• Slavka (5/5): I will not recommend it. - Only the location was an advantage. We were charged for towels and bed linen - additionally (above the price that was announced). Moreover, one of the beds was without upper sheet and we had to sleep with cloths.

• Illia (1/5): - The location is quite pleasant and close to the train station . However, the boiler was out of order, and I had to sleep under three blankets, waking up with a cold. I only stayed one night out of three, and the refund was not provided for the other nights, forcing me to book a different hotel. This ruined my vacation in Rome.

Con él frio que hace en invierno y la calefacción apagada no funcionaba muriéndonos de frio y no teniamos mantas ni sabanas solo unas cuantas para 7 personas y pocas toallas (viaje en familia ) nos toco pasar 4 dias frio y el anfitrion nunca contesta nunca habla nunca dice nada !! Muy mala experiencia y aparte nos cobró 60€ por el cambio de sabanas cuando nunca tuvimos sabanas ni cambio de sabanas la verdad que nunca me habia pasado siempre habia tenido buenas experiencias donde eh viajado pero aqui no recomiendo venir es la peor experiencia que se pueden llevar y espero que esta reseña le sirva como experiencia al anfitrion para que brinde buena experiencia a sus inquilinos gracias

• Sulistia (8/5): Charmant, confortable et presque parfait! - Le nombre de chambre, les 2 salles de bains, l'emplacement strategique du logement. Le bruit du personnel du restaurant chinois en face, qui crie sous les fenêtre jusque minuit et demie....Des travaux dans l'immeuble et la rue jusque 23h le soir! (Ils doivent être terminés!) Les précedents clients ont laissé le congélateur salle...Nous l'avons signalé, enfin le pas lourd du voisin du dessus en début de soirée...Enfin la serrure est compliquée à actionner il faut trouver "le sweet spot" à chaque fois.

• Mydland (8/5): - It was not clear that the second key on the keychain was to open the main door. When trying to communicate with the hosts, no one replied about the confusion we had. The number to call to unlock the main door at check in is not a good option for international travellers that do not have a number that can call when in other countries. We had to wait for someone else leaving or entering so that we could get it.

• James (6/5): Just about fine enough for us not to leave - The property had a great locations being so close to the train station and historical sites. There were some fantastic restaurants around and it felt calm and safe. There was so much dust around. Under the beds and on top of the wardrobes hasn’t been dusted in a long time. One aircon unit didn’t work and when told about this we got no reply from the owners. Another aircon unit leaked water and was rotting the wardrobe and causing mould. There was a beeping coming from the carbon monoxide machine all the first night which we were told to just turn off. The shower pressure wasn’t great either.

• Alzieu (5/5): Peu trouver mieux pour moins cher - Appartement plutôt sympa dans un immeuble et une rue calme. Les lits étaient relativement confortables. Un ascenseur est disponible pour monter les étages. Assez déçu de l’état de l’appartement dans lequel nous sommes arrivés. 1. Des poils (pubiens?) ont été retrouvés dans la baignoire de la grande salle de bain, bonjour l’hygiène. 2. L’intérieur du réfrigérateur était plein de glace et de saleté 3. La clim a fuit partout dans notre chambre (face à la porte d’entrée). L’état abîmé du pied de l’armoire qui se trouve à côté de la climatisation suggère que ce n’est pas la première fois que la chambre a été inondée. 4. Une odeur humide dans tout l’appartement, et je ne parle même pas de la machine à laver qui puait horriblement l’humidité. 4. Le propriétaire réclame 20 euros supplémentaires (pas affichés dans l’annonce) pour mettre un drap et des 2 grandes serviettes propres. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est. Le propriétaire ne fait pas vraiment d’effort pour améliorer le confort des occupants, y compris en nettoyant convenablement les lieux.
• Silvia (1/5): Don't book it - Location was great Big place, 2 bathrooms Unprofessional Tried to extort us for bed linens despite booking description says they are included. The AC in 1 of the rooms wasn't working and it was boiling hot and we had little baby and elderly person with us. We contacted 3 of the numbers advertised and they were not helpful and ignored us. Bathrooms dirty, fridge/freezer dirty, floors dirty, no handsoap in the bathrooms and the list goes on..
• Vatasescu (1/5): - În primul rând, după ce am rezervat și mi s-au luat banii din cont, am fost contactată pe whatsapp de către proprietar, care mi-a mai cerut încă 64 de euro pentru curățenie (în nicio secțiune de pe booking nu scrie așa ceva). Apoi, mi-au fost ceruți acești bani prin PayPal iar banca mea mi-a blocat tranzacția, în sensul că, nu m-a lăsat să-i trimit banii întrucât era posibil să fie copiate datele contului bancar. Deși plătisem cazarea iar pe booking nu mai erau alte taxe, a refuzat să îmi dea codul de acces, până nu i-am plătit cei 64 de euro în plus, fratelui său, pe care l-a trimis să ia banii. Nu am avut nici măcar săpun ca să ne spălăm pe mâini. Gelul de duș lipsea iar hârtia igienică era de cea mai proastă calitate. Camerele sunt de fapt două iar canapeaua din așa-zisul living are o saltea de proastă calitate.
• Valery (1/5): Horrible! Dirty place for a big dollar! - Nothing. The owners arbitrarily included 10EUR/person for bedsheets. I did not get the key until I paid what they wanted. Anyone considering staying in this place should come with own cleaning equipment. The place is filthy like hell with dust flying/lying around everywhere. I wish I could tell all of it to the owners directly but they organised everything in a way that their guests never see them.

