• Anna (9/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, na krótki pobyt Ok. Mieliśmy uszkodzony prysznic, był bez słuchawki prysznicowej- leżała obok zgłaszałam problem, był to okres świąteczny może dlatego nie naprawiono nam prysznica, dało się myć natomiast tak jakby wodą ze szlaufa.

• Elis (8/5): The apartment is very pleasant, spacious, and reasonably priced close to the center. - The apartment is wonderfully spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, there is a huge bathroom, and two pleasant bedrooms. Everything in the living room was great, we just couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV. In the end, we didn't even need it anyway. Keyless entry is also a big plus. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, and the cleaning lady was already knocking on our door at 9:55 AM. I found this quite unprofessional. Since check-out is already so early (it's usually by 11:00 AM), I would appreciate a peaceful departure without someone "breathing down our necks." The walls are also quite thin, so unfortunately we heard every footstep (and other things...) from the tenant above us (though of course, the owner can't do much about that). You can only park in front of the house for free for 15 minutes, and paid parking is limited to a maximum of 2 hours. However, there is a parking lot about 1.5 km away for €5 per day.

• christoph (3/5): Wien ist eine schöne Stadt aber unser nächster Aufenthalt wird im Hotel stattfinden. - Wir hatten einen Balkon gebucht, der nur über den Gang erreichbar war und abgesperrt war. Nach einigen Reklamationen hörten wir nichts mehr bis zu unserer Abreise. Auf den Bildern bei der Buchung war eine begehbare Dusche abgebildet, die ich mit meiner Schwerbehinderung benötige. Das Bad war jedoch alt und mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet.

• Rancher (7/5): - Das Apartment ist groß und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Westbahnhof und U-Bahn Station. Nicht gefallen hat und dass Dinge, welche auch schon von einigen Vormietern bemängelt wurden, nicht behoben wurden. Auch wir bekamen den Fernseher nicht zum laufen, trotz dreier Fernbedienungen. Auch ist das Sofa bei Anreise schon beschädigt gewesen. Es gibt nur Ansprechpartner per Email oder telefonisch. Das Apartment gehört überarbeitet, dann ist es wieder eine bessere Bewertung wert. Auch gibt es für dieses Apartment 3 keine Terrasse wie in der Buchung aufgeführt. Auch keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Fotos irreführend.

Балкон позволил наслаждаться солнечными лучами во второй половине дня. Были некоторые сложности с открыванием двери в апартаменты.

Ulaşım araçları 5-10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Şehir merkezine metro gibi ulaşım araçları ile gitmek gerekiyor. Daire eski bir binada olduğu için tuvaleti ve banyosu ayrı yapılmış. Tuvalete sığmak biraz zor. Birde salonun zemini biri yürüdüğünde oynuyordu. Son olarak da dairenin bizden son anda kapora, güvence olarak 250 Euro istemesi ve kredi kartımızdan çekmesi. 7 gün sonra iade edeceklerini söylediler fakat ben henüz iade edildiğine dair bir mesaj göremedim.

When approached with an issue, the staff were very responsive, took full responsibilty and acted on it quickly. It was on the ground floor and a bit darker than I expected. The boiler wasn’t working, no heating and hot water on the first day.

• Tamás (9/5): Szívesen megyünk újra. - Csendes, tiszta, tágas, minden lényeges dolog megtalálható. Közel a busz, villamos, boltok. A szállásadóval jó kommunikáció. Segítőkész. Semmi olyan ami bosszantó lenne. Minimális karbantartás itt-ott aktuális lenne de ez inkább csak észrevétel. A konyhabútor ajtói a leszakadás határán vannak.
• Susanne (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in altem Stadthaus mit gutem Ausgangspunkt. - Die Wohnung ist RIESIG! Alles sauber und gepflegt. Toaster ist auch da, Hofer= Aldi um die Ecke. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist ca. 6 Gehminuten entfernt. Wirklich eine gute Wahl! Wir hatten ziemliche Schwierigkeiten, in die Wohnung zu kommen, da der Code nicht funktionieren konnte, weil das Schloss doppelt abgeschlossen war. Nach ca. 30 Min. Telefonat waren wir dann aber drin. Mit dem großen Fernseher sind wir leider nicht zurecht gekommen, kein normales Fernsehen möglich, da sollte eine blondinentaugliche Betriebsanleitung bereit liegen. Leider kein Balkon (mit Aschenbecher) wie auf dem Foto, das sollte man dazu buchen können.

