Най-добрият избор на полуостров Ситония! 🥰 - Този прекрасен малък хотел напълно надмина очакванията ми и съм изключително щастлив, че избрах точно него за почивката си. Мястото е изключително уютно, тихо и спокойно – перфектно ориентирано за двойки, които търсят романтика и релакс. Природата наоколо е просто уникална, а на пешеходно разстояние има невероятно красив плаж. Домакините са изключително приветливи, мили и гостоприемни хора, които те карат да се чувстваш у дома си от първата минута. Хотелът разполага с удобен паркинг, което е огромен плюс, тъй като за да стигнете до него и да разгледате района, определено е необходима кола. Със сигурност бих се върнал отново там при първа възможност! Горещо препоръчвам! ☀️🌲🌊 Ако сте супер претенциозни, винаги ще намерите нещо което да не ви хареса, радвам се че не съм такъв човек :)

• Stavros (7/5): Nettes Personal, ok für ein paar Nächte, mehr aber auch nicht - Zimmergröße war ok, Einrichtung sah modern aus. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Hier und da klappert es, Fliegengitter am Balkon war gerissen. Balkontür generell sehr wackelig. Kein Frühstücksbuffet oder Auswahl, schade.
• Ruth (8/5): Wunderschöne Gegend zum erholen und ausspannen - Das Hotel ist aus meiner Sicht eher eine Pension oder Bed&Breakfast, also sehr familiär und persönlich. Vana ist die gute Seele dieser Unterkunft und umsorgt einem wie eine Mama. Das Frühstück wird in einem Picknick-Korb serviert, den man auch ins Zimmer nehmen kann. Die gemeinschaftlich genutzte Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi ist eine richtige Oase, wo man Sonne tanken und der Alltag hinter sich lassen kann. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und es fehlt an nichts. Was unbedingt erwähnt werden müsste ist, dass in dieser Unterkunft ein Auto erforderlich ist. Ohne Auto ist man ziemlich verloren, vorallem in der Nebensaison (Oktober). Das Hotel bietet nur das Frühstück an und hat kein Restaurant. Wir hatten auch das Pech, das bereits alle Strandbaren und Restaurants in der Umgebung geschlossen hatten seit ende Sept. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nur mit einem Auto erreichbar (ca.10 min). Dh. das Essen kann zur Hreausforderung werden. Es gibt in dieser Gegend leider auch kein Uber oder Bolt. Man muss sich mit dem lokalen Taxidienst in Verbindung setzen, was dann aber per Whatsapp super funktioniert hat.

Details wie Wasser, Seifenprodukte, eine Flasche Wein incl Öffner, Original Nespresso Kapseln,… Frühstück liebevoll zubereitet in einem Picknick-Korb. Das absolute HIGHLIGHT ist Vana, die gute Seele des Hauses, die mit ihrer freundlichen Art jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest, total herzlich und zuvorkommend sich von der Anreise am späten Abend über die Zimmer und alles andere kümmert!

• Irina (10/5): 🫶🏻 - Locația este foarte frumos amenajată, cu mult bun gust, iar gazdele sunt primitoare, cu o energie și un vibe minunat. Totul este curat, iar oglinzile mari din cameră adaugă un plus de confort și eleganță. O experiență plăcută, pe care o recomand cu drag. Am observat câteva aspecte ce ar putea fi îmbunătățite. Aerul condiționat era destul de zgomotos atunci când funcționa, iar în baie, după duș, apa se scurgea pe toată podeaua. Pereții nu sunt foarte bine izolați fonic, astfel că se aude orice zgomot de la vecini. De asemenea, în timpul nopții, din zona lemnului de la capătul patului se auzeau unele sunete destul de deranjante , probabil de la carii de lemn .
• OrsolyaJ (8/5): - The hotel is located near a very beautiful beach, it's a big plus for guests who are not coming with a car. However, the location it's not really central, it's near the main street and a car is a must. It has a garden area, an open kitchen where everyone can cook their meals. The room wasn't our favourite, it was worth it to pay a bit more for a better room. The bed was comfortable though, and we had amazing coffee available in the room. Was clean and we had great cooling options with AC and a fan. Hotel is pet friendly,so we enjoyed the company of some cute dogs. Unfortunately we didn't like the breakfast, it was not what we were expecting, since at the booking stays that breakfast is included. We love a good hearty breakfast with healthy food options, however here we had 2 boiled eggs 2 fruits and 2 yoghurt that were to be considered healthy. The rest were only some conserved jams, honey and chocolate spread and cereals. It has been told us that it will be changed next year to an open buffet.

