena ubicación y bonito Aunque cerraras las ventanas de la calle entraba todo el ruido de la calle y no era poco ya que abajo eran todo bares
• P.J.H. (10/5): Keurig schoon op goede locatie! - Prachtige locatie, midden in het centrum. Uitzicht op centrale plein. Zijdelings op het strandje/haventje. Alle voorzieningen op loopafstand. Apartement is modern ingericht en zeer schoon. Van alle gemakken voorzien die je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. Zeer goede verlichting en heel veel stopkontakten. Goede matrassen. Goede waterdruk. Uitstekende WIFI. Verduisterende gordijnen. Sleutel voor de centrale ingang en een code voor je privédeur. Er zouden meer handdoeken mogen zijn. 2 p.p. voor 8 dagen is te weinig, maar er is gelukkig een wasmachine. Als toevoeging zouden wij nog een klok, kapstokhaakjes voor je jas, en een keukenrolhouder kunnen aanraden. Wij verbleven hier met kerst en oudjaar, dan is er lawaai vanaf de straat, het heeft ons niet gestoord. Parkeren is op 5 min lopen en erg druk, wij vonden toch steeds een plekje voor de auto.
• Matthias (8/5): - Die Lage, die perfekte Ausstattung. Das digitale Schließsystem war sehr verbesserungswürdig. Bei Einsatz einer solch fehlerträchtigen Technik erwartet man sofortige Abhilfe, wenn man Abends vor verschlossener Wohnungstür steht.

• Raquel (10/5): Apartamento céntrico y moderno en Puerto de la Cruz. - Se nota que esta recién reformado. Limpio y todo correcto. Lo único a destacar que no ofrecía gel de ducha.

• Helen (6/5): Pleasant - Nice apartment in a good location near to the harbour. Overlooking the main square, which means you get music from the restaurants below until they close. Unfortunately for us it was Carnival weekend and the flat is opposite the main stage with live music until 4am.
• Julija (6/5): If you are ready for noise and eating outside - you should choose this place. - I did like a view from balcony, you can see the volcano and an ocean, as well as all the city center. It is a tiny apartment, but everything is in it. You rather won't be cooking there, because the kitchenet is in the entrance to the apartment and there is only portable hub with single hotplate, so you will be eating outside the apartment. Unless you like eating food from microwave. There were no curtains in the bathroom, which is an interesting thing, because the window in directed to the main corridor. When the window is "closed", the water runs out on the corridor wall. The shower curtain is to long, so you can't help, the water will be outside the shower on the ground in any case. No space for cooking. And the place is very very loud, even with totally closed windows you can't sleep. As well the smell coming from restaurants, which are directly under the balcony. Though i recommend the German restaurant under the balcony, the food and the beer were good.
• Jesper (5/5): With an AC and earplugs it could be a nice choice - It was modern and fresh. The owner put some energy and thought into design. This apartment is so central and there is a lot of activity outside until late at night, sometime until early morning. The apartment doesn’t have any fan or ac so I needed to sleep with the balcony door open which didn’t help with the noise. And if you were to rent this in summer time the heat would most likely be unbearable because the sun warms up the apartment during the day.
