As 10h55 qdo estávamos saindo já havia uma faxineira na porta... Ficou desconfortável para gente como hóspedes ...

Recomendo, se possível, atroca para um chuveiro elétrico para garantir um volume de água e temperatura mais agradável no frio.

• Michelle Brotherton (10/5): AMAZING STAY IN SAO PAULO - This property was absolutely amazing with incredible attention to detail from the host making it easy for tourists! The apartment is very very well equipped and styled, with all amenities you could need! The host really went the extra mile giving us all necessary information for the stay, and amenities! It was really one of the best places I've stayed in the world - the host, the location, and the high standard of amenity was incredible!
• Frequent (1/5): Bad - The building security man is very helpful. The decoration in the room is modern. This listing hides the truth rhat it is in an old building, major renovation started during our stay which probably last another year. Access through a steep long car road down to basement dark and dusty garage. 1 lift only to 9th floor. Other apartments also having noisy renovation. So if you have mobility issue and cannot manage steep slopes, or if you are allergic to dust, this is a nightmare. Unfortunately reservation we knew this is a non refundable booking and host is most unfriendly and unreasonable. Only provide for 1 night toiletries for our 5 days reservation. We make an average of 110 nights booking every year. First time that we encounter a host that hide such important information on the listing. Very unethical. .

• Sterling (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed here for three weeks on a work trip and loved it. The location is amazing: feels very safe and it’s close to Avenida Paulista and metro. The mini washer/dryer and the kitchen setup were super nice. The view from the desk is great. Bathroom and shower were comfortable. I’d stay here again! Never heard the neighbors, except there was some loud remodeling construction work going on next door during the daytime hours on weekdays. It wasn’t an issue for me because I was usually out and about at that time.
