It was advertised as having free private - The property did not meet the standard or features advertised in the listing. It was advertised as having free private on-site parking and a garage, however neither was available, and we had to rely on street parking. This was a major factor in our booking decision. There were also several cleanliness and maintenance issues on arrival, including an unclean BBQ, debris left in window sills, a leaking toilet base, a shower spraying water into the ceiling, loose bathroom fittings, and a non-functioning air-conditioning remote. These issues were raised during the stay but were not adequately resolved. Compensation was only offered after repeated follow-up. Overall, the experience did not reflect the price paid or the advertised description. Future guests should carefully confirm key features before booking.