• Lily (10/5): Recommend - The atmosphere was amazing. We loved the style and we felt very comfortable there. The hosts were amazing and ensured that we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The only thing that was a bit off was the bathroom door of the room, where we stayed, as it didn't provide the needed privacy. However, after a day or two, you get used to it.

Персоналът е мил и с внимание към хората. Престоят ни беше три нощувки, но не почистиха стаята в нито един от дните.

• Carla (10/5): meraviglioso, un po costoso essendo un agri-hotel - Al mattino arriva un cestino fornito di ogni qualsivoglia fresca bontá, le camere pulite, una buona bottiglia di vino ci da il benvenuto a nome della casa, un cestino ci da un ulteriore cadeau con spugna naturale e sapone di oliva. Spazio esterno organizzato con lettini, amache, sdrai, divanoni, bracieri pronti per essere accesi luci soffuse ovunque. Nel tetto una jacuzzi dove riposarsi e rilassarsi. Accoglienza familiare ma professionale come si compete ad un agri-hotel.

• Guest (8/5): - Otelin konumu harika, hemen karsısında çok güzel bir plaj var halk plajı ama çok kalabalık değil ve sakin. Nikiti’ye 10 dk mesafede bir otel. Otel sahibi Alex çok misafirperverdi aksam yemekleri ve gündüz beachler için hep tavsiyelerde bulundu. Otelin kocaman bir bahcesi var yeşillikler içinde, dilerseniz köpeğinizle gelebilirsiniz. Odalar bohem tarzda dizayn edilmiş, büyük ve temizdi. Genel olarak beğendik. Kahvaltı dahil diye kiralanan bir odaya göre kahvaltıyı maalesef yetersiz bulduk. Bir Yunan kahvaltısında domates salatalık peynir ve zeytin olmalıydı diye düşündük. Hazır ürünlerin yanında haslanmış yumurta vardı yalnızca, bizim için yetersizdi. Kahvaltısı da güzel olsaydı kesinlikle 10 puanlık yer.

• Інна (10/5): Чудовий готель за невелику плату - Чудове розташування готеля, з всіма зручностями як паркінг, джакузі і лежаки наверху і зона барбекю. Було дуже зручно добиратися до всіх пляжів і міст. Персонал дуже привітний і завжди радий допомогти. В зоні барбекю є невеличка кухня і є все необхідне. Охайно і чисто. Є невеличкий пляж біля готеля 5 хвилин ходьби. Сніданок, да приємно отримати в корзині для пікніка, але 2 варених яйця,хлопʼя,молоко,джеми,масло,хліб,сік,йогурт грецький це не повноцінний сніданок. Я просто не та людина,яка зранку десь буде йти шукати кафе чи готовити. Але, якщо когось влаштовує такий сніданок або вони готові щось приготувати на сніданок, то це дійсно хороший варіант. Як на мене краще на 5-10€ доплатити і добавити як омлет,сир,шинку.

Die vielen Details, die die Familie nirgends vergessen hat, die Fürsorge.. Der Frühstückskorb, wirklich toll und wunderschön. Und die Gegend ist ein Traum. • HAKAN (9/5): Harika bir deneyim... - Halkidiki was absolutely beautiful, and the hotel we stayed at — Kynthia — was lovely both in terms of decoration and location. But what truly impressed us was Alex’s attentiveness and especially Vanna (Vagie)’s warm and genuine hospitality. We absolutely loved Spathies Beach, which was just a short walk from the hotel. The MOA beach bar right at the entrance of the cove was both affordable (minimum spend of 40 EUR for two) and super comfortable. Surrounded by greenery and with crystal-clear waters — it was perfect. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight — everything was served in an adorable little picnic basket. And while you’re having breakfast, Vanna observes what you like and don’t like, doing her best to make you happy. Thanks again to the sweet and wonderful Vanna!

• Matthias (9/5): - Zimmer sind sehr schön. Matratze/Bett hervorragend. Balkon auch sehr schön. Frühstück hat mir nicht gefallen. Die Idee grundsätzlich in einem Korb das Frühstück zu packen, ist ok. Nur die Produkte waren nicht hochwertig. Alles nur abgepackt, keine Wurst. Saft hätte O-Saft seien können. Die Lage der Pension direkt an der Straße, auch nicht so praktisch.

