Alva (3/5): - Title: Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience Review: Our experience at this villa was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the pergola roof was already broken and could not be unfolded — we even reported this to Booking support during our stay. When we checked out, the house was clean and tidy, and a staff member came, saw everything, said nothing negative, and smiled as she let us go. A few days later, we received a message saying that the house was left dirty, that rubbish was not removed, and that we damaged the pergola — none of this is true. We took out all the rubbish, cleaned everything, and treated the property with care. Despite this, they refused to return our €500 deposit, claiming additional cleaning and damage costs. We were also charged separately for electricity, and our privacy was disturbed several times by gardeners and other workers entering the property during our stay. This feels like a scam and was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had when booking accommodation. I cannot recommend this place and will be very cautious using Booking.com again unless the issue is resolved.
Roberto (9/5): Superbe séjour - L'emplacement en colline avec vue sur Calpe et le coucher de soleil sur la mer. Les chambres confortables et spacieuses et bien évidemment la grande piscine. La cuisine très bien fournie en ustensiles. On y retournera avec grand plaisir. Seul bémol, pas climatisation au salon.
Anonymous (9/5): Fab time in a lush villa. - Lovely villa, had everything we needed for a great holiday. Only slight downside was the walk up the hill from the town. We didn’t realise it was so steep when we booked!
