• Dorit (8/5): Very good - Nice and cute, comfortable flat. cool rooftop balcony with a view of the city The stairs to the rooftop are quite dangerous , even for someone young like me. And please put a full body mirror in the flat(;
• Tim (2/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS - Location was OK, but not the best be careful booking this! A hidden 60 EURO is charged for late check in ( after 1900 h) which is not informed about on booking.com. Also the tourist tax was double charged ( via booking and also bank transfer). Automatic Opening of door via phone is done via sketchy whatsapp call and did not work for 15 minutes. The shower had only cold water for almost a full day. The responsible contact person sent someone and we ‘ had to be happy she sent someone ‘. Compensation was asked for, but then it became silent on whatsapp - no contact anymore. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (many stairs!), the bathroom is VERY old and VERY small. Bed is not comfortable. Also note there is no luggage storage at this property after check out. Also please note this property is taken care off by an agency who is not helpful and supportive. I do NOT recommend staying here, it is simply disappointing.
• Maureen (9/5): Venetian Apartment - Beautiful historic apartment ten minutes from the train station. Be aware that there are three flights of stairs to climb if you have heavy luggage. Managed to find a small iron in a drawer in the living room, but no ironing board. Resorted to ironing on a heavy blanket on the kitchen table.
• Nikolai (10/5): Exceptional - Great location! Special thanks for the roof access: the apartment has a small terrace on the roof giving you an opportunity to enjoy the view of Venice and relax while drinking a glass of some Tuscany vine. Also I was provided with a really detailed instruction of how to get the keys and check-in and the procedure itself is trivial.

• Eleonore (10/5): Beautiful apartment with roof terrace in a quiet location. - Beautiful, penthouse apartment away from the crowds in Venice. Easy walking distance from the station. Exposed beams and roof terrace were such lovely features. Quiet in the evening. Bathroom is very narrow - not a problem for us, but could be for others.
