- jacobus (6/5): - Het complex prima, behulpzaam,prima zwembad ect Appartement,opbouw kookplaat waarvan een plaat werkte ,sofa versleten ,pannen om te koken oud ect lampe kappen niet schoon.Grootte koelkast maakt veel kabaal,voordeur loopt stroef ect.Veel geluid van komt door van de bovenste etage.Appartement is toe aan een degelijke opknapbeurt. Zodat dat het voldoet aan de status,dat de rest van het gebouw uitstraalt. Klasse.En je betaald te veel toeristenbelasting voor dit Appartement in vergelijk met de 88 euro.
- Susan (7/5): Not good - The pool and some of the staff was helpful There was no information at the apartment at all about how to work any thing there wasn't much kitchen utensils and only 2 hand towels so you had to buy a few things the apartment wasn't very clean when we arrived we had to wash all the kitchen things one had dirty water left in them. there was no market on site you only had 1 key so you had to go out together because you couldn't get through the security doors so that needs to be looked in

- Dounia (9/5): Dommage pour le studio - L'emplacement de l'établissement ainsi que la piscine et d'excellent. L'établissement est sécurisé h24 Cela est top. Néanmoins, le soir certains gardiens font beaucoup de bruit, n'hésitez pas à leur dire d'en faire beaucoup moins. Le studio que nous avons vu sur booking n'était pas à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions nous nous demandons même si le ménage a été fait avant notre arrivée, les draps avaient une drôle d'odeur nous avons donc dû les relaver nous-mêmes. Les tapis au sol sont infectes et ne sont pas adaptés pour une hygiène impeccable la chambre sentait encore l'odeur des anciens locataires( cigarettes).

Amazing view of the pool and side view of sea, great location and great on-site facilities such as Starbucks, restaurants and cafes. The furniture could do with an upgrade, the bedding was stained and wasn’t clean as there were hairs on the bedding, would be good to provide washing up liquid so that plates and cutlery can be washed and more cutlery needed.

I liked the location which is near to any place I liked the security Presence of a parking for our car I didn’t like the absence of the cleaning utensils to clean the bathroom & the floor every day .. I found something which was broken & not used it. There has to put some of soup/ shampoo/ welcome drink or fruits Absence of something in the Wardrope to hang my jackets.

So I should come and find out with the baggage by my self. It was dirty and there was no soap. Info about the WiFi is lie, there is none.

- Suraiya (5/5): Our expectations inside the unit were not met. Not value for money - The building is architecturally beautiful with good gardens and stunning layout of facilities. The view from the room was very pleasing. The host Miss Nancy was friendly, professional and accesible to us at all times wen approached. Security staff were friendly and very helpfull, the safety was excellently controlled by your access card. Our checkin was strenoues and stressfull because we were dropped off at the main entrance and because we were not supplied with a room no. after booking n payment, we were left to stand outside the main entrance for 20mins with our baggage then directed to the side entrance. We then had to walk up the very steep drive way, at least 100metres tugging our heavy bags on a cobble paved surface. Such a struggle! The unit had insufficient mismatched cookware that was not clean, all pots did not have lids. Only 3 odd plates were available with one teaspoon , a few tablespoons and 2 knives. We were forced to buy disposable eating ware or wash all the time. The bathroom was spacious with a very good showerhead, but hot water had to be monitored, three of us could not take a shower consecutively. We had to plan our shower times, apart from each other. Hand soap, and toilet tissue was not supplied, we did not bother to ask after we noticed nothing was brought to the room, we bought these items for the duration of our stay. The toilet had a slow leak at the back of the seat, onto the tiles. The duvet was thin, flat and light. Very uncomfortable. For the single couch we were given a mismatch of sheats and comforters, a brightly mickeymouse printed fabric. A mismatch of linen. The double bed has a very hard matress, awkward to sleep on. The first 3 drawers on the dresser were broken or just couldnt close. The two floor rugs were were dirty, and laced with hair, we brushed n dusted them in the corridor. The lights in the bedroom were not working wich made it hard for us to work online, internet connectivity was poor and mostly non existant in the room. We had to work from the balcony. The unit was not serviced during the 8 days of our stay. A very disappointing experience inside the unit, in contrast to the beautiful appearance of the place and its common area facilities. We did not use any of the amenities outside of the unit, so no comment .

- Elmira (1/5): Terrible stay - Cafe downstairs Coffee Lab. It was a terrible and dirty room. The bed linen was terrible and dirty. The room was so dirty that it was scary to even go into the bathroom with cockroaches. There was standing water in the washing machine and it smelled terrible. It was not possible to use anything from the inventory. The furniture on the balcony is all broken, damaged and dirty. We asked to show another room, but the result of the other rooms was no different... Since we arrived at night, out of desperation, we decided to stay and three nights’ accommodation had already been paid for. No toilet paper, no water, no clean towels. The door was broken, remote control as well damaged. All we needed was a clean room with a washing machine and working equipment. We didn't get any of this.
