Pozostaje tylko zaopatrzyć się w jedzenie - artykuły spożywcze, warto wziąć czajnik bo te na miejscu, troszkę już przeszły. Zdjęcia ze strony akurat nie z tego co było wynajmowane, ale było okej, zgodnie z opisem. Strach zostawiać samochód przed budynkiem na poboczu ulicy, zdarzały się uszkodzone lusterka.

• Antonio (7/5): - Sebbene la strutture fosse in periferia, è comunque vicina alle metro U1 che ti porta in centro in poco tempo. Abbastanza vicino anche un parcheggio multipiano (sempre vicino alla U1) dove ho parcheggiato senza spendere una fortuna. Le dotazioni della struttura sono state buone anche se la suddivisione degli spazi in po' particolare. Direi che il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è male. L'edificio esternamente e nelle parti comuni non è bello a differenza dell'alloggio che è normale.

• Jakub (9/5): Clean and cozy place to stay with family or friends - My stay in Donaufelder Apartments was a very nice experience. The place is located 15 minutes away from the metro station, which is very convenient. It is also quite cheap compared to different options in a similar price margin. I did not have any communication problems with the owners. They even asked me about the quality of my stay, which was a nice touch. The place was fairly clean, it had all the utilities necessary, the heating was working very well too. All in all, a nice place to stay with a couple of friends. There is a hole between one of the bedrooms and the bathroom. It is covered by some plastic sheet. It did not cause any problems, just was a bit unesthetic.

Mein Bett war unbequem und es war abgemacht, dass wir ein Zimmer bekommen, welches ein Doppelbett hat und ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, welches 2 Einzelbetten hat. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Ein Zimmer hatte ein Doppelbett sowie ein Einzelbett und das andere eben das übrige Einzelbett.

• Cernobregu (1/5): One of the worst stays I have ever had — I strongly advise others not to stay here and to avoid this property entirely. - Nothing at all. There was absolutely no positive aspect worth mentioning. The cleanliness was shockingly bad and completely unacceptable. The room and bathroom were dirty, the bed linens did not appear to be properly cleaned, and the entire place had an unpleasant smell. The staff was unprofessional, careless, and showed no interest in resolving our complaints. Basic hygiene and service standards are clearly ignored at this property.

• Svitlana (10/5): - W mieszkaniu jest cieplutko i wygodnie. Jest zmywarka, mikrofalowa, piekarnik i wszystkie odpowiednie naczynie. Mieszkanko bardzo komfortowe Niestety jest w mieszkaniu brudno. Na pierwszy rzut oka tego nie widać. Ale paluszki na wszystkich powierzchniach, kamień w łazience i tłuszcz na kuchni. Widać że sprzątają, ale mieszkanie potrzebuje generalne sprzątanie.

• Phillip (3/5): - Die Lage ist in Ordnung (weiß man natürlich im Vorhinein) man ist relativ schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Sauberkeit war miserabel, leider war die Küche verschmutzt, die Bettlaken hatten Flecken und waren gerissen, sowie die Bettbezüge auch nicht wirklich sauber waren und die Wohnung hat leider sehr extrem nach kalten Rauchen gerochen.

Die Heizung und das warme Wasser funktionieren am ersten Tag nicht, wurde allerdings nach Beschwerde erledigt. Kaffeemaschine rint,die Mikro ist ekelhaft schmutzig. Der Boden war dreckig. Der Balkon lebensgefährlich.

• Alexandra (4/5): - It was a run-down apartment in an even more run-down building. There was a persistent smell of curry inside. The appliances were functional but very minimal. The beds were uncomfortable. The towels were hard and had an unpleasant smell. The main living room had a single radiator, which was insufficient given the constant heat loss through the door to the backyard. Despite a dozen emails and WhatsApp messages, an additional heater was never delivered, even after two nights. All communication details and photos have been kept for record.

• Anca (1/5): Left after one night - Checked out after the first night - it was cold, dirty and extremely loud, and when I pointed this out to the renters, instead of apologies or offering to help, they were rude and dismissive, saying that the apartment is not cold and dirty and they are not responsible for the noise at 7 am as it comes from a construction site.

Alsof er weken geen mensen meer waren geweest in het appartement. Er was ook geen lift. Dat wisten we van te voren. Maar we misten wel een lift.

• Олег (9/5): - Communication with the host via messenger is quite good, all instructions are always at hand. Good location, 8 minutes walk to the metro, 3 minutes to the supermarket. Paid underground parking is right next door. The apartment is very clean. During the visit, there was a problem with the gas boiler, but the owner promised to fix it quickly.

