• lucy (10/5): We we travels to Adeje for my 40th this villa topped it off had the best time can’t wait to book again for the next spec - Property blew us away when we walked in all the family run to get the best room with the view ….room down stairs are perfect for a more elderly person I took my 72 year old mother she was happy with the sliding doors and easy access to the pool with steps that lower in gradually….hot tub with a view was amazing the view at night and sunset in the evenings are truly stunning…beds are comfortable plenty towels for the pool supplied ….even tho the pool wasn’t heated it was very warm …music is allowed to be played but not after 9pm which was great for pool family days I would definitely visit this villa again …when we arrived upstairs had no lights I messaged the trip advisor on watts app and he had it sorted with in 30 minits …we had a amazing holiday made memories the price is worth it all day …also pool inflatables supplied which was amazing for the kids 10/10 experience would recommend to any large family Only thing we struggle with was taxis you can get a taxi back to the property easily but getting a taxi from the property was very difficult we had to rely on Ubers which cost the earth so get a good taxi company that can understand English or you will spend some serious money Ubers or rent a car definitely would save money

• Shenel (8/5): Great Villa, Great stay ! - Villa is really well presented and fully equipped to ensure you have a great stay, there was enough crockery and cutlery to dine well and was very impressed that we all had a decent hair dryer The bathrooms were lovely and the kitchen was very stylish We also made full use of the hot tub and BBQ and there is plenty of comfy out door seating. Added bonus was inflatables, Pool side towels would have been good but we all brought own luckily The wet room bases are a little slippy, very stylish but I imagine if you are a little older some kind of rail would have helped as I was a bit sketchy but once you know its like that you are careful Also if you want to keep on top of things take a couple of tea towels and a handful of dishwasher tablets as we used ours very quickly, although I am sure if we asked they would have brought us some

• Tracy (9/5): Beautiful apartment with so much space - The quality and spaciousness of the property was superb. It was just as good as the pictures! Just a couple of niggles that would have made the stay perfect if addressed. Air conditioning unit in one bedroom wasn’t working and the owner wasn’t able to source an engineer. There should be air conditioning units in all bedrooms in my view (none on lower floor bedrooms). The fridge wasn’t cold enough so food on the upper shelves started to spoil. The fridge door shelf was also broken. The fridge also isn’t big enough for apartment for so many people. The electric gates didn’t work so we had to manually open them. There was only one shelf in the oven that was suitable to put food on. The other two were flimsy and dangerous as they fell down. Please also provide a chopping board bigger than a postage stamp. Overall the niggles were minor but should be addressed. Obviously this didn’t impact the amazing holiday we had though - just feedback to make future clients stay just perfect 😁

The owner was always available via WhatsApp and was always checking in to make sure we was okay. The views from the villa was amazing, all the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen was super clean. Nothing!

• Marilyn (10/5): Gorgeous Vacation Villa - The villa was absolutely gorgeous, and the location was great and safe. It is more beautiful than the pictures on the website. Not too far from the ocean up on a hill, so the view is spectacular. Razvan was great. We only had one issue with the AC, and it was handled immediately. I would definitely stay in this villa again. Just so beautiful and everything you need to unwind and relax, whether in the pool or hot tub. Villa also has a wonderful kitchen and dining areas both inside and out. There is a garage to park your car or cars off the street.

Villa surroundings were very quiet but then was still close enough to the beach/restaurant areas and taxis to and from the villa were also very cheap. Very Instagramable decor/location
• Andy (10/5): Amazing accommodation and great views - From start to finish the whole experience was amazing the villa itself he couldn’t ask for more quite happy to sleep 9 to 10 people. Most of us had ensuite bathrooms. Everything is high end. The views are fantastic on the evening to enjoy the pool or hot tub.Razvan the POC for the Villa was amazing very good at communication, returned the deposit when said and also organised a fantastic luxury boat trip so thank you for all your help. We had a fantastic five days at the Villa. We will be returning. Just keep in mind it’s a villa high up a hill so taxis are required , if you get local ones they are only £7 to £10 euros each way

Would definitely stay again - Property was excellent, clean and well presented,beds were really comfortable and the pool and Jacuzzi were a great asset for our stay. Highly recommend Nothing, it is slightly out of the main shopping/restaurant area but we were supplied with a taxi number which never let us down and also it is within walking distance. And the views more than made up for the above.

Razvan, the owner was very welcoming, always responded in time prior to our stay if we needed to check anything before we arrive and genuinely made our stay perfect. The rooms are spacious and comfortable also. Pool area is very safe for the kids and the inflatables were a nice surprise. Very clean throughout and views are wonderful. Thank you Razvan for our stay and I'm sure we'll cross paths again next year. Everything was perfect!

Was a bit to far on the hill , great coming down & a nice walk , going we had to constantly use taxi’s . This would not out put us off booking this villa again though . Be mindful of the taxi’s as they can be different prices & tend to rip off .
• Manisha (10/5): Incredible Villa! The pool and jacuzzi were an absolute plus! - Razvan was incredible! When we arrived a few things were missing which he had organised for us by the following day. He was very accommodating to all our needs and anything we required. Whatever we needed to make our stay at the villa easier he managed for us with really fast response! Not much that was an issue.the bathrooms leaked water from the showers which was frustrating and the kitchen could definitely do with more things to help cook especially if a family were to stay but overall everything was excellent!

• Emmet (10/5): Amazing villa that lives up to it's name! - Amazing 7 bedroom villa, with unreal views looking down over Costa Adeje! The whole property is very spacious and complemented with stylish modern decor, excellent air conditioning and wide screen tvs in most rooms. The pool is slightly heated so perfect for the kids playing in it and the poolside area is clean with a table tennis table provided also. Our host Razvan was excellent, he provided very quick responses to the few queries we had and even helped arrange an amazing yacht trip for us. We can't recommend this villa or Razvan highly enough! The only downside is the villa is located quite high up the hill so not ideal for walking to/from especially for older people or young kids, but the taxi service was first class and usually arrived inside a few minutes. Also, the beds are quite firm but this is more of a personal preference.
• Joseph (10/5): High quality accomodation and great facilities, would highly recommend for any large group. - Razvan was a very accomodating and flexible host, allowing us to check in earlier. He was very friendly and gave a full tour of villa on arrival, and was on call throughout the trip to meet any of our needs. The pool and hot tub were great, and cleaned/maintained during the trip. Bedroom facilities are excellent and you can easily sleep 15 people here without any issues and in luxury conditions. Location could have been slightly better as is on top of a steep hill, expect a 30 min walk to get down to Costa Adeje. Public transport in the area is the limited.
• Dominyka (10/5): Exceptional - This villa exceeded our expectations. It was better than the pictures (which were already good). On arrival the villa was clean, spacious and welcoming. The host Razvan was easy to contact and always on hand to solve any issues or manner recommendations. The location is very peaceful and not very far from tourist attractions and beaches (7min by car). Overall we had a great stay here and would stay again if we had the chance. Views were breathtaking, we didn’t want to leave the villa 😍
