• Melinda (6/5): Good for the price, a little bit further than I thought but it was just a place to shower and sleep. - Very spacious, this room had 2 showers and 2 toilets very convenient when we were 3 adults. It had a washing machine so was very handy, close but a wee walk to the local train stations Walls were thin, needed a vacuum but bathroom and shower were clean.

• A OBERT (8/5): Appartement top à Asakusa mais au calme. - L’hôte est très réactif et sympathique, et le check-in s’est fait rapidement. L’appartement est spacieux et idéalement situé, à proximité du temple Senso-ji et du Sky Garden. Il dispose de deux douches et de deux toilettes, ce qui est très pratique pour une famille de quatre personnes. Le quartier est animé et regorge de restaurants, tout en restant calme. Il est également facilement accessible directement depuis l’aéroport grâce à une ligne directe. Les lits étaient un peu étroits et pas assez longs pour mon mari, qui est grand. À prendre en considération si vous mesurez plus d’1m85. Le bruit se fait facilement entendre, entre les voisins qui rentrent tard et la crainte de déranger. Les voisines étaient assez bruyantes. Les murs ne sont donc pas très épais. L’ascenseur est dangereux, il se referme rapidement, à éviter.

• Sui Yan (10/5): Perfect stay for travelers that want a spacious living space with all the necessary utilities provided including shampoo - Two shower rooms and two toilets which means no one have to fight for them. Perfect stay for families and anyone who wants a spacious living area. The lift doesn’t have a sensor and closes quickly as it is quite old so watch out for your fingers and press the button instead.
• Shane Milnes (10/5): Great stay & great location for Asakusa area - Location was great for what we needed to see & do in this area, plus having 2 train station close by to travel to other others were great. Room was perfect for the 3 of us (family) Host was good in communication with us & very paintence with us trying to sort rubbish properly in categories. 1 of showers drain kept glogging up causing water level to rise while having a shower. Good thing was there was another shower in room to use instead.

• Marah1973 (8/5): - Zentrale Lage, fußläufig zu mehreren U-Bahn-Stationen, zum Sensoji und zum Skytree. Kommunikation mit dem Personal sehr freundlich, reagieren schnell auf Nachrichten. Wir haben auf Anfrage weitere Handtücher bekommen, weil es nur für jede Person eins gab. Alles in allem ok, wir hatten aber schon gemütlichere Unterkünfte in der Preisklasse in Japan. Die Wände sind so dünn. Leider waren unsere Nachbarn sehr laut, trotz der Schilder im Flur, dass man bitte leise sein soll. Es gibt keine Leselampe, nur große Deckenbeleuchtung. Keine Haken im Bad für Handtücher. Keinen Schrank oder Regal, keine Garderobe für Jacken, nur einen sehr wackeligen Kleiderständer mit ein paar Plastikbügeln im Schlafzimmer.

You will likely hear snoring, alarms, and conversations from adjacent units. Size: In typical Tokyo fashion—especially for budget spots—the rooms are "compact." Nightlife: Far from Shinjuku/Shibuya; expensive taxi rides after trains stop at midnight. Quiet Nights: Local shops and many restaurants close early (8:00–9:00 PM). Walking: The walk across the bridge to the main subway lines can feel long with heavy luggage.

Friendly staff with quick responses to our requests, and an easy, smooth self check-in. The room is small, which is typical in Japan, but still okay for a family of four to stay.

• Melanie (9/5): Ruim, schoon & op toplocatie - Heel ruim, schoon appartement met een nieuwe inrichting (zeker voor Japan)! Er is een lift dus geen gesjouw met koffers, self-check-in was makkelijk en duidelijk en de locatie is top. Op loopafstand naar o.a. de skytree (je ziet hem vanuit het raam) en senjo-ji tempel en met slechts 1 metrolijn die vlakbij is ben je bijv bij Akihabara, Uenopark of de fish market. Koffers stallen kan vanaf 1, dit was voor ons net onhandig, maar geen ramp.

• Monika (6/5): Nie polecam, mimo, że ładnie wygląda na zdjęciach. - W mieszkaniu spędziliśmy 1 noc w 5 osób. Mieszkanie blisko stacji metra, w centrum. Wygodne łóżka. Mieszkanie na 4 piętrze z winda, na którą trzeba uważać. I tyle pozytywów. Brak ręczników do rąk w toaletach oraz ręczników papierowych w kuchni. Dostaliśmy tylko duże ręczniki kąpielowe. Brak stołu i krzeseł. Kuchnia słabo wyposażona. Nieprzemyślane mieszkanie pod kątem praktycznym. Właściciel powinien spędzić tam noc i przekonać się, że brakuje wielu rzeczy niezbędnych w codziennym funkcjonowaniu. Dodatkowo, oplata za sprzątanie po 1 nocy!!!

