Doreen (7/5): Preis-Leistung passt - Sehr nette Vermieter, es gab ein Begrüßungsgetränk und auch sonst war sehr viel vorhanden (Gewürze, Tee, Kaffee...). Bett war bequem. Alles entspricht den Fotos. Dass kein Backofen vorhanden ist, hatten wir übersehen.

Kai (2/5): Nicht wieder. - Lage war bekannt. Übergabe war problemlos. Es gab eine Terrasse. Das Bad hat einen erheblichen Renovierungsrückstand, das gesamte Objekt kaum weniger. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht offensichtlich gegeben. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Haus mit anderen Mietern (Männer, die nicht deutsch sprechen) und deutlich höhrbar sind. Die Deckenleuchte hängt so niedrig, dass große Menschen sich den Kopf stoßen. Es gibt permanente Lichtquellen im Zimmer.
