• Daisy (1/5): The worse place I’ve stayed at and the worse experience ever! Take them off booking. Com please! - I didn’t like anything at all.. everything was terrible! The host is not a nice person and comes off rude. He increased the exchange rate and charged me more than I should’ve paid. He won’t even smile. He needs intensive customer service training. I didn’t like anything at all! Everything was in bad shape. Their washing machine is in a bad shape and they don’t know how to operate it yet they insist on having low water in it to wash clothes so the clothes don’t end up washing, very poor security who sniffs around like a dog and sleeps most of the time, their furniture in the property are all broken, the scent in the properties is terrible. This property as a whole isn’t fit to be on booking. Com. It’s a mess!absolutely appalling!
• Federia (5/5): I would go here if it’s just a short stay but nothing more. - I liked the fact that you access shops nearby. Pharmacies etc. easily located and safe area. Hot water working fine. Bathroom and rooms very spacious The apartment definitely needs some work. The building it self is kept unclean. The painting are dirty. The some of the door wouldn’t lock. The outside people can actual see inside the living room so privacy was very limited. we didn’t want to spend time in the living room due to this. The pool is very dirtyyyyy. I was very excited going there to use the pool but upon arriving the pool was unkept and looked green.

• Koffi (5/5): La piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle et je n'ai pas eu de communication préalable là dessus - La propreté et l'amabilité du gérant. Le personnel est froid à part le gérant , même quand on salue ils ne répondent pas . Je pense que ça s'apparente à de la xénophobie car je suis noire.

Apartment very clean. Manager and security guy beni So very helpful ☺️ Paid more than what i was to pay, on booking.com website , Due to them charging in dollars, (not everyone in the world is american)

• Fabrice Thierry (9/5): Very good place to stayd in Accra. My family and I really liked it - I stayed at this residence for two weeks this summer with my family, and let me tell you that this establishment is super pleasant. I recommend it without hesitation. A very beautiful setting, peaceful, and well secured in a chic residential area of East Legon, with a swimming pool in a large courtyard where children can flourish, very suitable for a stay in Accra, alone or with the family, and easily accessible to the road for shopping. The staff was available, the cleaning staff works there every day, with a security guard day and night. My family and I really liked it, and it will be our favorite residence for future stays in Accra.
• Carmen (8/5): A good stay in a nice area - The location was perfect. Quiet and safe area. Our appartement was real nice. Much space, big kitchen and living room. Also enough daylight and sunshine. The pool was also nice. When we asked for something like when the water was off sometimes the host was helpful and fixed it as soon as possible. Except for the bed everything was ok. We found that the bed was kind of old. It made a lot of noise and the matras was real hard. Not so nice to sleep on. Pain in our back when waking up in the mornings.

• Philip (1/5): Bad - I booked what looked like a lovely apartment for a 9-day family trip, traveling all the way from London. What I got instead was a masterclass in false advertising and host dishonesty. The Problems Started Immediately From day one, nothing worked properly. The shower barely functioned—I spoke to the host and showed photos as proof, but nothing was fixed. WiFi didn’t work once, Not once, despite the host's promises to fix it. The water kept cutting out for hours for some reason, imagine brushing your teeth with bottled water. The TV flickered, the AC in the living room blowing warm air at the lowest degree, and the cooker seemed to be on a permanent go-slow. Safety was a joke, the front door wouldn’t shut unless locked with a key, and the kitchen door stayed wide open, meaning every meal’s smell filled the entire apartment. Oh, and there were no towels or soap until I begged for them. The "swimming pool" turned out to be a 5cm-deep puddle, more suited for a toddler’s paddle than an actual swim. The Final Insult: A Made-Up Damage Charge At checkout, the host wasn’t around, but his colleague was. We did a full inspection, he checked EVERYTHING, down to each spoon in the drawer. He confirmed the place was spotless, even called the host to say so. Out of kindness, I gave him a £15 tip for the cleaners (though I didn’t have to) that’s how sure I was everything was left perfect. I messaged the host to update him and then I left, thinking that was the end of it. Then, out of nowhere, the host messaged demanding $50 for a "damaged sofa." When I challenged him, his excuse was laughable: *"And if you can remember is the same place you sat when I came for the payment the place was fine when you check in please Please let try and be truthful." Except… that never happened. The payment was taken in their sweltering-hot reception, not in the apartment, and certainly not on the sofa.

• Nonso (7/5): I recommend VIST Apartments - It's a decent apartment, which is clean and comfortable. It is in a good and safe area of East Legon. The staff were very welcoming and supportive. The owners only need to work on the external walls of the building. The building needs some renovation.
