• Giacomo (10/5): - Ho prenotato la struttura per mio padre e la sua famiglia da Miami. Sono rimasti estasiati dal soggiorno. Tutto perfetto!
• Izabel Cristina (9/5): Ótima localização e espaço com comodidades - A localização da hospedagem é muito boa, próximo do Vaticano, com ponto de ônibus na rua e estação de metrô há poucos minutos de caminhada. Há muitos itens para a comodidade dos hóspedes na cozinha e no banheiro, o que permite uma estadia confortável. A hospedagem só é acessível por escada. Além disso, fica na parte subterrânea, o que faz com que a ventilação ocorra somente por um basculante do banheiro, o que não deixou o espaço quente apesar disso porque há ar condicionado. Assim, não recomendaria a hospedagem para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção por causa da escada e para quem necessita de um espaço com mais ventilação.

• Anna (9/5): - Warunki bardzo dobre, wszystko co niezbędne jest. Jeśli ktoś przyjeżdża aby zwiedzać miasto to brak okna nie jest minusem. Bardzo blisko sklep, restauracje ,Watykan jak i metro.
• vikatulip (8/5): - Расположение отличное. Снаружи не шумно. Внутри есть всё необходимое. Высокая влажность, нет окон, чтобы проветрить. И были проблемы с оплатой, что очень меня насторожило, осадочек остался.

• Ludovica (10/5): A due passi dal Vaticano - Appartamento fantastico, dotato di ingresso indipendente, a due passi dal Vaticano, ben arredato (anche con decori dipinti a mano) e molto confortevole. Letto e materasso top. La proprietà mi ha fatto trovare anche dei drink di benvenuto.
• Gianni (10/5): Bellissimo soggiorno di una sola notte - Appartamentino perfetto, dotato di tutti i confort a due passi dai Musei Vaticani e dal centro storico di Roma: Consigliatissimo.
• Luca (10/5): - Posizione ottima, 1 minuto dalla metro e dall'autobus, 5 minuti a piedi dal vaticano. Molto pulito e accogliente, anche la disponibilità del proprietario è stata molto gradita. Consiglio per il parcheggio, a 4 minuti a piedi c'è piazzale Clodio: 4 euro per 8 ore, e non si paga la domenica.

• Igor (2/5): not happy - Location. This is a basement turned into accommodation. There is no windows because it is completely below ground. There is no proper ventilation. The only opening is the entrance, which is an improvised door, way smaller than a standard door (originally a basement window turned into door). The accommodation has in fact everything stated in the listings (size, two TVs, dishwasher etc.) and well‑appointed as well, the host was approachable, good location etc., but this doesn't change the most important fact: that it is below ground with no windows, which feels very uncomfortable. If we had known that, we definitely wouldn’t have chosen this accommodation. This fact should been stated honestly in the property listings. Stating that it is "ground-floor" is misleading. Maybe backpackers or day‑trippers wouldn't mind, but we wouldn't recommend it for families with kids.

• Елена (6/5): - Местоположение( 20 минут пешком до Ватикана), рядом метро, много кафе. В помещении две двери входная и в ванную комнату, обе сломаны. У входной двери сильно заедает замок. Мы потратили один вечер пытаясь вначале попасть в квартиру, а потом выйти из неё. Хозяин обещал, на следующий день починить замок, но это так и не случилось.

• Georgios (9/5): Great location, clean and fully equipped apartment for 4 persons. - The apartment is located in an excellent and convenient area very close to Vatican and metro Station Cipro. Fully equipped, very clean and enough space for four persons. Heating was working perfectly and you feel comfortable in it. The fact that is semi underground without windows, gives the sense of an odor of moisture (not visible on walls). My suggestion to the owner is to install a dehumidifier and I think it will be solved. Generally, prices in Rome during Christmas were high, also this apartment could be cheaper. There was missing a wardrobe but there is no space to install it.
