• Ketevan (1/5): - The apartment had a comfortable bed, and it was also nice that the bathroom had a window. There was practically no hot water in the apartment. There is a heating system that requires waiting for about an hour for the water to warm up before you can use the shower. In addition, the Wi-Fi was not working throughout our stay, which was also confirmed by the assistant girl, who was the only kind and helpful member of the staff.

The bedrooms and living room were spacious, and both bedrooms had balconies The location was far from the metro, but there are nearby bus stations to join the city attractions

• Philippe (8/5): Proche de tout et bien équipé - Proche des points d’intérêts touristiques. Arrivée autonome. L’appartement était propre (sauf odeur très forte de tabac) et bien équipé. Très forte odeur de tabac en arrivant dans l’appartement, que nous n’avons pas réussi à faire disparaître malgré aération prolongée. C’était très incommodant. Tous les textiles étaient imprégnés de cette odeur. Une chambre avait son volet roulant cassé.

• Ximena (9/5): Tranquilo y cómodo! - Deberían explicar que el piso 1 es el segundo para los que no somos europeos y también no sobra decir que el código hace referencia al sitio donde está la llave. Hay que encender el calentador para que salga el agua caliente.
• Bársony (10/5): Szuper apartman, kiváló közlekedés - Modern, tiszta apartman, közlekedés szempontjából kiváló helyen van, a belváros és a tengerpart is egy busszal elérhető. A környéken rengeteg kávézó ( a Coffeim dealert nagyon ajánlom!) , kisebb bolt, gyógyszertár van. Pár napos tartózkodásra tökéletes Nem volt ilyen, minden szuper volt, talán egy mikró még elférne a lakásban

• antigoni (6/5): Ωραίο διαμέρισμα αν θέλετε να μην έχετε ζεστό νερό, ίντερνετ και καφέ είναι τέλειο! - Καθαρό, ήσυχο διαμέρισμα δίπλα στο θέατρο Ηχοδραση που για αυτόν τον λόγο έμεινα στο διαμέρισμα Δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό!! Όσο και να το άφησα να τρέχει, δεν είχε καφέ για να φτιάξω μια κούπα το πρωί ενώ το ζήτησα και δεν είχε καθόλου ισχυρό ίντερνετ σχεδόν μηδενικό. Όταν τα έγραψα σε μήνυμα στον υπεύθυνο δεν μου απάντησε ποτέ!!

• silvia (4/5): Da non ripetere! - Ho apprezzato la posizione dell’appartamento e il quartiere ricco di servizi Purtroppo l’appartamento era sprovvisto di acqua calda. Dopo una lunga giornata in giro per Atene ciò che si desidera di più è fare una bella doccia rilassante, ma ciò non è stato possibile. Ho contattato la struttura per rendere noto il problema, ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta.. un vero peccato. Altra nota negativa è stata l’assenza di tende in camera da letto.. difficile mantenere la privacy con i vicini.

• Riat (6/5): - The location was great, easy access to transportation if needed; You could walk (20 min walk) to the center of Athens and close to where the monuments are located. Lots of places to eat near the apartments as well as grocery shops, laundromat, etc. We rented two apartments, they were both clean. The building had a private entrance that you get in via a code so it was private and secure. The wifi connection was not good. The washing machines did not wash the clothes as it should, we had to go to a local laundromat. Also there were no curtains in the bedroom of one of the apartments.

• Daniele (8/5): Buono - La camera era moderna, posizione buona, letto molto comodo. Ci sono tutti gli accessori di cui si necessita. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera era umida, la doccia non è buona e il Wi-Fi era praticamente inesistente: per i giorni di soggiorno ho anche provato a testare la connessione la miglior velocità raggiunta era di 0.29 in download e 0.18 upload(tradotto non funzionava). Aggiungerei qualche appendino per asciugamani in più e migliorie ulteriormente la pulizia. Il condizionatore probabilmente un po rumoroso.

• Aranzazu (9/5): Buena estancia - El apartamento muy bien y muy limpio. A 20-25 minutos de todo lo importante. El agua caliente costaba que funcionara. Y cuando la encendías funcionaba a ratos.

Materac bardzo wygodny Brak stałego ogrzewania , trzeba dogrzewać klimatyzacja która ciągle musi chodzić aby było ciepło w pokoju. Brak ogrzewania w łazience , bardzo to nie przyjemne podczas wyjścia z kąpieli szczególnie w chłodnie marcowe dni . Mieszkania wymaga już częściowego remontu wymiany mebli czy podłogi.

• Mariia (9/5): - We stayed at this apartment during our trip and overall had a positive experience. The location is very convenient — close to transport, shops, and main attractions. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very understanding. They responded quickly to our questions and requests and always tried to help and find solutions, which we really appreciated. Check-in was smooth and easy.

• Magdalena (8/5): - Lokalizacja- spokojną okolica, 15 min pod Akropol, ok 30min na Pl.Syntagma. 2 sypialnie z wygodnym łóżkami i balkonami. W łazience pralka, suszarka do włosów. . W kuchni czysty zestaw gąbeczek, płyn do naczyń. Ręczniki-2szt/os. W kamienicy 6 mieszkań pod wynajem- weǰscie na kod- można zostawić walizki, jeżeli będziemy przed 15.00. 50 m dalej przystanek autobusowy, ale autobusy jeżdżą jak chcą. Metro ok 8min drogi- najlepszy środek transportu. Właściciel pomocy, ale odpowiada z małym poślizgiem. Był czajnik, ale z wtyczka angielską. Nie było przejściówki europejskiej.

