De netheid van de kamer , het fantastische bed en de accomodatie in het algemeen. De centrale ligging van Fabesco suite om lekker te kunnen gaan shoppen. Absoluut niets viel er tegen . , Het is gewoon een toplocatie en super uitgeruste accomodatie.

• Abdurrahim (10/5): Meine erste Anlaufstelle in Istanbul! Unglaublich gut! - Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Besonders gefallen hat mir das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit für Fragen oder Wünsche da war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, angenehm groß und bot ausreichend Platz zum Entspannen. Ein absolutes Highlight war das Bett – unglaublich bequem, sodass man wirklich hervorragend schlafen konnte. Super WLAN kommt noch dazu. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal und sehr praktisch. Insgesamt war wirklich alles super und ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten Es war alles einwandfrei! Ich habe wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

• SONIA (8/5): - La chambre est spacieuse, la literie est très confortable et les sanitaires sont propres. Enfin, l'hotel est bien situé. Il ne faut pas être sensible aux bruits et avec le courant d'air, la porte claquait, j'ai du mettre une serviette pour arrêter le bruit la nuit.

• Konstantin (7/5): - Местоположение, уютный номер со свежим ремонтом, для этого района Стамбула это редкость. Приветливый персонал, было приятно с ними общаться за чаем. Там нет кухни, описание может ввести в заблуждение, там именно уголок для приготовления кофе и чая. Но фильтр Букинг учитывает при поиске это место как кухню, но это не так. Нет плиты, нет микроволновки, нет посуды, нет приборов, есть только несколько тарелок и два стакана. Там нет лифта и если у вас большие чемоданы, то вам их нужно нести по узкой винтовой лестнице на верхние этажи. Мне было не сложно поднять багаж, но кому-то это будет не очень легко.

• E (10/5): Fantastic few days in Kadikoy - I like all absolutely,specially the manager, she is amazing helpfully,make u feel like u are at ur home, the rooms are so clean new, few minutes far from metro, where u can go to the Sabiha Gökçen airport, all restaurants bars cafes, are 2 min by walk, and hotel have very delicious breakfast 🍳 absolutely l recommend u to take it there, Nothing

Гостиница и кафе очень похожи на их хозяйку) Красивая, но уставшая женщина, которой нужно отдохнуть. И нанять толкового управляющего. Забавно, что муж ее ухожен и не выглядит уставшим. Ещё он боится, что кто-то увидит, что он пишет или читает в телефоне. Забавно) но это из личных наблюдений. Мелочи не дают этому месту стать замечательным. Но, дьявол в мелочах) В душевой комнате номера 5 воняло канализацией, приходилось оставлять комнату с включенными светом, потому что вентиляция не автономна. В душевой так же валялся светильник, который так и не приклеили за время моего пребывания. Белье хоть и белое, но не доведенное до белого состояния, видны серые и жёлтые зоны использования. Простынь заправлена небрежно. Номер красиво оформленный, но стены покрашены неаккуратно. Шторы пыльные, давно не стирались, на руках остаётся запах пыли после открытия штор. Кофе в кофейне не вкусный. Используют либо итальянского производителя кофе либо очень дешёвый турецкий.

Çarpayı rahat idi, pencərələr açılırdı. Oteldə iki gün qaldıq . Birinci gün bizə xüsusi olraq səhər yeməyi hazırladılar. Əgər eyni süfrə ikinci gün də açılsa idi , yüksək bal verəcəkdim. Amma təəssüf ki, ikinci gün Səhər yeməyi çox zəif və könülsüz düzənləndi. Bundan başqa otaqdan xoşagəlməz iy gəlirdi.

• Marta (9/5): We definitely recommend this place! - Great location – there are many attractions nearby, and it’s easy and quick to get to other parts of the city. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, although not very large, was well equipped: it had a small kitchenette, two big windows, and plenty of mirrors. The restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is also pleasant and worth a visit. The only minor downside was an occasional smell in the bathroom (which we learned is quite common in Istanbul), and the lack of ventilation meant we needed to air the room more often. Additionally, although fresh towels were provided daily, we had to request room cleaning. Despite these small inconveniences, we rate our stay very highly – we definitely recommend this place!

• Svetlana (7/5): Decent budget-friendly option - Location is great: plenty of things to do around, easy to travel to other parts of the city. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room was not big, but had everything we needed, even a small kitchenette, 2 big windows and plenty of mirrors. The restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is also nice. There's a strong sewer smell in the bathroom (which is quite common in Istanbul, unfortunately) and no vent, so we had to keep the bathroom door open to let it dry, and the windows open to get rid of the unpleasant smell. Though they provided us with fresh towels daily, we had to additionaly ask to clean the room. There're several restraunts on the street, which got pretty loud during the weekend nights. Also bed linens were slightly smaller that they should have been.

It turned out that the hotel staff are super kind and helpful. They fulfilled all my picky demands in terms of the room. This may not be the standard hotel choice for your travel, because it's more family style. But you will stay there feeling like being in a family. • Nurana (8/5): A clean, modern, and well-kept hotel with a great host in a lively area. - This hotel felt more like an apartment, offering a clean and modern stay. Everything was neat and well-maintained. Although the hotel check-in was until 10:00 PM, the host kindly waited for us until almost 2:00 AM, which we truly appreciated. One inconvenience was that we stayed on the 3rd or 4th floor, and there was no elevator, making it difficult to carry luggage. Additionally, the Kadıköy area is very lively and noisy, so that’s something to keep in mind. However, considering the age of this neighborhood, the hotel itself was impressively new and well-kept. Very friendly people. Heart of Kadikoy. Close to shopping, lots of restaurants nearby, close to Stanbul pier where you can sail to European side of Istanbul. Place has no elevator. Building is not ment for a hotel. Sharp stairs up to 68 if you are on forth floor. Lots of noise after midnight including fights right outside of the place. Smell of sewerage in the room. No views from your windows just other old windows which you will need to keep the curtains close at all times. Small bed for two. No stove. Hard to get to with a taxi or car specially in the evening as all tiny streets are filled with chairs and tables for people.

Noisy, no elevator, sharp stairs, waking up to laud street fights at least three times around 2am, smell of sewer filling the room after 2nd day. After all this is a very old building not meant for a hotel. It has been painted and worked on, however these are very small unitts with beds good for no more than one person. Kitchenette is not an actual kitchen, no stove. If you are in back units then you have to look at old rusty windows, no veiw. Good for one night only.
• Tracy (9/5): A great choice in Kadikoy - We arrived earlier than planned and asked to leave our bags and check in later, but the lovely staff offered to check us in to our room. The room was big, comfortable and right in the shopping district. We would happily stay here next time in Istanbul. Absolutely nothing.

• Artur (7/5): Great and comfy stay - When we arrived, the electrical power went out on the whole street, but we were able to leave our things, and come back few hours later to check in. The owner of the place is very nice and welcoming. The food served in the restaurant was incredibly delicious. The location is good, in Kadikoy. The owner borrowed us a wine opener upon request. The room was on a higher floor. There is no elevator in the building. We had to climb a lot of stairs fairly narrow stairs to get to our room. The hotel could be a bit closer to the ferry station.

Even without paying the advance, they extended our stay for 24 hours prior to the arrival. I strongly recommend. Everything staff, owners, rooms and cleanliness. You can fell the warmth of the care they provide.
