• Tamara (10/5): Would definetly stay there again - A fantastic apartment, with everything you require. The location was ideal - walkable to all the main areas and transit. Manuel was very helpful with recommendations Nothing.
• Mathieu (10/5): Superbe appartement idéalement situé, calme et magnifique et hôtes très sympathiques - Nous avons tout aimé : l acceuil des notre arrivée par Manuel qui est un hôte très accueillant, très sympathique qui nous a tout expliqué et conseillé comme jamais j avais été reçu auparavant dans d autres établissements . La décoration est superbe et faite avec goût , les petites attentions , la propreté grâce à Gabriella ( bravo) , le calme , l endroit idéal à côté de tout ce qu il faut visiter, bref tout nous a plus. On s y est senti comme chez nous tellement cet appartement est chaleureux ! Et par dessus tout nous avons adoré Seville qui est une ville tellement magnifique ! Rien
• Marina (10/5): - Местоположение квартиры просто идеальное, в любую точку можно комфортно прогуляться пешком, из аэропорта мы доехали на автобусе EA, тоже удобно. При этом окна квартиры выходят во внутренний дворик, не слышно уличный шум, только соседей, которых в доме мало. Квартира уютная, чистая, есть абсолютно всё необходимое. Хозяева были с нами на связи до и во время нашего пребывания. Из-за переноса рейса мы приехали на сутки позже, Мануэль и Габриэлла очень нам сочувствовали и даже предложили бесплатно продлить проживание на день❤️. При заселении нас встречал Мануэль, всё нам рассказал, передал ключи, оставил для нас приятные комплименты.

• Vera (10/5): - A wonderful apartment in the heart of historic Seville. The hosts are extremely welcoming and always ready to give the right advice—from where to eat to what places to visit. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, from bathroom essentials to everything you might need if you choose to dine at home. It is also exceptionally quiet despite being located in the historic center of Seville, and clean and pleasantly cool even during the heat outside—making it a very enjoyable place to stay.
• Lucas (9/5): Geweldig! - Manuel stond klaar voor ons toen we aankwamen om een rondleiding te geven en de sleutels te overhandigen. Ook daarna konden we altijd bij Manuel terecht met vragen die hij vrijwel direct beantwoordde. De locatie was perfect en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in de accommodatie. Kortom, top verblijf en gastheer!

We especially appreciated how quiet it was, the quality of the facilities, and the fact that everything matched the description perfectly. We felt at ease from the moment we arrived. Our host was also outstanding. He was very welcoming, available, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay, which made our experience even more enjoyable. His hospitality, kindness, and professionalism truly made a difference. We will keep very fond memories of this stay and would gladly return.

• Luca Mattia (10/5): ** ECCEZIONALE SOGGIORNO ** - Una perla di alloggio incastonato in un palazzo storico con patio che ti rimanda positivamente indietro nel tempo. L'appartamento è moderno e accogliente, arredato con gusto, molto silenzioso, pulitissimo e splendidamente presentato. Inoltre è dotato di ogni confort anche il più piccolo accessorio tutti utili a farti sentire come a casa tua. La posizione è eccellente per visitare la città a piedi a due passi dal ponte di Triana. Inoltre per gli spostamenti da e per l'aeroporto la stazione di autobus di Plaza de Armas è a soli 600 metri facilmente raggiungibile in 5 minuti. L'accoglienza di Manuel merita una lode in più per cortesia, signorilità, disponibilità, precisione e simpatia. Grazie di tutto...... Tutto perfetto.....

• Erika (10/5): - Great stay in a wonderful city. A cozy, clean, and well-maintained studio, perfectly located in the very heart of the old town. The building is historic, but the apartment is beautifully renovated, warm, quiet, and very comfortable. Manuel is a great host — friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Sevilla is a fantastic city, and this place is a perfect base to explore it. Highly recommended.

L’appartement est impeccablement propre, très bien équipé — ils ont vraiment pensé à tout. L’emplacement est exceptionnel, en plein centre, ce qui nous a permis de tout faire à pied. Au calme car ne donne pas sur la rue (il n'y avait pas de voisins quand nous sommes venus donc très calme aussi au dessus ou dans la cours qui peut raisonner). Tres bien équipé pour y rester plusieurs jours. Et enfin, tres très bien placé. Au top, merci ! Ras

• Sergio (10/5): - Fantastica posizione sia per visitare a piedi il centro, sia per raggiungere bar e ristoranti. Nella stessa via c'è un deposito bagagli, molto comodo se si parte la sera del giorno del check out. L'appartamento, ristrutturato e ben arredato, affaccia su un grazioso e silenzioso cortile interno. Servizi ben funzionanti. Il letto e i cuscini comodi, insieme alle tapparelle alle finestre, permettono un ottimo riposo.

• laetitia (10/5): un appartement au top - le logement est placé au cœur du centre-ville et de la cathédrale, tout est centrale. Il est super bien décoré , fonctionnel ( lave vaisselle, micro ondes étc ) et propre. Il y a des produits de première nécessité ( huile etc ) et du shampooing et gel douche, des serviettes de bonne qualité. Dans la chambre, il y a des volets fermés, ainsi qu’un calme absolu, moi qui suis sensible au bruit. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible . Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour un séjour à Séville. rien Merci !
• Kim (9/5): - De ligging was perfect. Het appartement is mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed is goed en de bak in de woonkamer is perfect om na een lange wandel dag even te ontspannen! De eigenaar is super vriendelijk en ontging ons enthousiast bij aankomst. We kregen leuke en goede tips om de stad te ontdekken. 1 handdoek per persoon om af te drogen na het douchen was in onze ogen net te weinig voor 4 dagen. We hebben niet om meer gevraagd, maar weet zeker als we dit gedaan hadden dat we er meer hadden gekregen.

Manuel was welcoming us personally at the agreed point of time, giving us an introduction along with recommendations for restaurants etc. Also during our stay he was reconfiming with us, that everything is fine....very easy communication. L’accueil a été vraiment chaleureux et attentionné, on se sent immédiatement à l’aise. La personne qui nous a reçus est d’une grande gentillesse et fait tout pour que l’on se sente bien. Le cadre est agréable, propre et parfaitement entretenu. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter, et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

• Michael (10/5): A great place to stay in Seville and base yourself - highly recommended. - Fabulous location in the centre of Seville - we were able to walk to all of the major sights. The apartment is in a very old building which is full of character and style. Very helpful and friendly owners and the apartment itself was spotless, well outfitted and very spacious. One staircase to haul bags up and down - but it is an old building so be ready.

You can have a good sleep because it’s very quiet but located just in the centre. We were lucky to meet the hosts because they are truly amazing people, their hospitality is something special. ❤️ We are looking forward to come back! Everything was great
• May (9/5): Superb - Comfortable living space in a gorgeous building in a perfect location. Host was very accommodating and friendly. It was great there is a washing machine and it would be very helpful if there was a clothes rack. Secondly, the induction stove top was very hard to figure out. There was a user manual but it was in Spanish.

The property is superb. Extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is located near great bars and restaurants. If you’re going to Seville this property is for you. Nothing, everything was great.