(8/5): Große Klasse, aber anders als bisher gewohnt. - Diese Unterkunft ist schon etwas ganz besonderes, denn sie hat mit einem Hotel - wie man es für den Urlaub vielleicht häufiger gebucht hat und kennt - nicht sehr viel gemeinsam. Das fängt schon damit an, dass man außerhalb des Gebäudes unter einer Art sommerlichen Carport, eine grosse Gemeinschaftsküche hat, die zwar alle Annehmlichkeiten zur Verfügung stellt, aber man muss sich dort sein Essen selber machen (vorher einkaufen). Das macht Spaß und ist super gesellig, aber das muss man VORHER wissen. Dieses Hotel befindet sich aber nicht in einer geschlossenen Ortschaft und deshalb ist das Einkaufen mit einem gewissen Aufwand verbunden. Will man günstig einkaufen und eine Art Penny oder Lidl aufsuchen, muss man schon bis zu 10 km in den nächsten Ort fahren. Das Personal war extrem nett und zuvorkommend und hat alles dafür getan, damit man sich vor Ort wohlfühlt. Das Frühstück wird auch dort serviert in einem Geschenke- oder Picknickkorb. Dann sitzt man mit mehreren Leuten an einem Tisch. Das ist zwar sehr gesellig, aber das muss man mögen. Man hat natürlich auch die Möglichkeit seinen Frühstückskorb, oder sein Abendessen, im Zimmer und auf der Terrasse zu sich zu nehmen. Die Entfernung zum nächsten schönen Strand, mit einer Strandbar, Schirmen und ein klein wenig Remmidemmi ist schon ein Stückchen entfernt. Der sogenannte Hausstrand, den man über die Straße hinweg erreicht, ist eher schlicht. Mal eben in Flipflops aus dem Hotel zum nächsten Restaurant oder Strandcafé ist nicht so einfach möglich. Man muss im Prinzip immer einen fahrbaren Untersatz dabei haben.
• Rugova (10/5): - We had such a lovely stay at Kynthia hotel. The property was beautiful and peaceful, the kind of spot where you instantly feel relaxed. Our room was super clean and cozy, with everything we needed. Breakfast was served in little baskets each morning. You could choose to eat in the open kitchen area or just enjoy it on your balcony. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Alex and Vanna were very nice and helpful, and they gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. Can’t wait to come back!

• gabriela (10/5): - Camera este foarte frumos amenajata si decorata, noi am ales Suita deluxe cu vedere la mare. Camera spatioasa, curata si primitoare. Gazda super amabila, atenta si prietenoasa. Proprietatea ofera acces la o bucatarie in aer liber, prevazuta cu toate dotarile (gratar pe gaz, aragaz, frigider,etc) Hotelul este situat la o distanta f. mica (300-400 m) de plaja Spathies, o plaja superba cu nisip fin si apa fara pietre.

• Carmen (8/5): Schönes Zimmer mit unschlagbaren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Mai - Schönes Zimmer im Boho-Stil. Detailreiche Deko. Im Zimmer sind ein kleiner Kühlschrank, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Netter kleiner Balkon mit Wäschetrockner. Für uns waren auch genügend Ablageflächen im Zimmer vorhanden. Die Gemeinschaftsküche unten kann von allen Gästen genutzt werden. Lage der Unterkunft für Erkundungen auf Sithonia ist sehr gut. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind wie erwähnt nur mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen - war für uns kein Problem. Netter kleiner Strand ist direkt fußläufig erreichbar, auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Straße. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Mai in der Vorsaison (360€ pro Woche pro Zimmer). Einen höheren Preis in der Hauptsaison würden wir nicht zahlen. Das Badezimmer kann nur mit einer Schiebetür geschlossen werden, die jedoch einen 10cm großen Spalt an der Seite hat. Das ist selbst für Pärchen absolut grenzwertig und hat und sehr gestört. Das Bad an sich und vor allem die Dusche sind sehr klein. Beim Duschen wird fast der gesamte Boden unter Wasser gesetzt. Die Handtücher werden aber nur alle 3 Tage gewechselt - ungünstige Kombination. Das Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch, jeden Tag gleich und enthält sehr viele abgepackte Lebensmittel. Dank der Gemeinschaftsküche kann man das Frühstück jedoch selbst aufwerten. Nur zum Kaffee oder Tee kochen muss man dann wieder aufs Zimmer gehen. Das System mit den Frühstückskörben ist nicht sehr durchdacht.. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig - wenn die Gäste im Nachbarzimmer früh um 6 Uhr auschecken, wird man wach. Die Straße, die direkt vor dem Hotel lang führt, ist zwar nicht viel befahren, jedoch hört man vorbeifahrend Autos auch wenn man abends im Bett liegt - wir hatten das am weitesten von der Straße entfernte Zimmer. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat wird hier nicht glücklich.
