• Rana (10/5): Wonderful stay and amazing host - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Thanasis is an exceptionally kind and responsive host. He provided clear instructions, checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, and made us feel very welcome. He was also incredibly understanding when we accidentally broke a glass and immediately reassured us that it was no problem at all, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. There’s a supermarket just a short walk away (https://maps.app.goo.gl/kQ8dJv7zubxn8rpt6?g_st=ipc), so getting groceries or essentials is easy. It’s also located right across the street from the beach and Bolivar Beach Bar, which makes it perfect for summer visits. The balcony is lovely for enjoying a coffee or relaxing in the evening. There’s even a Nespresso machine (not shown in the booking.com photos) as well as a filtered coffee machine, so you can bring your favourite pods or beans if you’d like. The air conditioning works perfectly and keeps the apartment cool even on very hot days. This was our 10th trip to Athens, and from now on we will definitely be staying at this apartment. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose it again the next time we are in Athens. The only minor downside is that there’s one set of keys, and the smart key controls the electricity (similar to hotels). It’s great for saving energy, but if you’re staying as a group, it just requires a bit of coordination when one person wants to leave while the other stays in.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, including myself as I was the one communicating with the host.
