- Dan (7/5): - Location Sofa uncomfortable. I would definitely book on this site again but I wouldn't book this particular lodge as it's too close to the offices which have windows looking over you. Staff and delivery driver back and fourth well you are trying to relax in the hottub or outside. Also the constant flow of hot water around the system was very loud at night.
- Thompson (5/5): Dissapointing very stained mattress YUK - Location is amazing but woodland view pod seems to be behind the building where staff cone and go. So numerous vehicles coming going doors slamming etc, but views were beautful. Great garden surrounding the pod which our dogs loved immensley. When staff approached did snow.plough behind us so we could open gates to get vehicle out of garden as snow was easily 8 inches thick and nothing to dig us out Fridge door rusty work surface bubbled and peeled in two places. Bed and pillows did have mattress protector but clearly didnt always have that by the state of mattress itself. Really badly stained which wasnt nice. No information available despite qr code saying info provided only error code. No personal touch at all had to call to find out how we got into pod itself. Supposed to have had an email but didht. Email asking what time we would arrive, i clicked 15.00 to 16.00 and then had return message back asking for an extra 20 pounds. Had asked questions about various things but never got any reply till i called them and aaked. Latest check in ever despite being very well travelled. Early checkout too. Only member of staff spoken to when we asked for shovel to dig us out so we could open gates..They then brought snow plough around to move snow allowing us to open gates and leave.
