• LauraUM88 (10/5): Recomendable 100% - La ubicación espectacular muy cerca del Acrópolis, sin ser una zona llena de gente ni ruidosa. El apartamento tal cual las fotos, bonito y cómodo, con todo lo necesario. El aire acondicionado tanto en salón como en la habitación super necesario, vino genial. La disponibilidad y amabilidad del responsable del apartamento, que estaba pendiente en todo momento y nos dejó abandonar la casa una hora más tarde. Mil gracias. La cama y las almohadas eran bastante incómodas. El suelo crujía bastante, nosotros íbamos con bebe y para la hora de dormir era incómodo andar porque hacíamos mucho ruido.

I think value for money isn't that great.. it's expensive, likely because it's so close to the acropolis. Also the elevator is tiny which complicates things with a stroller (and there are some stairs getting to said elevator).

• Mi Young Lee (4/5): 온수와 난방이 문제에요 - 주변에 주요관광지가 있고 쇼핑이 편리하고 카페와 레스토랑등 완벽했어요 처음부터 온수가 나오지 않아 매우 불편했고 온수가 나올걸 기대하고 샤워를 시작한 친구는 감기에 걸리고 말았어요 화장실이 포함된방은 악취가 너무심해서 화장실안에서 잠을 자는것 같았어요 할수없이 나중엔 거실쇼파에서 잠을 청할 수 밖에 없었고 바닥은 청소가 제대로 되어 있지 않았아요. 다음 게스트를 위해 온수와 난방에 철저한 대비를 부탁해요

Apartamento totalmente equipado con electrodomésticos y útiles de limpieza. Zona silenciosa y tranquila, con supermercados y locales de hostelería. Todo bastante nuevo y limpio. Muy amplio . Nos alojamos en el apartamento C y se veía como en las fotos. La comunicación con el anfitrión es excelente. Hay que tener en cuenta que para tener agua caliente hay que pulsar un botón en el cuadro eléctrico y aún tarda unos minutos en haber agua. Sería bueno que cambiaran la mampara de la ducha ya que sale mucha agua al ducharse
• Νίκος (10/5): Value for money! - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, στα 2-3 λεπτά από το μετρό της Ακρόπολης, σε μια όμορφη γειτονιά με ωραίο κόσμο και πολλούς τουρίστες, ένα τετράγωνο πίσω από το μουσείο της Ακρόπολης. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό άνετο και ανακαινισμένο, σίγουρα value for money επιλογή για αυτό που προσφέρει. Η επικοινωνία με τους διαχειριστές επίσης εξαιρετική. Στα 100 μέτρα υπάρχει και βενζινάδικο με parking όπου άφησα το αμάξι μου για φύλαξη με κόστος 25 ευρώ τη μέρα. Με λίγη τύχη πάντως ίσως βρει πάρκινγκ κανείς και στον δρόμο που υπάρχουν αρκετές θέσεις. Μοναδικό πρόβλημα (για μένα όχι αλλά θα μπορούσε να είναι για κάποιους) είναι ότι στο συγκεκριμένο σπίτι δεν υπάρχει καλό σήμα στην τηλεόραση. Απο ότι κατάλαβα δεν είναι ευθύνη των ιδιοκτητών/διαχειριστών, αλλά γενικότερο πρόβλημα της περιοχής. Ισως απλά έτυχε σε εμάς εκείνη την μέρα.

• alessio (9/5): - La posizione è il top ad Atene.Siete proprio sotto l''Acropoli, in pieno centro.In 15 minuti a piedi siete in piazza Syntagma, in 10 siete all'Agorà.Per l'aeroporto c'è la metro li vicina, dall'Acropoli prendete Syntagma e da li c'è la metro per l'Aereoporto.L'host è molto disponibile, abbiamo avuto un problema con la cassetta del bagno appena arrivati, ma in giornata ha risolto.Noi eravamo 4 adulti e 4 bambini, siamo stati bene.Lo consiglio di sicuro Nulla in particolare, direi tutto ok

No TV channels, or at least we were unable to configure it. The air conditioner didn't provide heating, it only blew lukewarm air, even though we set it correctly.

• Stephanie (8/5): Great location for exploring - We stayed in Apartment A (note the photos are from different apartments), it was clean and tidy. We arrived at midnight and check in was simple (keys waiting in lock box) with WhatsApp messages from the host to check we were ok. The location is ideal for exploring the tourist hot spots - a short walk up the road you’ll find the Acropolis Museum. A couple of minutes walk up the street opposite you’ll find a little supermarket, amazing bakery and a bar. This is a great property we only have two niggles. We found the en-suite had a drainy smell to it, we ended up leaving windows open to air the apartment. It wasn’t easy to get the key in the apartment door - it was very tight, once you perfected the jiggling it was ok (was stressful arriving at midnight and having to do this!)

Communication with the host was very easy-going and fast. The apartment has a really great location in the city within walking distance to the main attractions. But as also located not in the main street, which is secure from the noise. We had a great time as a family.

Staff did do a reset after asking a lot of questions and it finally started to work, by then it was bedtime
