• Megan (10/5): Incredible, immersive glamping Patagonia experience - Absolutely incredible stay. Perfect, peaceful setting with stunning views just minutes from the Torres del Paine park entrance. The tents are the ideal mix of nature and luxury, private bathrooms, heat, electricity, comfortable beds, robes, and heated towel racks. It’s elevated camping done right. The service is next level. Jairo gave us the best hiking recommendations (even navigating snow and rain), Catalina and Javiera made everything seamless, and Martin was so kind and welcoming, just an amazing team all around. And the food, wow. Caitlin is seriously talented. Michelin-level three-course dinners, great packed lunches for hikes, and fresh eggs and homemade bread every morning. This place absolutely nails it. Highly recommend.

Would 100% come back if in the area again. - the location, the staff, the meals and the communal atmosphere made travelling solo delightful! the generator noise is noticeable but not a deal-breaker. I would have preferred some communication that the tent heaters are programmed to go off during the day (this is understandable) but can be switched on by request on a day when it was very cold outside and so made for a very cold uncomfortable afternoon in the tent when the rain and snow made travel adventures difficult.

Ils ont accommodé notre arrivée tardive en nous attendant avec un délicieux souper. La responsable nous a trouvé un sympathique chauffeur pour nous aider avec une crevaison sur notre véhicule. Excellente nourriture et casse croûte du midi à emporter très pratique. Rien!

Zu teuer pro Nach - Es ist aussergewöhnlich im Zelt zu schlafen und das das Bad ausserhalb ist. Die Idee ist gut. Der Lichtschalter ist nur neben einem Bett. Kein Platz die Kleider irgendwo hinzulegen. Man muss aus dem Zelt gehen um zum Bad zu gelangen. Im Restaurant war es zu laut!

• Mate Vukic (9/5): - Tents are really good. Isolation was good and you get electric blanket if you need it. I find that you have enough room to put your stuff there. Communication with host was great and you receive really nice meals (high quality ones) :) Location is good, but I advise that you have a car or an organized transport. Well prices in the area are all a little bit too high. Torres del Pain is nice but in recent years I think they put the price a little bit too high. Regarding the camp rooms I think nothing special was wrong with them. During my shower time the complex lost electricity and water and I was in the dark for 5min waiting for it to be restored. Keep in mind the place works on big diesel generators.

Great location but not the peaceful nature camp we expected. - The location was superb - just minutes outside the park entrance - making it easy to spend long days in the park. Beds were comfortable. Nice other travelers. The camp is located in a valley with several other hotels. The business next door was holding a rave the night we were there, which apparently has happened numerous times. Even in our tent, the noise was like being at a party - too loud for sleep and totally not the peaceful rest we expected. Around midnight, we moved to another tent further from the EDM, but I would not stay here again until the management addresses the issue with their neighbors. I also don't understand why one would build tents without windows when the whole point is the nature and the view - but not as big a deal as the noise!

• Priscilla (7/5): Goed, maar afgelegen - De tent is heel erg fijn en goed warm. De eigen badkamer is ook erg prettig. De douche is warm. Het eten is ook super. Het lunchbroodje met kip en pesto was lekker! Deze lag klaar voor ons bij het uitchecken. Bed was top. Medewerkers waren heel begaan en lief. De locatie is buiten het nationaal park. Het is niet te bereiken zonder auto, want een transfer uit het park rijdt er niet. Ook kan de accommodatie geen transfer regelen. Het is dus belangrijk om zelf vervoer te hebben. Wij hebben vanaf het busstation Administration gelift naar de locatie. Gelukkig is dat gelukt, want anders is het 2 uur lopen. We waren tijdens ons verblijf de enige die er waren dus tijdens de eetmomenten hadden we niet echt privacy.

Im Zelt ist eine Heizung und bei Bedarf eine Heizdecke, Badezimmer verfügt auch über eine Heizung und immer heißes Wasser. Es ist alles sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Essen wird Frisch zubereitet, sowie auch die Lunchboxen für den Wandertag im Nationalpark. Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu und entsprechend gut gepflegt. Nichts

• Maria (10/5): Amazing place and great location! - The place exceeded our expectations, the view of the mountains is just unbelievable, it is located near the Serrano river and next to the national park, super convenient if you are planning to explore it. The tents were cozy, spacious and warmer than we expected. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The food was delicious and they were able to cater to most of dietary requirements. :) Nothing wrong, it would be nice if you guys have the option to sell/buy alcohol.

It is located very close to one of the entrances to the park so you don’t have to drive back and forth to Puerto Natales. The staff was so helpful and had a great sense of humor. Also was wonderful to meet like minded travelers; I made new friends (shout out to Merlyn, Andrew, Rosa, Agnes, Jory, and Meli). Nothing.

• Jigar (10/5): Truly amazing. - Superb staff. Damaris and the Chef looked after us amazingly well. What an attractive set up, small but stunning. We absolutely loved it and even went back for dinner on our anniversary despite having left the lodge and they welcomed us back with open arms. Can’t forget the warmth and the ambience of the place. Five star cuisine. It’s a hidden gem. Nothing to not like. Patagonia is windy so the tent can shake a bit in the night if it’s windy bit that is only incremental to the wonderful experience of being exposed to the elements.

• Claire (10/5): The staff and Chilenativo were warm and welcoming, and made sure that I had every comfort and convenience during my stay - The campsite is in a stunning valley right outside an entrance to the national park, allowing for easy access to hiking and sightseeing within the park. The only inconvenience was the strong winds, which flapped against the tent and at times made it difficult to sleep.
• Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - At the arrival our host Mica welcomed us very warm-hearted and made us feel very good from the beginning. As a local she gave us helpful informations about the Parque. The service overall was very good and the breakfast and dinner has been during our stay very delicious. You can taste the passion of Chef Jose and his way to minimize the waste of food was very interesting. The whole concept of the camp to use recycled materials is amazing. The tents were very comfy and the detailed interior made our stay special. The south entrance of Parque Torres del Paine was so near, just 5 minutes by car. We truly can recommend the Riverside Camp. Thank you guys!