• Pavla (7/5): Pokud nepotřebujete nějaký extra luxus, jedná se o pohodlné a klidné ubytování blízko Dunaje. - Výborná dostupnost metra a tramvajových zastávek. I když jsme měli okna směrem na hlavní ulici, kde jezdili tramvaje, v noci byl klid. Tramvaje jsou velmi tiché. Postele mají pohodlné matrace. Na pokojích byly větráky, takže i v parnu se dalo přežít. Na pokojích čisto. Všude v okolí supermarkety, restaurace, kuchyně ve Vídni všeobecně výborná. Místo je 2 zastávky metra od Dunaje. Koupání v Dunaji super, i pro rodiny s dětmi - převlékárny, WC, restaurace. Dětská hřiště jak na souši tak ve vodě. Plavčík, bójky. Všude stromy a stín. Jeden z nejšerednějších a asi i nejstaších domů v ulici. Uvnitř bylo znát, že zde bydlí hodně kuřáků. Na stěnách grafiti a celkově dům působil z venku jako dům na Žižkově za První Republiky. Na WC chyběl toaletní papír. Kuchyň byla sice plně vybavená, ale nože nefunkční. Co se týče nábytku, mají pokoje pouze postel a TV stolek s TV + větrák. Rychlovarná konvice byla zarostlá kamenem, museli jsme ji nejprve vyčistit.

We will be back - WiFi didn't work very well Corridors and building is extremely old and run down but apartments are fantastic,modern,clean, comfortable and more than adequately equipped for self catering . Communication was excellent we had some minor issues on the first day which were resolved extremely fast. I would have liked the inside of the oven to be a bit more maintained but that's my personal preference.
• Dorotea (7/5): It has potential if the details are worked out :) - The apartment is about 10 minutes from metro line U1 with which you are then connected to the city center in about 20 minutes by subway. There is also bus line 26. The apartment faces the opposite side of the street, which is great because it is very quiet. If you have small children or elderly people, know that there is no elevator because it is an older building, although it was not a problem for us. Bathroom and toilet are separate which is great. Room with two separate beds is connected to the bathroom but also to the second bedroom. Upon arrival, you will receive a code for entering the building and entering the apartment. The floor of the apartment was not clean, and we could see it on our socks, the walls were also stained, which I think can be solved very easily considering the price of the night we paid for 3 people. The refrigerator was also not very clean, but it's okay if you're only going to store drinks in it. The walls are not soundproof with other apartments, while the insulation in the apartment itself is completely correct. It didn't bother us, but anyone who has a problem with sleeping must keep it in mind. Also, the corridor of the building is not the neatest... Small complaint is that there is a dishwasher in the apartment, but for a stay of 2 days we would have expected at least one tablet for the dishwasher, which unfortunately we did not receive. Parking is not possible, you have to find a garage nearby in order to park your car somewhere. There are windows on the front door of the apartment that make it look like you can easily break into the apartment. I also think that the fee of 40e for cleaning is too high because for 40e I expect a very high level of cleanliness, which unfortunately was not the case here.

• Sally (3/5): Good, bad & ugly - Quiet. Good location, only a short walk to the tram, good instructions for entry. Clean, comfortable beds, enough towels, hand rinse, body wash & shampoo, washing up liquid & some dishwasher tablets supplied. Equipment included a coffee maker, dishwasher & washing machine. No instructions for anything. Heating was far too hot, we turned down the radiator temperature substantially which fixed that. Not really enough crockery & cutlery for 4 and we noticed a mug was cracked. Original position of single beds obscured power plugs. No sign of a smoke detector. Maybe a difference in building regs, for the UK any rental property must have them. Bathroom smelt a lot of sewers, running the washing machine a couple of times fixed that. Maybe the apartment hadn't been used for quite some time? Worst by far was the layout. Toilet & kitchen of entry hall, main bedroom / sitting room off kitchen, second bedroom of main bedroom, bathroom without toilet off main bedroom. So the person in the second bedroom either had to go through the main bedroom, or use the sink or shower, or not relieve themselves all night. It would work for a couple who share a bed but not really for two friends who most definitely do not share a bed or bedroom.

• Bogdan (5/5): Basic apartment just for sleeping - Easy acces to transport to the city, Eurospar and Billa nearby. Quiet because we had an apartment facing the interior yard of the building. At the first glance, the apartment seemed clean, but at a closer look you could see dust in the bathroom, on the kitchen appliances, under the bed. Rust on the radiator in the bathroom and the shower, mold in the bathroom. The coffee machine was dirty, with leftover coffee in it. There is no wardrobe, just a cabinet in the hallway, there is no armchair or sofa in the main room, there is no head lamp by the bed to read, the light is poor in all the apartment. You just get two beds and a table. This happens when companies take over and want to make just profit, there is no human touch anymore. You just get the basics, not an inch of comfort. No coffee, no tea (as we have found in other Airbnb/Booking apartments). Also, the temperature was preset, so bad luck if you like it a bit warmer.

It is conveniently located near a metro and tram station, with a well-stocked market and public parking within walking distance. Cleanliness needs improvement—appliances like the kettle and microwave were dirty, and the building is old and not well-maintained. Additionally, the sound insulation is poor, which can be disruptive.
