• Carolina (7/5): - Localização Entrada do prédio velha e com cheiro desagradável. No entanto, quando se entra no apartamento tudo desaparece. Primeiro impacto não é agradável, mas depois muda.
• Rita (9/5): Muito boa opção de alojamento em Padron - Apartamentos totalmente renovados. Os apartamentos tinham bebidas e comida disponíveis para os hóspedes. O exterior do prédio (não renovado) não reflete a qualidade dos apartamentos.

• Sammut Family Travels (9/5): - Our host went out of his way to ensure all was perfect for us. There were some small issues but they were immediately addressed and resolved to our satisfaction
• Janet (9/5): A welcome rest on our Camino journey - The location was convenient for our Camino journey and was spacious for our needs. We were able to easily walk to the old town to eat dinner and go to shops and historical attractions. Some of the nearby churches had staff available to stamp our Camino credentials. We had a view of the mountains and the park area below. We had a little trouble finding it at first, and then getting back onto to the Camino in the morning but that is probably more a reflection of our navigation.

• AGUILAR JARA (5/5): - El apartamento esta bien ubicado y está limpio y equipado. Las claves para entrar al apartamento me parece bastante cómodo. No me gustó el edificio. La entrada huele muy mal. Yo no cojo ascensores y subiendo por la escalera huele fatal. Hay algún piso que no está habitado y repito está todo muy viejo y maolinete. El ascensor también es muy antiguo. Creo que debería bajar el precio por el mal estado del edificio.
• Maira (8/5): Very comfortable, nice apartment. - The apartment was clean, quiet, across a large avenue to reach the historic center. The owner provided tea and coffee. Wifi worked well. the A/C worked well. Shower and bathroom facilities very clean and modern. Rooms were spacious and lovely. TV worked very well. We were provided a link to direct our arrival from the Camino to the apartment. This link was horrendous and we ended up leaving the Camino trail to follow this link which took us walking by a very transited highway. The owner needs to provide better walking directions from the Camino trail once in Padron. Location is in a quiet building, but across from a large, busy avenue that connect to the historic center.

• Marie (9/5): Excellent stay - lovely apartment with charm and comfort. - Location was sensational… balcony overlooked the square… we could buy a few things at the grocery store nearby and enjoy a beer with cheese and crackers on the balcony. Very spacious rooms and living area… comfortable beds and linen. Very close to Camino route.. The host said a particular floor to go to but the suites were on a different floor, confusing… but everything was fine in terms of the key after that.
• David (9/5): Very nice - Clean, easy parking, nice interior. The location was good in the sense that parking was easy and it was close to everything. However, it was on the main street which was not a beautiful as the inner historic area, which was just one street over.

• Phuong-ha (8/5): The apts are really nice, and in a good location, with good view, too! - The apts were clean, spacious and included a nice kitchen, plus a washer! It was a bit stressful to get inside (e.g. download the app, use the app to get inside the building, and then use the code to get inside the apt). But thanksfully, texting worked and I got responses back in a reasonable time.

• Catherine (10/5): Excellent experience - The apartment was very comfortable with a lovely interior design. Having a washing machine available in the apartment was a great convenience. The air conditioning units in each room were excellent—you could regulate the temperature individually, which made the stay very pleasant. The location is very central to the town, and the host was easy to contact and highly commendable.

• Pauline (9/5): Thoughtful host & excellent location on Camino routes - Most excellent accommodation of this trip Host thoughtful of travellers necessity - manual clothes dryer, washing machine, lots of places to hang clothes to dry. (On Camino routes many properties do NOT have hangers to hang clothes in showers or anywhere in property - so Padrón suites stand out). Owner also accept luggage transfer collection pickup which is important. Location is across street for Sunday market. Refrigerator kettle kitchen with coffee maker & everything else to make one feel truly a home away from home. We stayed 2 nights. Nothing. Surprised treat - There’s a weighing machine but unfortunately no battery. We were so excited to weigh ourselves.
• John (4/5): Would look elsewhere next time - No “Padron Suites” sign on outside door at street entry Entry instructions did not work due to faulty programming of electronic app-based key Floor/elevator level confusing and not detailed in instructions. Located on busy street with traffic noise through the night. Earplugs insufficient. No windows in main rooms of apt. Only in bedrooms.

