• MAX (4/5): Soulless rental apartment with zero charm. - Location is great, and it has a lovely balcony (would have been nice if a banana lounge chair was provided) Soulless rental apartment with zero charm. Everything is furnished in the cheapest way, I guess to maximise the margin of the owner… There was no couch, and no dining table/chairs inside - so after a long day walking the only option to relax a bit is a chair in the patio, or to lie on the bed. Theres a huge TV but a bit arkward because you can only be in bed or stand up and watch it! Also very cold with no artwork on any of the walls. The text on the washing machine is polish. There’s only a single white sheet provided as bedding Feels sad to see something like this, given the important topic around the oversaturation of short-term rentals in Athens over the past years, which has surged pushing out locals and driving up rents. I included an image of the side of the building for a bit of context.

• Véronique (7/5): - L’appartement était refait à neuf et très agréable avec une belle terrasse. Le ménage n’avait pas du être fait depuis longtemps (sols,plan de travail,robinetterie).

• Marco El Greco (9/5): Ampio e comodo punto di appoggio ad Atene - Ottimo appartamento come base di appoggio o per visitare la città. Ampia dimensione, molto luminoso, Host disponibile, molto reattivo, ottime indicazioni per self check in. letti ampi e comodi, ascensore, zanzariere, bagno con finestra, doppia terrazza, biesposto, molto pulito. Sull'appartamento nulla da dire, tutto impeccabile. Il quartiere dove si trova invece è decisamente poco apprezzabile. Pieno di edifici abbandonati, sporcizia, case rovinate, assenza totale di negozi, non ispira fiducia e tranquillità a girarlo soprattutto di sera.

• Emmanuel (10/5): Exceptional - Best location to enjoy sightseeing and nightlife. Quality flat is an extra bonus. The owners own the entire building, so as we were a large group, we all stayed in different apartments in the same building. All very well appointed. We would certainly return!
• Eralda (10/5): Best penthhouse in Athens - Very clean, very new, very tasteful. Practically next to the largest museum in Greece and in the heart of the bohemian part of the city. Great terrace to get a tan too. Highly recommended!