El hecho de tener 2 WC y 2 duchas ayuda a la hora de ponerse en marcha Al ser 5 personas, el sofá se convierte en cama y no queda sitio para sentarse. Las paredes y suelos son muy finos y se oye todo: voces, pasos... Se tendría que revisar la limpieza de debajo las camas

• Cyril (7/5): Un bon séjour mais le logement ne doit servir que de pied à terre le soir quand on rentre. C'est tou - l'emplacement est idéal, proche du métro, proche de lieux touristiques fantastiques, proche de commerces et de restaurants. La situation est exceptionnelle, en lien direct avec la ligne qui emmène à l'aéroport. Je trouve qu'il manque d'une 2ème chambre car c'est pour 6 personnes mais les unes sur les autres. Il n'y a pas de sèche linge donc on doit pendre nos habits mouillés sur le portique à linge au milieu des cintres. Pas super du tout, très gros point noir de ce logement. L'appartement est très mal insonorisé, donc les voisins hyper bruyants le soir jusque tard empêchent un repos complet après une journée de visite fatiguante.

• Sneha (3/5): Exhausting and sleepless - Location, it’s nice location close to everything. The place was way too cramped for a family of four. But mostly the beds are infested with bed bugs, we kept getting bitten all night for 3 nights. Initially we thought that it was mosquitoes, but we didn’t see any mosquitoes at all there & the bites kept getting worse each night. Once we realised its bed bugs we decided to all sleep on the couch the last night. It’s been extremely stressful for us to have no sleep on our holiday we were exhausted and had little to no sleep all 4 days.

• wu (9/5): - it's kind of close to asakusa where the temple is. approx. 15mins 🚶‍♂️ it's in the community area . keep the noise down if you are traveling in a group. we did get a warning letter from the hostel,where in the end the noise was from the other group.

• Rachel (9/5): Comfortable and value for money - Excellent location, close to Asakusa train station, attractions, river and Skytree, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Self check in but staff were very helpful when I needed to extend my non-refundable booking. Small but adequate. Great to have a washing machine. Comfortable beds. Great view of Skytree! The lift was a bit claustrophobic!
• Wioletta (8/5): Very good - All was good , the place is a bit old but clean . Heaving two showers and two toilets was great , especially that we are family of 5 . Location was good , short walk from metro station and market street . Some convenience stores near by . Easy communication with management stuff. We are happy with our choice . Elevator did not work on our check out day . We had to carry down our suitcases . It was a challange , as the stair case was narrow and it was so hot :)

• Showmeeyaa (8/5): Great location, clean and comfortable spot in Asakusa - The property is at a great location, super easy find, really close and quick walk to Asakusa Station, easy to arrive from airport, its also really close to Senjoi temple and other shops and markets. The property is clean, has necessity amenties. The property management is accomodating, allowed for luggage storage given the check in is at 4 PM It is a bit small for 4 people, great for a small family. The is a lot of requirements to be quite and Not move the luggages which is hard with heavy luggages

Just the noise from the other neighbours they were really loud in the early hours of the morning around 3am it was the people staying in the room next to us on the night of the 24th they weren’t being respectful.

• Haichao (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location. Walking distance to Sumida Park and plenty of places to get food nearby (highly recommend Aki's Cafe and Pain Maison for breakfast). Very clean space and comfortable beds. We stayed with 4 people total and it never felt too cramped. It's best if you are traveling light or are prepared to not take too many things out of your luggage. There is very little space to hang clothes. The shower is not as nice as most other Japanese accommodations, but it is still good enough.
• Rajinder (6/5): A comfortable base with transport options nearby to explore Tokyo. - The apartment was close to transport, provided comfortable beds with air conditioning. The facilities were good. The washing machine and 2nd toilet were a bonus. As we stayed 5 nights we were expecting more bath towels as we were only supplied one for each person. Some hand towels in the bathroom & kitchen would come in handy. A bath mat when getting out of the shower would also help.insufficient supply of toilet paper. Just minor things which make the overall experience more smoother.

Location was close to the Tokyo Sky Tree and also had a great view of it from our room. Close to Asakusa station and Senso-Ji Temple. Only downfall is the walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors and they can hear you.
