The bed was comfortable and the toilet spacious and clean. We could even use the shower on the 1st floor post check-out. • Zohar (10/5): Incredible experience in Hanoi. - This has, by far, been my best accommodation in Vietnam so far. The homestay owner Mr. Hoanh, and his lovely family have made me feel right at home, and have gone out of their way to accommodate all my needs. The room, the bathroom, and the whole property were extremely clean, and cleaned a few times a day, the room was quiet, and my experience in total was incredible. Once back in Hanoi, I will totally go back to stay with them. Absolutely nothing.

• Pia (9/5): Für einen Städtetrip und ein authentisches Erlebnis völlig empfehlenswert! - Alles schaut so aus wie auf den Bildern - Und das ist nicht immer üblich in Asien. Das junge Ehepaar, das das Homestay betreibt, ist überaus freundlich, und auch die Haushaltskraft war immer sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns willkommen und umsorgt gefühlt. Die Toilette/Dusche wurde immer zeitnah nach der Nutzung gereinigt, und das Badezimmer ist direkt neben/gegenüber dem Zimmer, sodass die gemeinsame Nutzung mit einem anderen Zimmer null gestört hat. Die Handtücher wurden täglich getauscht. Das Zimmer war riesig und hell. Wir hatten eine Woche gebucht und waren gerne dort. Leider gab es außerhalb des Zimmers in der Unterkunft kein Sofa oder generell einen Bereich, in dem man Zeit verbringen konnte. Zum Ausruhen tagsüber wäre das wirklich top gewesen, wenn man sich nicht unbedingt wieder ins Bett legen wollte. Die Bettwäsche ist etwas günstig gehalten, was das Bett insgesamt nicht so gemütlich machte. Eine dickere Decke, oder eine Daunendecke, die nicht ganz aus Synthetik ist, wäre angenehmer gewesen. Ansonsten gab es wirklich nichts auszusetzen und diese Punkte würden mich auch nicht daran abhalten, nochmal hier zu buchen. Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft! 🤗

Alltid tilgjengelige enten fysisk eller på Wattsapp. Liten kjøkkenkrok ved behov for det. Vi brukte vannkokeren litt. Fikk vann hver dag. Stort rom med mulighet for arbeid/måltid ved bord. Rolig gate om kvelden. Noe trafikkstøy om morgenen, men dette var første stopp i Vietnam, så mulig at vi var litt sensitive med jetlag. Kunne hatt et møbel ekstra for å legge ting i/på.

Além de nos darem boas dicas sobre a cidade, como alimentação e ATM's, nos ajudaram com o transporte ida e volta para Ninh Binh e para o aeroporto. Também tivemos bonitos momentos de conversas. • Giovanna (10/5): Persone veramente squisite e questo fa la differenza :) - La camera è veramente spaziosa e provvista di tutto il necessario. Nel caso mancasse qualcosa basta chiedere e l'host è disponibile a soddisfare qualunque richiesta. Come da descrizione il bagno è condiviso con un'altra camera, lo staff lo pulisce costantemente! L'host mi ha aiutato in un sacco di cose: consigliandomi dove cambiare i soldi, qualche posto per cenare, come prenotare i bus per gli spostamenti e mi ha pure dato un passaggio. Persone veramente squisite e questo fa la differenza :) Se dovessi tornare ad Hanoi tornerei sicuramente qui. Grazie Un po' difficile da trovare, è in una piccola stradina.
• Petra (10/5): Perfektní druhý domov.. - Hoanh je velmi milý a vstřícný člověk, který se vším pomůže, poradí a např. i zařídí transfer z letiště na ubytování nebo do Ninh Binh. Každé patro má pouze dva pokoje a jednu společnou koupelnu, takže je zde opravdu soukromí. Zařízení čisté a funkční, postel tak akorát měkká. Také poloha je vynikající! V centru naproti tržnice a přesto je na spaní v noci klid. Pokud bude znovu v Hanoji, určitě se sem vrátím. Ale pozor, je třeba rezervovat včas! Chtěli jsme ještě na 1 noc ke konci pobytu a 1 měsíc před nestačil.. Toto ubytování je hodně žádané. Nevím, není co napsat. Všechno bylo super!

