Guest Reviews
- Tracy (10/5): Fantastic, couldnt fault a thing - Everything, property, attention to small details with regards drinks & treats, location, communication with owner, good knowledge of the area, Only a very minor personal dislike, my mum found the duvet too warm.
- NB (10/5): A fantastic cottage with everything we could ask for - A fantastic cottage with everything we could ask for N/a
- Effie (10/5): A great wee get away with everything you could need. - Everything
- Linda (8/5): - The location was very good. The cottage was very clean, tidy and comfortable. I had not received the code for the key box and we were stood outside the cottage while I tried to contact someone. There is no parking (double yellow lines) outside the cottage, the on street parking down the road is very limited.
- Rebecca (10/5): Lovely cosy Cottage in Ruswarp - Loved the decor and the great communication from Deb our host. Nothing
- Simon and Lynne (7/5): -
- Kelly (9/5): Brilliant, comfortable, home from home - Lovely little place with everything you need. Nice little court yard for the 4 legged traveller. It's well equipped, clean and the host was brilliant with information etc. It wasnt a long enough stay
- Jo (10/5): 10/10 Can’t recommend enough! - What an outstanding little cottage,
Beautifully decorated, has everything you could need, beds super comfy
Opposite the best butchers we’ve ever been to,
First Class hosts, thank you so very much we can wait to return. Parking is a little tricky and got locked in the butchers car park over night so your better parking up the hill.
The only thing I would suggest is some kind of mat by the back door as I was very conscious of our little dog coming in from the garden with wet feet, so I used a towel I had taken.
- Glenda (10/5): Our stay was amazing relaxing comfortable homely just what we needed - It was a proper oldy cottage warm comfortable relaxing The small room was stuffy due to the small window not opening for my friend a bit more detail to the cleaning also things should be checked like the chair in yard which came off as I went to sit on it at further inspection the screw was missing but can be easily fixed
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -

- Susan (10/5): Perfect place to stay for a relaxing break - Such a cosy, beautifully presented little cottage . Full of character and all the home comforts were thought of. The courtyard garden at the back although quite small was an added bonus. A perfect place to stay. Parking is a bit of a challenge at certain times of the day but certainly shouldn’t put anyone off.
- Georgia (8/5): Lovely cosy cottage - Comfy beds, very clean, a lovely cosy cottage. Loved the welcome gifts and the cafetière with ground coffee. Great location, loved the walk along the railway line into Whitby Was missing a bath towel, cleaner brought one the next morning but I didn’t realise it was missing until I needed to use it. Only had 2 toilet rolls.
