The restaurant offered generous portions at good prices. The location is not in the center, and there’s nothing much to do outside of the facilities.

• Γιώργος Καψής (7/5): Ικανοποιητικό - Τίμιο για τα λεφτά του οτι ήταν στην μέση του πουθενά το ξέραμε εξαρχής! Το πρωινό ήταν μπουφές και ικανοποιητικό. Η καθαριότητα ήταν καθημερινή! Η πισίνα ήθελε περισσότερη φροντίδα είχε αρκετά σκουπίδια και τρίχες. Επίσης επειδή είναι τόσο πολυσύχναστο μέρος θα ήταν καλό το προσωπικό να ήξερε καλύτερα την αγγλική γλώσσα. Η ηχομόνωση ήταν κακή και το internet αν και είχε σήμα ήταν πάρα πολύ χαμηλή η ταχύτητα και χρησιμοποιούσαμε δικά μας mb.
• Severine (8/5): Bon compromis pour une halte entre Vlora et Tirana - J'ai apprécié la propreté de la chambre et des parties communes, ainsi que le restaurant-bar au RDC. Leurs pizzas sont excellentes. Je n'ai pas apprécié le bruit de la musique de la terrasse toute la nuit et pourtant j'étais au 3ème étage. Malheureusement je me suis rendue compte au matin que la poignée de la fenêtre était cassée et que par conséquent elle ne fermait pas correctement.

• Sam (9/5): Fijn hotel voor onze overnachting - Het hotelpersoneel is top! super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spreken ook Engels. De kamer was mooi schoon en netjes. Het zwembad was ook proper en het ontbijt was meer dan genoeg en vers. niets.

Check in lasted an awfully long time, you could see there was some kind of problem with the rooms. We were also quite disappointed with the breakfast, which was extremely chaotic. We arrived at about 8:30 and there was almost nothing to choose from. People were acting like animals, taking everything on their plates without regard for others. We sat for about 30 minutes, but we did not understand where to order coffee and whether soft drinks were included, the staff did not speak English. However, later we had coffee from the cafe on the right and their desserts by the pool and it was great.

• Susani28 (4/5): - Buena habitación e instalaciones. En las opiniones del hotel destacaban la amabilidad del personal pero esa no fue nuestra experiencia. Nos entraron en la habitación cuando teniamos señalizado "No molestar" y ni pidieron disculpas y el desayuno fue decepcionante, nos pusieron los curasanes del dïa anterior durisimos. Mala relación calidad precio para estar en Albania. Booking marca un precio en euros que luego no es real por el cambio que aplican. Lo único aprovechable, la piscina y para eso la cerraron a las 6 para un evento del que tampoco estabamos avisados. En definitiva no volverïa

• Dorothea (7/5): Für eine Nacht voll ok! - Modernes Zimmer mit komfortablen Betten. Direkt an der Autobahn mit integrierter Tankstelle! Poolbereich vermüllt und gefühlt ein Pool im Hinterhof einer Tankstelle, dafür war der Pool groß. Personal nur am Morgen engagiert und freundlich.

• Jolanda (8/5): Oke voor de doorreis naar de kust. - De kamer, deze was ruim en modern! Goede bedden en douche. Het ontbijt was zeer goed, veel maar vers zelfs koffie bij het ontbijt. De locatie, het avond eten( soort van buffet) geen Engelse vertaling bij de gerechten en personeel wat je niet uit kon leggen wat het was. Misschien een tip voor het management.
• Maïté (8/5): Bel Hôtel étape - Belles chambres confortables. Bonne literie. Réceptionniste très attentif. Coin piscine agréable. L´hôtel se trouve derrière une pompe à essence avec snack, superette, bar, restaurant... donc très fréquenté. Ceci dit c´est top pour un hôtel étape.
• Laurie (9/5): Excellente nuit - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est au top du top, nous avons eu le droit à un petit déjeuné de roi, nous nous sommes régalé ! Gros plus pour la piscine, qui permet de se détendre après de longues heures de routes.

• Ellen (7/5): Vrij nieuw hotel met mooie kamers en super zwembad maar niet vriendelijk en sommige dingen echt niet onderhouden . - Mooi zwembad en grote propere kamer , als je langs het zwembad zit , hoor je de autostrade niet echt. Personeel was echt niet vriendelijk , je voelde je niet welkom . Ook de airco werkte niet de eerste nacht , niet kunnen slapen en zogezegd 24/7 receptie maar ‘s nachts enkel de winkelbediende te bespeuren die geen Engels kon en ons dus niet kon helpen . Enkel s morgens na lang aandringen ( eerst andere kamer gehad maar die airco ging ook niet )hebben ze de airco gemaakt . Ontbijt niet echt lekker en voor koffie of thee moet je betalen . Je moet kiezen uit 4 ontbijten en dat brengen ze dan op een plateau .

