• Claire (10/5): Happy sleepers - The apartment was spacious, clean and welcoming, the rooms were immaculate, it had great access to the local shops and public transport routes. The apartment security made us feel safe and secure, especially as we had our kids with us. There was nothing that raised any complaints, the stay was wonderful, would happily book it again on our next trip.
• Roverlinds (5/5): Clean and comfy inside but sadly we had a few issues so wouldn't stay again. - The apartment was very clean and inside. Beds, quilts and pillows were super comfy. A few late opening shops just down the road. No curtains in any of the rooms, even with the blinds closed it was still too bright, especially at 6am. Toilet seat wasn't secure. Bathroom lock needs attention. A family member got locked in as once locked,it could only be unlocked from the outside. On our first night's stay there was a strong smell of marijuana seeping in from close by/outside. Wasn't pleasant. Struggled to park outside the apartment. Had to park on a side street further down the road.

• John (1/5): Had a great wedding and days out , but nothing good to say about our stressful stay at this property - The furnishings were nice No electricity when arrived kept tripping out . Ladders under the fuse box , so cleaner aware of electrical fault. No electricity until following day. No welcome pack . Not adequately cleaned ie bath,toilet sink etc. cleaned it ourselves . Hoover was jammed solid had to clean it out ourselves. Dirty skirting,shelving dirty. Burns on the hob. Items from previous renter’s found in bedroom. Rubbish piled up under outside metal stairs. • Judith (3/5): Made the best out of a bad job bought a pack of cards helped 😢 - Well lovely property if it had been cleaned No cleaning crew been as couldn’t enter the building not there fault thou ,half the electrics didn’t work so as a family with a baby it was a nightmare( no wifi no tv )but if everything is addressed then the property will be nice . Bit far out other than that it is a nice property x
• Lyndsey (3/5): Disappointed. Birthday weekend ruined. - Property is well located and very functional. Had to contact host 3/4 times before we got keys. Property not cleaned on arrival or beds made. Rubbish and bed linen left from previous guests.
• Shaun&laura21 (7/5): Good location - Location is great, 8 min drive to the beach and 6 mins to town centre. The apartment was a great size and decorated nicely. There were some marks on the walls and one of the pictures in the lounge had fallen off the wall.
• Phillip (8/5): Would stay again - Well suited for a family Location was convenient for our needs. Customer service were helpful and quick to respond even out of hours. Mains breaker was off when we arrived. I don't believe I received the check in details until I chased for the lockbox pin.