• Krizia (10/5): - Appartamento nuovo e moderno, pulito,grande ed accogliente. Posizione con bar,ristoranti e supermercati nei dintorni . A 10 minuti dall Acropoli. Tutto perfetto! Tutto ok!!
• Karina (7/5): Wygodne mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji - Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko co niezbędne. Położone w przyjemnej okolicy blisko restauracji, piekarni i sklepów. Dostępne mieliśmy patio. Trafiliśmy na mieszkanie na parterze o nieprzyjemnym zapachu. Po skorzystaniu z prysznica, w sypialni śmierdziało, prawdopodobnie przez przeciekającą ścianę. Łóżko w salonie nie było gotowe, pomimo kilku zapytań z naszej strony i potwierdzeń gospodarza. Dobrze, że przylecieliśmy w dzień, kiedy obsługa akurat była w obiekcie i pomogła z rozłożeniem łóżka i pościelą.
• ΜΙΧΑΛΗΣ (9/5): - Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική. Ήσυχη περιοχή, ακίνδυνη και η στάση του λεωφορείου σε 1 λεπτό απόσταση, όπως κ το μετρό στα 9 λεπτά. Το διαμέρισμα δε πολύ άνετο κ με υπέροχο στρώμα στο κρεβάτι...😊 Ενώ περιμέναμε 1 απάντηση για δυνατότητα νωρίτερου check in έστω για τις βαλίτσες μας, ως τις 17.30 δεν μας είχαν στείλει ακόμα τις οδηγίες για να μπούμε στο διαμέρισμα (ήμασταν στο θέατρο ως τότε) κ διευθετήθηκε ωστόσο αμέσως έπειτα από τηλεφώνημα!!
• PERISTERA (10/5): Ιδανικό μέρος με πρόσβαση σε φαγητό και κοντά στο κέντρο!! Θα το επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα ξανά!! - Όμορφο διαμέρισμα, καλαίσθητο, καθαρό σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία!! Ολα υπέροχα!!

• Agata (8/5): - Wynajęliśmy dwa apartamenty. Oba bardzo przestronne, czyste. Bardzo dobre wyposażenie (różne naczynia, toster, kawiarka, żelazko, pralka, suszarka itd). Miły kontakt z właścicielem.

• Tatar (7/5): Cena adekwatna do standardu mieszkania - Lokalizacja naprawdę dobra.. Spokojna okolica.. Koszmarna kanapa w salonie. Nie rozkładała się, dostawiono jakąś leżankę, która była twarda jak deska. Wspomnę jeszcze o braku poszewki na kołdrę w salonie.. W łazience unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. Kontakt z obsługą obiektu raczej słaby. Na plus wcześniejsze zameldowanie, 2h wcześniej.
• SAKOWICZ (8/5): - Lokalizacja, bardzo dobra cena, wygodne łóżka. Przyjemnie urządzony, działająca klimatyzacja. Niedziałający piekarnik,pęknięta płyta indukcyjna. Nic więcej nie sprawiło nam dyskomfortu.
• Oksana (8/5): Nice stay - Very clean, very quiet area, good bed A bit far from the center of you have to walk, but finally we used electric scooters. The shower can not be closed, so all the floor is wet in a bathroom.
• Tatiana (7/5): - Καθαρό, εξοπλισμένο και σε καλή τοποθεσία. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός. Δεν υπάρχουν σώματα για θέρμανση παρά μόνο δυο κλιματιστικά, όμως προφανώς πειραγμένα/μη συντηρημένα καθώς δεν έβγαζαν σχεδόν καθόλου ζέστη με αποτέλεσμα να κρυώνουμε.

• Celina (9/5): Great apartment in local area - nice location in a local neighborhood, loads of restaurants and cafes near by. Everything you need in the apartment is provided. The host responds quickly and is reliable As mentioned in other reviews, shower has a small tank so not unlimited hot water + the bathroom functions as a wet room- you just have to get used to it

• Mario (8/5): Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. - Die gute Lage. Tolle Tavernen in der Nähe. Der Vermieter war sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Das Apartment war im Erdgeschoss- als keine große Aussicht- aber das ist im Zentrum wohl keine Seltenheit.
• NIKOLAOS FANOURIOS (10/5): - I stayed here for just one day while traveling and needed a place to relax. I had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and smartly designed. It had everything I needed, and the bedroom was warm.

• ANGELIKI DIONYSIA (10/5): - Είμαι φοιτήτρια και ταξιδεύω πολύ συχνά με ενδιάμεση στάση την Αθήνα. Δυστυχώς έφτασα τέταρτο έτος για να ανακαλύψω αυτό το διαμάντι! Καθαρό, άνετο και ευγενέστατοι άνθρωποι!
• bordoni (8/5): - posizione ottima Sistema di comunicazione con Host e regole appartamento non chiare che hanno comportato problemi con acqua calda. Il riscaldamento è tramite condizionatore quindi rumoroso e non salubre perchè secca molto l'aria.

• Marietta (8/5): Polecam! - Bardzo ładny, nowoczesny apartament, 10 minut spacerkiem od Akropolu, w okolicy sklepy, restauracje i bary. Dobrze wyposażony, wygodne łóżko, bardzo cicha okolica. Klimatyzacja sprawna i nowa. Brakuje wieszaka przy wejściu, takich podstaw w kuchni jak sól chociażby czy kawa i herbata.
• Silvia (7/5): - It was super easy to pick up the keys from the locker. The location was good to visit the city. The host was not very responsive. When we asked for information about check-in and check-out, I had to ask a second time because I did not receive a reply. The appliances were not of the highest quality. They have a boiler system I've never seen before: you have to turn it on a while before (about 30 minutes) to get hot water in the flat.