Nüchterne Einrichtung, diverse Dinge müssten repariert werden: lose Türen in den Küchenschränken, defekte Fassung der Stehlampe, Leuchtmittel ersetzen, schief hängende Bilder, beschädigte Duschabtrennung an der Badewanne.

The apartment needs some small items to make the stay even more comfortable: mugs and bowls for salad or breakfast, nightstand light and a washing stand.

• Anano (9/5): Nice apartment - A nice apartment not far from the city center. On the first day the door wouldn’t open, and it took some time to fix the issue. The key box also didn’t work at first. However, this problem never happened again during the following days.

Lokalita a okolí v pořádku, cítila jsem se tam bezpečně. WiFi připojení bez problému. Při příjezdu na pokoj nefungovalo topení, netekla teplá voda a jedno z oken nešlo zavřít - což je v zimě opravdu nepříjemné. Volala jsem ihned na Arbio podporu, operátor by velmi nápomocný, dostala jsem dočasně náhradní pokoj a ten původní byl do druhého dne opravený. K pokoji není k dispozici balkon (jak by se podle fotografií mohlo zdát).

The location is excellent—there are three metro lines within an equal distance from the apartment. The apartment met my expectations. The smell mentioned in the reviews was only present on the first evening. It aired out quickly. The frying pans should have been replaced by now. The most significant issue is that the locking mechanism in one of the windows is broken, leaving a large gap. This is a problem in freezing temperatures, but can be easily fixed with a towel. This defect is visible in Google Street View photos from last year. It could have been fixed within a year, as it's truly causing discomfort.

Very close to Meidling train station - instructions to find/enter the place are clear and easy - found no cutlery (forks etc) in the kitchenette, even though there were other utensils - the provided WiFi password was wrong but you can scan the router QR to connect instead - that's how I solved it

• Jolanta (3/5): Nicht schön. - Ich habe gebucht Apartment mit Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa. Also, hab gefunden nicht das, was mich vorgestellt habe. Im Zimmer war nur einzige riesige Deckenlampe. ( bringst so Gefühl, liegst auf OP- Tisch ). In die Küche keine Teelöffeln dabei. Am schlimmste Badezimmer: klein und eng, Waschbecken mit Rissen ( Angst, dass nicht runter fällt ), in die Dusche Vorhang angegangen, bei duschen stehst bis Knöchel im Wasser, Abfluss verstopft langsam, Duschkopf fest befestigt, spritzt Wasser in alle Seiten, undicht.

Letti comodi Non funzionava la caldaia, che già dalla prima sera è andata in blocco e quindi siamo rimasti senza riscaldamento e acqua calda, che a Vienna a dicembre non è il massimo. Avendo soggiornato solo 2 notti non sono tempestivamente intervenuti per risolvere il problema.

• Adrian (1/5): Very disappointing and unacceptable experience - We had booked two apartments, but upon arrival we were unable to enter because the access code did not open the door. We immediately contacted the property owner, but unfortunately no technician could be sent to fix the problem. As a result, we were forced to stand outside in the cold with our children for more than three hours, waiting and trying to negotiate a solution just to be able to enter. This situation was extremely stressful, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable, especially for families with children. In the end, with the help of Booking.com, we received a full refund and had to make another reservation elsewhere. While we appreciate Booking’s support, the experience with this property was very poor. I do not recommend this accommodation, as basic access and guest safety were not ensured.