Koffie of thee moet je apart aan de bar tegen betaling gaan halen en als het druk is kan je er ook nog voor in een file gaan staan. Je behandelt je hotelgasten niet als passerende chauffeurs die effe korte stop maken!

L'insonorisation dans les chambres, on sait qu'on est sur la route, mais un vitrage plus épais serait apprécié. On ne sait pas quel restaurant est lié a l'hôtel pour le petit déjeuner, personne ne vient a notre rencontre pour nous guider

Gelijkvloers is samen met een tankstation en shop om te eten en te drinken waar veel buistoeristen stoppen. Wat het ongezellig maakt om te ontbijten. Ontbijt is echt beneden de verwachting (voor een resort)

• Kimberly (8/5): Oasis along the highway - - Very friendly staff - Shop downstairs - Big pool, open 24h - Room comes with robe, slippers, coffee, tea, soaps - Shampoo smells amazing (finally not the standard lemon grass scent!) - Due to power outage we were given the option to have a late breakfast or use of the pool after check out if we wanted - The bed is very comfortable The coffee and tea was missing from our room and an empty gin bottle of the previous tenant had been left. The bread offered with our breakfast was very dry and hard.

L'esmorzar et donàvem 4 opcions però només valien la pena dues de menjar típic Albanés Hotel bastant nou però li falta manteniment. Hi havia una llum led de l'habitació que no es podia apagar, vam haver de treure la targeta per dormir. El radiador elèctric del bany escalfava i no es podia parar. Al entrar ens van dir que la piscina estava oberta 24h i després a les 18:00h ens van dir que haviem de marxar perquè hi havia una festa privada. Vam agafar aquest hotel per la pisicina i no la vam poder gaudir.

This is a brand new hotel with absolutely immaculate rooms. Very spacious, super clean, and very quiet. Medium firm mattresses, high firm pillows, a/c works perfectly. Breakfast included in room rate is good: omelettes, watermelon, hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, cheese, ham, crepes, jam, Nutella, coffee, orange juice, etc. Staff are SO friendly: nothing is ever too much trouble. A really comfortable stay and very very convenient.

• László Dvorcsák (10/5): Nagyon jó volt! - Ilyen vendéglátásban ritkán van részünk. Nagyon figyelmesek, segítőkészek voltak. A szálloda pár éves lehet, modern, szép szobákkal. Jól jött a medence is az egész napos hőség után.

• NINA (7/5): Great for a night stop over - The swimming pool was awesome, don’t think they get very many English guests we had trouble making ourself understood. Looks like a petrol station but don’t be fooled, the room was very comfortable The only thing that worried me was fire safety, keys are left in fire escape doors, they are unlocked though , also there are no fire safety doors at the top of stairwells and room doors not fire doors, probably just me being paranoid but bit of a worry
• Cynthia (8/5): Zeker een aanrader voor die prijs - Zeer vriendelijk en oplettend personeel omdat dit hotel aan een "snelweg" ligt en een benzinepomp heeft. Dus veel passanten. Dit hotel gekozen ivm doorreis naar Durrës en vanwege het zwembad. Shop in het hotel voor drinken en wat lekkers. 2 restaurants. Nette kamer, rustig aan de achterkant gelegen. Alles nieuw. Kregen een grote schaal watermeloen aangeboden door de eigenaresse. Heerlijk een dag en nacht genieten als je op rondreis bent. Kamer heeft geen koelkastje. Dit ook aangegeven toen de eigenaresse vroeg hoe we het hotel vonden

• Emma (10/5): - The rooms and resort are luxurious, the service is impeccable, and the dining experience was amazing as well. This resort truly has it all. A new gem in the luxury scene, it's sure to become a favorite destination for me and those I travel with. It was very clean, new, and the attention to details was amazing. The staff are great and location is great as well. I recommend this resort to all.

• Resmi (10/5): Anche se solo una notte però ci siamo riposati bene!! Consigliatissimo - Struttura nuova ed accogliente, lo staff molto gentile e cordiale, ottimo qualità / prezzo, ed colazione buonissima con prodotti di qualità.