We cooked a meal so it was nice to have the facilities and some kitchen basics. finding the accommodation in the first instance was impossible. no signage. we called and the staff found us at the street intersection and checked us in. the virtual key was a bit glitchy.

• Matthew (7/5): Apart from the use of a bad ap for check in the appartment was good. - The location was convenient for doing the Camino Way The owners asked us to provide the check in information using an ap. It is the worst ap I have ever used. The downloading, completing fields that would not autofill, being sent this the day of arrival when already doing the Camino way and the fact it repeated information already collected by booking.com was very frustrating. Please dump the ap its rubbish! However, once I had messaged the owner, it was booking.com's fault the request was sent late - the owner had sent it the day before and booking.com sat on it for a half day. The owners also expedited the check in process just by asking for a photo of my passport.

• Leontine (8/5): Nice apartment, helpful host, in central Padrón - The bedrooms were nice and spacious, the washing machine was great, good bathroom. The entrance and staircase were unwelcoming, old and smelled badly of petrol. The airconditioning unit made so much noise that it was impossible to sleep with it on. Our apartment was facing a very busy road so that was loud too. Compared to other apartments it was overpriced.

Everything was fantastic: location right on the Camino and a minute's walk from bars, restaurants, supermarkets. Apartment was so well equipped and comfortable. I cant think of anything they didnt supply. They even had a foot spa! So welcome after 5 days of walking! Bathroom great. Lovely shower. Welcome pack of beers, water, cakes, various teas, coffee all delicious. Host was great at communicating before and during our stay. Fabulous! Nothing. Everything was excellent!

• Evgenia (9/5): Great location and amenities for your Camino stay in Padron - The property is located close to the old town and a minute away from a small supermarket which is very handy. Very comfortable beds, washing machine and nice big shower. You can’t ask for more on the Camino. If you arrive tired from your Camino walk you might miss the building. It would be helpful to have a sticker on the entrance buzzer to know that the address is correct. Otherwise there is nothing to indicate you are at the right building.

Earplugs provided. Good value for money. Traffic noise wich you hear less in the main bedroom. (earplugs provided) The toilet...well you sit uneasy on a throne. Very uncomfortable beds (but that is personally)

It was clean and lots of space. it had a washing machine and a covered patio to hang the laundry. The view was not good and it would have been nice to have a dryer. But it is close to a laundromat.

We also did a load of laundry, and dried it in the sunroom. A grocery store was just steps away, and our hosts were quick to respond online. Would definitely stay here again!

• Mark (9/5): Beautiful place to stay when walking the way of St. James. - Appreciated how easy the app worked to open the front door and then had codes for the remaining doors. Nice to have a working kitchen, we used it to make supper and breakfast for the eight people that we had staying. We booked two suites that shared the same entry door, making it effectively one large suite, very nice.

• Marie (10/5): Perfect place to stay when visiting Padron or if you are a pilgrim looking for a bed. - This place had everything and more! It is well appointed and was very luxurious. It is in. A great location for the Camino Portuguese and very close walking distance to the restaurants, churches and central area. Had a tough time with using the app to open the door. I have to say that our host was very responsive when I called and was there at the door to meet us with “real” keys to use for the duration of our stay.
• Rosemary (10/5): I would highly recommend it.. - Extremely comfortable, spacious, and exceptionally well equipped. Coffee , biscuits supplied and the owner even left two bottles of beer in the fridge. Great to have the extra external space to hang wet clothes. Bed linen and bed really comfortable. Very central , and on the Camino The app to access the apartment is extremely difficult to download and though the owner was there to open the door when we phoned the hassle of trying to use the app is stressful.
