- Sarah (7/5): An enjoyable stay despite a number of maintenance issues which should have been addressed in advance - The welcome basket was good & the kitchen well equipped. The mattresses were very comfortable.The outside terrace was enjoyable. The TV was unuseable with outdated instructions until the box was replaced. The WC seat should have been reported & repaired before our arrival. It required two visits before it was safe to use. The curtains with a security light were too thin & didn't meet, the sunken doormat is a trip hazard, some of the bedroom shutters could not be latched, doors could not be shut, upper bathroom window could not be closed and the shower head could not be adjusted. No mention was made of the steepness of the stairs to access all floors.
