• Georgios (9/5): Great location, nice clean apartment - Unlike other buildings, this one seems to have been built as a rental from the beginning, so it was comfortable and had a lot of amenities (we even used the washing machine). The host was there to answer all questions, provide us with what we needed, and always with a friendly face and smile. They did not charge us extra for the second kid we had in the apartment for the last two days. They also offered us parking for free once it was available The location and the large balcony. Although the view was somewhat by limited by the buildings, you did get a glimpse of the mountain.. It was a nice place to sit for a while, smoke, drink and relax. The bed was not that comfortable and I do not like large pillows, so a better selection would be nice.

• AF4839489 (10/5): A True Pearl of Comfort and Style - I absolutely love this place! The design is sleek and modern, with an interior that complements rather than distracts. Everything you could need is here—a large walk-in shower, a well-thought-out kitchen, a coffee machine, and even a washing machine. It’s just so convenient. The bed is pure paradise—soft, comfy, and smelling wonderfully of fresh linen conditioner. I loved the little touches like candies at the entrance. Parking was a breeze (I can imagine it might be trickier in summer, but still very manageable). There’s even Chinese food right next door! Seriously, it’s so relaxing and has such a great vibe. And the best part? My dog stayed for free! I honestly can’t imagine a better stay. Thank you guys for being here for us guests. It's truly a hidden Pearl in Volos. A larger roof over the balcony could be helpful, though I’m guessing it’s already designed that way.

• Konstantinos (10/5): Διαμονή στον Βόλο - Η τοποθεσία , το άνετο πάρκιν , τα καινούργια δωμάτια , η πολύ καλή θέρμανση ,το πολύ καλό κρεβάτι, η καθαριότητα. Ο καναπές-κρεβάτι του σαλονιού δεν πληροί προϋποθέσεις κανονικού κρεβατιού , είναι εντελώς άβολος και χαλάει την άριστη εικόνα του καταλύματος.

• Panagiwta (10/5): - Ήταν όλα άψογα, πεντακάθαρα, πανέμορφα, άνετα. Οι οικοδεσπότες φιλόξενοι, ευγενέστατοι και πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν σε όλα. Κλείσαμε 4 διαφορετικά δωμάτια και το καθένα είχε τις ίδιες εξαιρετικές επιλογές και ανέσεις. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

• Christos (10/5): - Πολύ πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις. Πεντακάθαρο και σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία Δεν υπάρχει τίποτα το αρνητικό
• Elisavet (8/5): Ομορφο μικρο βολικο και κοντα σε πολλα πραγματα, πλατεια σουπερ μαρκετ καφε κλπ - Η τοποθεσια Δεν ειχε σιτες ενω ειχε αρκετα κουνουπια, δεν υπηρχε ηχομονωση με αποτελεσμα να εχει αρκετη φασαρια νωρις το πρωι, τριτο ατομο κοιμοταν στον καναπε ο οποιος δεν ειναι για υπνο και ειχαμε σοβαρο προβλημα με το ιντερνετ με συνεχεις διακοπες και η μια τηλεοραση δεν ανοιγε ειχε μονο ηχο οταν εβαζες το νετφλιξ.
• GEORGIOS (9/5): Εξαιρετικό - Όμορφο κτίριο καταλυμάτων που σου αφήνει μια αίσθηση πολυτέλειας. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, σε ήσυχη και εύκολα προσβάσιμη θέση. Θέσεις Parking, εκτός από όσες παρέχει το ίδιο κτίριο (σε μας δεν διατέθηκε), βρίσκεις γενικά εύκολα τριγύρω. Και μόνο λοιπόν που το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε ένα κτίριο αποκλειστικά καταλυμάτων είναι από μόνο του ένα σαφώς θετικό στοιχείο. Αυτό καθ’ αυτό το διαμέρισμα (ως τρίκλινο δωμάτιο) ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με μπαλκόνι (που πολύ μας βόλεψε τα βραδάκια) και πρόσφερε ότι θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί κάποιος ταξιδιώτης. Από πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και κουζινικά, νερά, λάδια, ξύδια, αλάτια, πιπέρια, αντικουνουπικά, κλπ μέχρι πλυντήριο, σίδερο, απλώστρες και απορρυπαντικά για τυχόν ‘’ατυχήματα’’. Τα κρεβάτια (2 μονά ) μας ήρθαν λίγο στενά, αλλά το στρώμα ήταν όπως ακριβώς θα το θέλαμε και κοιμηθήκαμε τέλεια. Το 3ο (που έτσι και αλλιώς δε θα χρειαζόμασταν) είναι καναπές και θα μπορούσε να κοιμίσει μόνο παιδί ή έστω μικροκαμωμένο έφηβο. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι, οι οδηγίες στην ώρα τους, μαζί με αριθμό κινητού (άρα μικρότερο ρίσκο να πάει κάτι στραβά με κωδικούς κλπ), ενώ η αποδοχή του αιτήματος μας για late check in, επειδή φτάναμε πολύ αργά, μας βοήθησε πολύ. Εννοείται ότι φυσικά θα το συστήσω ανεπιφύλακτα.... -

• Christina (9/5): Nice city-break apartment - The apartment was brand new and located very close to the city centre. The pillows were not very comfortable and the parking can be an issue (there are only a few places available at the property parking).

• Florine (10/5): Good location, clean, comfy and modern. Everything needed for traveller. - Very clean, modern design, new and well equipped and simple and functionally furnished. Good location and easily walkable within 10-15 minutes to main shopping area and waterfront. Shower has good water pressure. Kettle and espresso machine available in the room, full refrigerator, washing machine, drying rack. We didn’t cook but kitchen has full stove and oven, and pots and pans, dishes, cutlery etc. Also reserved and paid parking available on ground floor of building. Nothing really except a suggestion to have a shelf in the bathroom for makeup, bath accessories and perhaps door hooks. There is heating radiator but hooks would be more convenient.

• Ruth (8/5): Nice Stay in Volos center - The building is new rooms are spacious and well equipped with all the amenities including private parking on site. Location is close to city center within walking distance. The place is in a small alley that is challenging to find if you arrive by car.

The rooms were very nicely decorated. 10 minute walking distance from the city center. Felt like home! There was a washing machine, microwave, oven and in general many amenities. Also, there was orange juice, jams, toasted bread, nespresso capsules, etc in the flat. Sofa bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

• Nicola (9/5): Superb - Host (?) Katharina was very helpful and friendly, before and during our stay. Building is totally new. I like the concept of the apartel (apartments only building but with a reception ). Nice balcony too. The windows are not well isolated, but the noise level is okay.