• Hema (3/5): We enjoyed our time in Rome but not at the apartment - The apartment was not properly maintained and certainly did not meet acceptable hygiene standards. On top of that we unfortunately forgot couple of jackets in the place when we left and though I contacted them and so did Booking.com they have not responded. So I assume those jackets are now lost. We even offered to cover cost of postage but the property did not care to respond. Truly pathetic. Communication in general was very poor.

• Tomino11 (8/5): Perfect stay for families or group of friends! - I liked the space and location of the apartment - even we mainly used the apartment to have somewhere to sleep and take a shower, it was nice for us to fit the whole family in one accommodation unit, while keeping the good location and our mind at ease to easily access the city center and tourist attractions. Also we liked the option of close distance to restaurants and small stores as well where we could buy some basic groceries when needed.

• Richard (8/5): I know we all want to be right in the centre of things but don;t be put off, this is great value - The apartment is a short walk from Rome Termini station, we'd arrived by train from Venice so it was perfect. The station itself is nice but some areas near it can feel a bit intimidating at first but do not let this deter you. There is a metro station nearby which is on the right line to take you to the main attractions in the centre of Rome, it is a cheap and regular service. There is also a tram station nearby although there were engineering works taking place when we were there so couldn't use it. We did use taxis and Ubers quite a bit, they were quite cheap given nothing is really very far away. The apartment is as easy 20 minute walk to the Colosseum area so although it might seem out of the centre it really is close enough. Some reviews suggested it wasn;t too clean, we didn;t have that issue at all. A couple of rooms had aircon and there was a fan, working but had seen better days. And yes, the toilet seats still wobble. Overall i thought it was great value for our family of five
• Md (1/5): Absolutely robbing, disgusting experience with this property, want my money back and this property should not be listed - Nothing at all . AC didn’t work none of the room. Bathroom shower didn’t work. Did complain still not fixed. Advertising says all rooms air conditioned however one room didn’t have fan either. After complaining they gave fan after 2 days. No complementary soap, shampoo or toiletries either. AC unit water flooded the room. One room AC completely didn’t turn on and one room had noise portable noise AC unit and third room didn’t Have AC nor fan.

The flat is priced significantly less than others in the area and it is fantastic value for money. Location Good location - 5 mins walk to Manzoni 6 mins walk to Vitoriani Metro. 10 min walk to Roma Termini Area: not very exciting area but not far to walk to colosseum (17 mins). Corner shops around and open til late. Bedroom There are 2 very good sized double bedrooms. Both with AirCon units. No curtains but shutters and we all slept well. It was hot so only used the bedsheets and it was CLEAN. There is a third double room. A box room. Only a window there. Otherwise compact. No aircon in this room. There is a sofa bed in the kitchen. I did not use it. We all slept well, no noise, and was comfortable. All rooms came clean, with clean sheets and clean towels aircon unit are noisy but very effective. Kitchen - coffee/tea provided. Kettle and cooker. fridge and freezer. Drinkable Tap water. Only 2 mugs and 2 cups. But we managed. The air-con unit DOES NOT work in the kitchen. A fan is provided. Bathroom 2x bathroom. Both have working showers, toilet, bidet. All were clean fine. Only 2 toilet rolls provided. Negative - both Toilet seats are wobbly/ slide off. The pressure of the shower is poor. (I recommend Perhaps change shower head) Communication / Check In Communicated via booking messenger and WhatsApp. Fairly responsive. And in English. Got clear instructions how to entry and get keys on the day of arrival. Had to pay city tax via PayPal on the day of arrival to receive instructions. Main entrance - need to call a number to open the door and the get key via key box. I did not use the number as the main door was already open. Accessibility Lift and Chair Lift available We were able to leave our luggage there at 11:30 - cleaners had not arrived yet. Quickly freshened up, and then left. Came back at 17:30 and flat was very clean. Wifi is fast and reliable Easy check in- key in keypad. *Negative - both Toilet seats are wobbly/ slide off. The pressure of the shower is poor. (I recommend Perhaps change shower head) *There is no Full length mirror at all in the flat. Could be easily added. *The kitchen is missing Crockery. Only 2 mugs. *shower could be improved. But was clean! *corridor and bathroom gets warm as no aircon, again very manageable!

• Anonymous (6/5): property with good potential but customer service need improvement - location was perfect as it was placed in the heart of Rome. all the main “must see” locations and best restaurants were close check in /check out was easy. bed and amnesties very basic, no curtains water coming out of the shower very slowly new shower head required. asked the owner if possible to leave after check out as we checked in midnight the day before after long flight from Dubai/ London to and the answer was no! without any willingness to assist and to make the stay in Rome more enjoyable/comfortable. generally the check outs are at mid day but they were categoric that it’s max at 10 am, which made things very complicated and rushed for us. So this fact needs to be considered thoroughly before deciding to stay here.

Owner did respond within 24 hrs and allowed us early drop off of luggage. We were not able to check in until after 6 pm (not as advertised). Water pressure was lacking in bathroom sink & shower, shower flooded until owner fixed it a day later. Water temp was also irregular in shower - very hot then cold, then hot with no adequate control. Induction stove and incompatible cookware & no instructions prevented us from cooking. Reserved for 4 guests - only 2 cups provided. No comfortable seating - a bulky folded bed acted as a sofa and was in the kitchen. The AC was not working in the kitchen/living area. No window curtains - only shutters - there were new curtains - still in the packaging in the foyer but not installed. We had to request top sheets - beds only had bottom sheet provided. Very noisy with street repair right under our bedroom window (no fault of host). Generally an unwelcome environment.