É situato in una bellissima zona per nulla rumorosa o pericolosa, posizione vicino a due linee della metropolitana per potersi spostare comodamente per la città. Nel palazzo c’è l’ascensore per poter salire le valigie e/o la spesa, infatti ci sono due bei supermercati dietro l’angolo! Perfetto per chi vuole sfruttare la cucina e prepararsi qualcosa da mangiare. Non mancava niente, era attrezzata per tutto, e tutto funzionante. L’appartamento era pulitissimo e caldo, non hai bisogno neanche di abbigliamento da notte pesante per dormire. Tutto perfetto! Il palazzo è molto tranquillo, nessuno ci ha disturbato o importunato. Menzione d’onore allo staff, non ci hanno lasciati mai soli pur se virtualmente, sempre gentili e pronti a rispondere, e ad assecondare le nostre richieste. Veramente sorprendente, competenti e gentili, questo è stato molto importante per noi e fa la differenza! Torneremo presto e ancora qui! Grazie ❤️ Manca il bidet, ma solo noi italiani siamo a disagio per questo. Non è stato un grosso problema! 😊 La TV offre solo canali in lingua tedesca, per chi non ha tablet o pc o abbonamenti netflix non può guardare la tv. Un consiglio per il bagno, di rinnovarlo con un lavabo più grande e mobiletto più comodo, per rendere tutto al top!

• Sven (2/5): Gute Lage, schlechte Erfahrung - Diese Wohnung in Wien ist leicht zu erreichen. Am Tag der Ankunft sind in der Wohnung mehrere freistehende Heizgeräte eingeschaltet. Nächsten Tag sind sämtliche (4-5 Stück) einfach ohne Vorwarnung, während meines Stadtbesuchs, weggenommen. Ich habe nicht erwartet, daß jemand in der Wohnung ein spazieren sollte. Meine persönlichen Sachen im Bad sind zur Seite geschoben und von Unbekannten berührt. Das mag ich nicht. Es ist nicht möglich die Wohnungstür von Innen zu verriegeln. Dazu kommt, daß die Tür mit einem Handy als Fernbedienung von außen, auch sogar von der Straße aus, leicht aufgeriegelt wird. Weil bereits jemand in der Wohnung war und eine innere Schließvorrichtung fehlt, habe in der Nacht immer wieder ein Auge aufgemacht, nur um zu sehen, daß ich allein war. Meine Nacht war somit nicht erholsam. Der unbekannte Besucher hat anscheinend seine Schuhe nicht sauber abgewischt. Mein Handtuch ist auf den Fliesen im Bad kurz gelandet und ist sofort dreckig geworden. Diese Fliesen sind ja nicht sauber gewesen. Ich habe das Bad für mich gründlich geputzt. Sämtliche Flecken und Spuren sind weggeschrubbt. Ich habe in sehr viele Schreiben auf diese Probleme hingewiesen. Der Vermieter hat in seinen Antworten wiederholt, daß die Sache untersucht wird. Erst nach 4-5 Schreiben ist einen Hausmeister als Besucher erwähnt. Ich habe keine Erklärung, warum ich nicht im Voraus informiert wurde. Es ist mir unangenehm eine negative Bewertung zu schreiben, somit habe ich von Oktober bis jetzt in Mitte Dezember gezögert, und daher den Vermieter viele Möglichkeiten alles zu klären gegeben. Schließlich habe ich lediglich ein Angebot erhalten, daß ich 20% billiger beim nächsten Besuch übernachten kann. Es wird keinen nächsten Besuch sein. Ich habe stattdessen verlangt eine Rückzahlung und nichts bekommen. Ich kann leider, mit gutem Gewissen, die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen, es sei denn, der Vermieter sämtliche Probleme im Grunde löst. • Ahmet Bahadır (10/5): Tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir tesis. - Metro durağına 7-8 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Evin içi temiz ve olanakları gayet iyiydi. Tuvalet banyoda değildi. Aynı zamnda tuvalette lavabo yoktu.
• Alfonso (10/5): 10 su 10 - Posto davvero comodo, casa pulitissima, con tutti i confort, consiglio a tutti di soggiornarvi. Se ritornerò a Vienna ritornerò sicuramente ad alloggiare qua. Merita il 10 su tutto.
