• Stefanis JOHN (6/5): Nice place, bad owners. - Nice place close to metro. 1) There is electricity leak in the shower, you have to fix it. Always close the "Thermo 2" before you go for a bath. 2) They always charge more tax fee, years now and they told me that is a chance one week ago, I see a feedback from 4/2025. Booking said 83€ and they charge me 125€. 3) The washing machine in not working, no water massage on screen. 4) There is a broken table and they never fix it as they told me, no table in the living room. 5) They don't care for the customers, they care only for they're money. 6) I'm a Ginius 3 level in Booking and I travel 3-4 times every year, it is the most "unwell coming" house i ever rend, the Hostel next door is more friendly.

• Gustavo (6/5): No volvería - Es un piso muy espacioso. Buena zona para compras de mercaderías y buen número de restaurantes. El agua de ducha tenía poco caudal. Tampoco me gustó la gestión de entrega del piso ya que se entregó sin limpiar . Tuvimos que retiramos para que lo limpien. Nos está cerca la parada de metro.

• adele (7/5): comodo per il centro di barcellona - Struttura in centro nel quartiere gracia comodo per gli spostamenti in centro , casa pulita e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole nulla
• Shahrokh (6/5): Great location, but had a few misses. - Location is excellent, in a beautiful neighborhood, and very walkable to the center and Sagrada Familia. Ants throughout the apartment. Hand soaps was near empty upon arrival. Wifi does not reach the main bedroom.

• Akim (7/5): - Clean appartment, dishwasher, a lot of space, location The shower needs fixing: at the moment you either get only cold water, or, if you want warm water, the flow is just a very light trickle. The deposit of 300 eur was charged from my account, now 9 days have passed and I am still waiting for a refund.
• Sprea (10/5): - L'appartamento è molto grande e accogliente! Pulito e ordinato, ha tutto il necessario per cucinare, pulire e lavare. Posizione abbastanza centrale, ben collegato. Il quartiere ha un pò di tutto. Personale disponibile e gentile. Perfetto direi!

• maria concetta (9/5): - La struttura è molto carina e si trova a pochi minuti da 2 diverse linee della Metro che ti portano in centro. A pochi metri ci sono 2 supermercati e una vasta scelta di locali.

• Kammel (9/5): - The location, area and owner are all great. Everything went down seemslessly and Im happy I booked the apartement. Everything you need is in walking distance, including max 5 min of walk to the adjacent metro or bus stations. We did have a little accident with the water system but the owner worked tirelessy to accomodate us. So even though it was an unlucky situation, everything was done to minimise the discomfort.
• Francesca (10/5): - La casa si trova in un quartiere tranquillo perfetta per una famiglia di 6 persone, comoda per raggiungere 2 entrate metro. La casa è grande, due camere da letto e due bagni una cucina grandissima pulita con tutti i comfort anche lo staff molto gentile.

Cet équipement était indispensable pour notre séjour. Malheureusement, elle ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée. L'hôte n'a pas proposé de solution. Il m'a invité à prendre contact avec le propriétaire sur Booking. Je n'ai malheureusement reçu aucune nouvelle. Compte tenu du prix payé, je ne suis pas satisfaite.

• Eugenia (8/5): Great location & helpful host. A bit outdated & noisy - Fantastic location. Spacious but a bit outdated apartment. Very noisy - not the street but neighbours / other apartments in the building. Bring earplugs.
• Edna (9/5): Life of the party - It was good life the elevator for our big bags,like the open space concept love the near by bar Would like to get basic it's like water or coffee to give us time to go to the store, it was odd that the apartment we had to be quite even though there was a bar downstairs

• Niranjan (6/5): Not very friendly host and rusty cups and pans - The apartment is quite old, and the host managing it was not very accommodating. We were traveling with kids and requested to leave our luggage at the property, but the host refused. We had to book a locker to store our belongings instead. The check-in process was also inconvenient; since we were out sightseeing, the host couldn’t wait for us, forcing us to cancel our plans and return to collect the keys. Additionally, the cups and pans provided were rusty. Overall, I would not recommend this place or the host.

• Nati (7/5): The location was good, the apartment clean and spacious, but very noisy. - Location, the balcony, kitchen, beds, size of the apartment, very clean. We had to pay 300€ deposit, but we got it back 14 days after we left. We didn't have dining table, the light in the corridor was unable to switch on/off. My friend was sleeping in the living room and couldn't fix the light. The noise from other apartments was terrible. Although we were loud too when we arrived in the night, the morning noise from other apartments and corridor of the building was terrible. The building itself has internal space or somekind of inner courtyard and very thin windows. You can hear even the talking or using toilett from other apartment.

• Revaz (10/5): Exceptional - Clean apartment with an easy communication with the host. Good location: L3 Metro nearby (7 minutes) Apartment does not have a lot of common space and wifi is not the best in the bedrooms.

• Saulo (10/5): A wonderful stay - The location is perfect to start exploring Barcelona by walking. Public transportation (bus and subway) is also easily reached from the flat. We went to La Sagrada Familia, la Boqueria, and other places and enjoyed the view in the process. The Gracia neighborhood is lively and has a lot of options for drinks, tapas, and different types of meals. The flat has a big corridor and living room, so the sound is easily channeled toward the neighboring apartments. Therefore, care must be taken to avoid disturbing the neighbors in the later hours. Chats must be kept at a low tone.
