• Goyette (9/5): Wonderful villa right on the beach with a comfortable and spacious interior and an even more amazing deck with a view of - Beautiful location right on the beach! Comfortable and spacious with all the amenities provided! I sat on the deck most days just listening to the waves! We could walk to restaurants and parked our rental car very close. Washing machine was handy. It is on the beach so the water is salty. The owner provided bottled water though, which was most appreciated.

• Loree (10/5): If I ever come back to Santorini, this is where I will stay! - Georgios was a terrific host. It’s very obvious how proud he is of his property! unlike everywhere else we’ve stayed, someone came in every day and made the beds and took out the trash. It’s perfectly situated right by the beach with restaurants and shops bar nearby. Also, if you’re having a hard time deciding what excursions to do there’s a place right next-door and Marcos is very helpful.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Paradise with a fabulously huge terrace and spectacular sea views - This is one of the best properties we stayed at. The terrace is huge, with uninterrupted sea views. It's stunning! Inside decorated well and everything you need for a fab holiday. Home from home. The host was friendly and available, the cleaner was great every day. We had to work a few mornings and the wifi was excellent for Zoom video calls etc. Couldn't fault a thing. I would move int tomorrow if I could ;-). We will be back! Nothing. It was a fabulous property for a relaxing and romantic holiday in Perissa, Santorini.

• Tammy (10/5): This was a perfect choice for our family of 6 (4 teens). Lots to do and see, and it felt safe and not too crowded. - Very clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. The view was incredible. George greeted us and had snacks and drinks available for us - much appreciated after a long trip. We were steps from the beach and had chairs available to us. There are grocery marts close by and many many shops and cafes along the strip. We felt safe and welcomed. We loved everything about it.

• Christopher (10/5): A fab spot, beautiful view to enjoy coffee and waves! - George, the host, was such a great guy. The view is not at all done its justice in the photos. The villa was in a great location and fab restaurants in short walking distance. We will be back! That I was only there 12 nights.
• Tami (10/5): Absolutely wonderful. If you’re doing what I do and debating between a million properties, don’t hesitate. Just book it! - Everything! But most especially the location and the balcony/porch. It was definitely in my top 5 Airbnb stays ever, and we have stayed at a LOT of airbnbs. The balcony is absolutely amazing. My son slept out there one night. George couldn’t have been nicer, allowing us to use a room at his other property in the early am after a sleepless night, until this property was ready. I also loved Perissa. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance and a quieter respite from the rest of the island. Nothing at all.
• Ian (10/5): A luxury apartment in a great seafront location with stunning views. - Great seafront location with stunning views from the huge balcony equipped with lounging beds and table and seats. The lounge and bedrooms were decorated and equipped to a luxurious standard, scrupulously tidied and cleaned daily by our maid Lena. Plenty of local eateries and mini-markets and a regular bus service to Fira. A couple of "small island" issues including occasional power cuts and poor water quality but these didn't detract from a otherwise amazing stay.

View from the terrace is STUNNING! You don’t even need to go to the beach You are literally on the beach because of the terrace The owner is absolutely incredible He provided the snacks, water… and even board games… The facility is fully equipped with ever and Even more It is 5 Stars villa Nothing
• Matthew (10/5): An unforgettable stay with amazing view - We had an amazing stay at this gem of a place in Santorini. Away from the crowds of the main town and located right in front of the famous black beach, it was perfect for morning swims and beach strolls. The location couldn’t be better—right on the main beach boulevard, with restaurants and shops just steps away, making everything super convenient without ever feeling crowded. The best part of it all was the incredible sea view—absolutely mesmerising, especially from the outdoor bed on the balcony. We couldn’t get enough of lounging there with a coffee and hearing the gently crashing waves in background. Pure magic. The accommodation was flawless—squeaky clean, super spacious, with a nice bathroom and shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable—as a light sleeper, I usually struggle, but I slept like a baby here. Everything was thoughtfully arranged with lovely personal touches: a generous welcome basket full of goodies (my son was over the moon!), a Nespresso machine, plenty of water bottles, and even cereals and milk to get us through our first breakfast. It made us feel instantly at home. A special shoutout to Mr. George, our host, who was an absolute delight—friendly, helpful, and full of local knowledge. He gave us excellent food recommendations (delicious and great value!) and helped us make the most of our short stay with tips that were spot on. We left relaxed, recharged, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a recharging Santorini stay with warm Greek hospitality.

• Stuart (10/5): Fantastic villa in a great location! - Fantastic villa in a great location. The large veranda overlooks the sea, and has a double futon mattress type 'bed' to view the horizon. It also has a large table and round outside sofa. The villa is well equipped with a full kitchen, two large sofas, a table, 3 flat screen TV's, WiFi and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. The 2 main bedrooms have aircon and towels/beach towels are provided. The villa also has a single bathroom with a decent walk in shower, toilet and two sinks. The daily housekeeper is excellent and the washing machine was a useful bonus. Restaurants are everywhere and the beach is a one minute walk away. Highly recommended! George allowed us to stay in a room in his other hotel on our day of departure, as we had a late flight. This was very appreciated and extended our beach time on our last day. NB A sweet black cat visted us on the veranda everyday, so if you visit the villa please feed the cat :) We called her Bella. Nothing of note
• Sindhuja (10/5): Exceptional - Host George was very friendly and he gave us a lot of insight about Santorini. He gave us a room after checkout to stay for couple of hours as our ferry was in the late afternoon. He took care of all our needs and answered our questions in timely manner. Perissa beach was just opposite to the accommodation and my brother enjoyed sleeping on the bed outside which was a wonderful arrangement. George drive us to the port as well for a nominal fee. There is nothing to dislike except that a little bit more vessels for cooking and a cutting board would have been great.

• Oleksiy (10/5): Incredibly pleasant and comfortable - It is a beautiful house with a huge terrace, with a gorgeous double bed on it where you can fall asleep watching the sea. It has a great spacious living room with a huge TV screen and a good kitchen. By far this is one of the best accommodations I have rented in recent years. The host George is a hospitable, friendly and helpful gentleman. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and the famous black Beach of Santorini

Huge interior with beds for up to 6 people and very modern furnishings & 3 TVs and well stocked kitchen. Very clean and tidy. Amazing location and very nice restaurant beneath and in surrounding area Nothing to be improved, Everything perfect, Only minor problem is you have to walk up stairs, no step free access
