- Bryan (6/5): Decent location, but not fully comfortable for a lengthy family stay. - Located nicely between a grocery store and a train station. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe walking around in the evenings and going out to play ball. The owner is nice and mostly responsive. He was willing to reimburse for a few items as we showed up directly after a longer stay. In general, this property isn’t set up for a family. It’s probably great for contractors, so take this review as needed. Kitchen wasn’t fully outfitted and rooms had minimal storage. Not super clean (kitchen needed deep clean). No tables for eating on. We were supposed to receive linens to refresh, but never got them. Couldn’t use the backyard to line dry clean linens for the first 2/3 of our trip. Wi-Fi was very unstable (owner did send someone to fix). In general, all of the small inconveniences made it just ok to stay here.
