• Michalicenko (9/5): - The accommodation was exactly as in the photos, it met everything we needed. Contact without problems, in the area there are tennis courts, swimming pools, parking space, near a shop, bakery or restaurant. Thank you The only negative thing I can think of is that some of the kitchen utensils were in poor condition. It's possible that the previous tenants left it that way.

• anna (10/5): Amazing - Beautiful memories and an amazing host! The apartment has everything you could need – we immediately felt at home. The pool right in front of the apartment often felt like our private pool, as it was very quiet, with another larger pool just a few metres away. The apartment is simple but tastefully decorated. Joseph, the host, is truly amazing – he pays attention to every little detail to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. We were also welcomed with a thoughtful package including fresh fruit, chips, sweets, and a bottle of wine 😊 – such a lovely surprise! The area is very safe, with cameras around the buildings, and the staff are kind and helpful I highly recommend this apartment! Thank you so much, Joseph, for everything – we truly felt at home and will definitely return at the first opportunity! It was perfect!
• Katarzyna (10/5): - Apartament położony na drugim piętrze, przestronny, czysty, doskonale wyposażony - sprzęt kuchenny, pralka, klimatyzowane pomieszczenia, sprzęt do tenisa, wygodne łóżka, dużo miejsca w szafach. Właściciel zapewnił wszystko, co potrzebne, a w razie potrzeby jest cały czas do dyspozycji, w ciągłym kontakcie. Przy budynku znajduje się kameralny basen, nie ma problemu z leżakami, woda czysta, panie sprzątające dbają o czystość i porządek. W pobliżu duże markety, po drugiej stronie ulicy piekarnia, wszystko w zasięgu ręki. W pobliżu wiele pięknych plaż, na najbliższą spacerkiem 15 minut. Polecam szczególnie rodzinom z dziećmi.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully arranged, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Joseph had prepared everything with such care – there was cold water in the fridge, tea, coffee, fresh fruit, snacks, and even a bottle of wine to welcome us. It meant so much, especially since we arrived late and there was nowhere open to buy food. Those little touches truly saved the evening – and the kids from going to bed hungry! It’s rare to find a place with this kind of warmth and attention. Joseph, thank you for making our stay so special – we’ll never forget it. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place!
• Derek (10/5): Location , helpfulness of the host Joseph was exceptional . - Location , helpfulness of the host Joseph was exceptional , from getting numbers for hairdresser to taxi firms and his directions to the apartment was very easy to follow . Directions on the working of Aircon TV and water very easy to follow and apartment had plenty of games for playing with in the evenings . Also left a welcome pack , very much appreciated , snacks , fruit , tea & coffee and wine . Nothing really
• Kevin (10/5): Honest Review - Very nice apartment finished to a high standard, absolutely everything you could possibly need is supplied, the host was very helpful, supplied videos on how to gain access and step by step easy to follow instructions, the apartment is on the top floor, very spacious with a balcony to the front overlooking to road, UK TV and sports channels, simple to operate, 2 lovely pools and a gym I would definitely book it again There is a main road to the front and traffic noise can be heard, it didn't bother us but some may not like it
• Malinovic (10/5): Exceptional - We (wife, 2 kids and i) stayed at Kyklades Resort and our host was Mr Joseph. I must say that everything was perfect. Even before we got there we got from our host detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, where to find a key, etc. When we were there our host was always available for us. As a guest, you can use the gym and Mr Joseph provided that for us in no time. The facility has a swimming pool that you can use for free as well. The apartment was super clean, we even had double towels and sheets. Also, you can find all the appliances that you need. My biggest impression is: because we came late at night and we left very early like 1 hour after midnight, Mr Joseph noticed that and insisted that he return us money for one night. Here is not about the money it's about the gesture (hearts and souls).

The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. From prompt communication to thoughtful touches, they made the stay truly exceptional. • Natallia (8/5): Very good - This was a very positive experience! The apartment is fresh, clean and comfortable for a family of 3-5 persons. The supermarkets are not far away. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to nearest beaches. Many thanks to the owner of the apartment Joseph who really cared about us and provided advice and help in no time! The apartment is located near the road, and the traffic was a bit noisy if you are not used to it.

• Froso (10/5): Fantastic Stay - Highly Recommended! - We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to numerous shops and restaurants, making it easy to get around without a car. It was especially great for our family, with plenty of space. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again!
• Nadine (10/5): RIGHT beside a very handy bus stop - absolutely spot on from start to finish. the host sent me very detailed instructions about the location and how to get in etc.. the apartment had everything that I needed for my stay , it's so close to the bus stop that takes you in to protaris and on the other side of the road takes you to ayia nappa. I would definitely recommend this accomodation thankyou so much xx. nothing

• Iphigenia (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, spacious modern flat very close to the beach. The complex have 2 free to use pools (plus one for kids) as well as tennis court. In the apartment there were extra towels, sheets, bath necessities, Nespresso machine and capsules, instant and Cyprus coffee, wine, tea bags, sugar, honey, straws filtered out tap water Etc. Nothing bad but it would be good to have a mat outside the door so that you could spot the stair also it would be great to have salt pepper and a can opener

We will definitely come back! The host, Joseph, very kind, took into account our requirements and we communicated almost every day! Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like!
• Stephanie (10/5): Very practical and in a short walking distance from everything such as supermarkets bakeries shops sea etc. - It was very beautiful the apartment, there were two pools and the one has canteen.. we loved the place and in near walking distance there are shops bakery and supermarkets. But our favourite was the stocking in the house , it had bath staff and also coffee machine with capsules 😊 I think it was very practical and for families 😊 loved it ❤️❤️