• Basnet (10/5): - The owner and staff are really sweet. I was there for late night and early morning so booked a cheap hotel in great location just in front of dong xuan market. There is no elevator but they carried and brought down our luggage. They were very loving and sweet. You have to share the bathroom with another room but u have the basin in balcony as well. Cant complain for a 16$ room with queen bed and balcony.

• Thanh Mai (10/5): Quá là đángiu. - M.n ở đây đều dễ thương lắm ạ. Nhiệt tình phát ngại lun mà :3. Phòng cơ bản ko mới nhưng rất sạch sẽ, ở rất thoải mái như ở nhà vậy. Ở trong ngõ nên rất yên tĩnh. Ở ngay gần chợ Đồng Xuân, nhiều quán ăn. Cầu thang hơi nhỏ với phải leo bộ nha. Nhưng ko là vấn đề so với quá nhiều sự dễ mến ở đây. Có dịp tới HN nhất định sẽ ghé lại ạ.

• Laia (9/5): Muy recomendable - La habitación es tal como sale en las fotos. El chico muy servicial y amable, dispuesto a ayudarte con cualquier duda. El primer dia nos dió recomendaciones para visitar y comer, con información de los platos. También nos facilitó lugares para sacar dinero sin comisiones y cambiar efectivo. La casa esta en un callejón, situado a unos 10 minutos andando del lago Hoan Kiem. Se comparte el baño con otra habitación pero esta muy limpio, cada vez que se usa, se limpia. Nada. Sólo informar que hay que subir escalones.
• olika_iv (9/5): Все понравилось, для короткого пребывания в Ханое - это отличный бюджетный вариант - Очень удачное расположение в старом квартале, но в тихом переулке, в отдалении от туристического шума. Персонал гостиницы очень внимательный и услужливый. Мужчина достаточно хорошо говорит по-английски помог забронировать билеты на автобус до Ниньбиня (с удобным временем отправки, и хорошим сервисом). Сразу дал информацию о том, что нудно попробовать из еды в Ханое (даже дал адреса где вкусно), дал контакты где поменять деньги ( мы этим воспользовались и обменный курс нам понравился). В общем для нас, которые в Ханое были проездом буквально на одну ночь, его подсказки очень помогли. За что ему сильно благодарны. В номере было чисто, матрас с подушками удобный, постельное белье и полотенца чистые. кондиционер работал как надо. Фен, шампунь, гель для душа, зубные щетки с пастой были, даже диски и ватные палочки положили. Видно , что хозяева очень стараются, чтобы гостям было приятно останавливаться в их отеле. Все хорошо было. Отель бюджетный и по вьетнамским меркам, нужно просто учитывать это в виду. У нас был номер в отдельным собственным сан. узлом и именно там было слышно шум машин на шоссе, но не критично. Окно из номер выходила внутрь дома, на лестничную площадку, кому то это критично, но нас это не напрягало, т.к. не было ощущения душного замкнутого помещения, В общем за такую цену и такое отличное обслуживание к чему то придираться даже не хочется.

Don't let the shared bathroom put you off - its only shared between one other room and its cleaned constantly, more than a 5 star hotel. Our room was large, sunny, and had all the amenities we could need. Our bed was also super comfy and big. This place was so great and really good value for somewhere right in the middle of Hanoi. The rooms were big with tall ceilings and big windows to peer out of. The aircon works great. The accomodation is down an alley which we came back at night feeling very safe. It’s amazing how busy the city is and just down the alley how quiet it was. We hardly heard any vehicles. We are in the Old Quarter but not in the super touristy areas which was great. We liked hanging out with the locals and eating the amazing food. Juan (I definitely spelled his name wrong) sent us links to awesome food places and dishes to eat which we loved. He also booked our bus for us to Sapa and it was a great. Price. Juan is very communicative and responds quickly to our messages. You will not go wrong with this local Homestay. We were trying to book again but they were full and we were sad. We will definitely book here again in the future. No complaints
