Guest Reviews
- Svetlana (9/5): - The apartment is centrally located, it is quiet and warm. There’s no dishwasher in the kitchen but wasn’t a problem as there were only two of us.
- Mahek (10/5): A fab stay, Emilio is a great host and we had an amazing time. I would highly recommend this Airbnb - Absolutely amazing stay

- Svetlana (9/5): - Google Map doesn’t show the location of the property correctly.

- Tor Sveinung (8/5): Bra - Sentralt beliggende Eier ga oss ikke uoppfordret koden til nøkkelboksen, men det løste seg forholdsvis raskt
- Jenny (9/5): A decent apartment In Jericho from which to explore Oxford by foot. - The location was wonderful, just around the corner from a couple of pubs and a grocery store. For our family of five it was nice that there were three separate bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, including salt and pepper, and some tea and coffee. The property was smaller in person than it appeared in the pictures however it was still adequate. The pub downstairs was quite loud as we had to leave our windows open because of the heat. While there is no air conditioning, there were a couple of fans which were helpful, but it would’ve been nice if there was one for each room.
- Shanice (10/5): Excellent - It is very clean and fully equipped with the necessary cooking and washing tools. Nil
- Barbara (10/5): Perfect base for exploring Oxford - Location great. Three bedrooms perfect for us and all bedrooms were a good size. Nice big bath towels. Comfortable lounge TV very limited
- Robert (9/5): Jericho's Rest - an ideal and comfortable location for a family visit to Oxford. - The apartment was exactly as depicted in the advertisement and photos. Exceptionally comfortable, spacious, bright, with central-heating and well appointed (and with the necessary basic condiments provided, thanks). The bedlinen and towels were soft and comfortable. Tea, coffee pods etc were available on arrival and were most welcome. The apartment was convenient to Oxford’s many restaurants, pubs, shops, art cinema and the many city attractions. Communications with the property owner, Emilio, were quick, warm and helpful.
Despite being next door to a very popular pub - which we often visited, and enjoyed : ) - the apartment was peacefully quiet. Within a short walking distance of many fine pubs and restaurants, so, ideally located.
The instructions on accessing the property were excellent.
I would recommend this property for a family visiting Oxford. I look forward to visiting again. Instructions to operate the temperature control for the central heating would have been useful (altho it wasn't too difficult to operate).
- Kira (9/5): Very good. I recommend it to anyone. - Our expectations were met and exceeded. The location and flat were great!
I liked having a washing machine and clothes airer.
I liked finding cleaning products in the flat.
We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors. The blankets and cushion covers should be fresh for each new client. I washed them myself for my family.
I believe that there is space in the kitchen for a dishwasher.
The third bedroom has enough space for hanging for clothes to be provided. EG a small one door wardrobe.
The blind in this room is faulty.
- Patrick (10/5): Great apartment - The apartment has everything you could need. Spacious, comfortable, very clean and not far from all the main attractions of Oxford. I would highly recommend staying here. There are a couple of flights of stairs to get into the apartment which might affect some people but I really couldn't fault the apartment.
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Guillermo (6/5): Pleasant -
- Viktoria (10/5): Wonderful stay - Wonderful apartment in great area of Oxford, all amenities nearby. And a lovely and responsive host. Definitely recommend!
- Abunuwas (10/5): Nice, clean, and comfortable. Lovely family trip - Amazing flat, very clean and organised, spacious, very quiet, and very well located. Emilio was awesome and very helpful the whole time. It was very easy to get the keys from the lockbox. The flat is very well insulated and it gets warm very quickly. The location is excellent, right close to coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and stores, and a few minutes from the centre. It is pricey but then all of Oxford is expensive and you get what you pay for. We traveled with our 2 year old and it was lovely.
- Alice (9/5): Superb -
- Carly (10/5): Lovely, quiet apartment in a beautiful part of Oxford - Nice size apartment, loved having a king size bed, had a well stocked kitchen, and very clean. Couldn’t ask for a better location!
- Baranauskaite (8/5): Angry owner, the rest is fine - Location, cleanliness were perfect Information and communication with staff. I hoped that he would meet me, because he asked me when I would arrive. But he only sent a text message about the keys. No detailed instruction was provided on how to use that box. It was the first time to me to see such a box, so I called to the owner. Unfortunately, he was very dissatisfied that I am disturbing him. But arrived and let me in. However, was angry that I was bothering him.
- Breffnie (8/5): Very good - Spotlessly clean, well located, and thoughtfully equipped. The building itself isn't charming to look at, but the location, finish and furnishing of the apartment along with excellent communication from the host would make me very happy to go back.
- Marlis (9/5): Great place to stay in a lovely part of Oxford - Lovely area, nicely appointed with everything that we needed. Perhaps a bit on the expensive side, but then Oxford is generally very pricey.
- Sally (10/5): This was the perfect apartment for us. We were sorry to leave after 12 days. - The apartment had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was beautiful and very practical. The decor was extremely pleasing. The location was perfect, close to the restaurants and shops of Jericho and also to the city centre and to beauty spots such as Port Meadow. it was also very handy for public transport. We had a great time. Thank you, Emilio. There was nothing about the property that we didn’t like.
