Room was nicely appointed with free bottled water, slippers, teacups, an electric kettle and coffee maker. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The refrigerator in the room is very useful. We were there in early October and it was still warm outside. The room was stuffy in the evening. The AC is not available after October 1, so we opened the windows for fresh air and ventilation. However, noisy people in the street and people getting on and off boats in the canal disrupted our sleep throughout the night. Next time we visit, we may investigate staying elsewhere.

Guest (4/5): - Are you kidding!?! There was no receptionist. No one to tell us our room number or give us a key. There was no breakfast. If the housecleaner had not been about to leave when we arrived, we would have never gotten in the door. Luckily, she understood enough to call her boss for us to talk with. The rooms were clean and nice, we just needed to know this hotel is a self-help hotel...which means if you do not have "what's App"...you need to get it to get the information needed to enter the property on your own. The many stairs are a problem if you have large luggage or if you have trouble climbing stairs.

Había café, té, endulzante, crema y agua, muy completo en relación a los amenities... Se agradece. Además nos encantó lo bien que descansa de noche. Nada de ruido...un placer dormir allí. No hay nada que no nos gustara. Si apuntaría como observación a tener en cuenta personas fon movilidad reducida: hay que subir muchas escaleras estrechas. Nosotros estamos acostumbrados porque vivimos en un 4to piso por escalera pero para alguien no acostumbrado o con alguna dificultad puede resultarle un obstáculo.

Rachel (9/5): Spacious, clean two bedroom apartment with easy walking access to the Rialto bridge. - Spacious, two bedroom apartment with all the amenities provided. The apartment gave easy walking access to the Rialto bridge, endless restaurants and cafes, and has a view of one of the smaller canals. The main bedroom has a kitchenette inside of the armoire with all the necessities to prepare meals if needed. The rooms were equipped with toothbrushes, toothpaste, bidet supplies, irons, shower supplies and an umbrella in case rain was in the forecast, which it was during our stay. Leo was very nice and provided easy and fast responses to help us navigate from the train station to the apartment. Thank you! Not a big deal for us, however the shower size may be a bit small for those who are a little taller/larger build.

Great view of the small canal & bridge from the windows. Room was nice size and comfortable. Supplied tooth brushes and even slippers. Great communication with the host.

The location was ideal—well connected to public transport and within easy reach of the train station, making arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in Venice. Two flights of stairs with a bag but that’s Venice. Just a Warning to older stayers.

AYA (9/5): 次もベネチアに行くなら利用したいです。 - スタッフの方がとても親切でした。事前にメールでホテルまでの案内を詳しく動画付きで教えてくれました。分からない事があってもメールをするとすぐに返信をいただけました。ホテルにエレベーターが無いので初日にスーツケースを運ぶ事だけが唯一の難点ですが、観光しやすい場所でそれ以外は全く問題ないです。室内も清潔でネットフリックスも見る事ができました😊 特に無し

Jodie (9/5): - Large room; very quiet and very clean. Comfortable bed. Booking.com needs to make it clear that there is no one on site. That was an issue for us since only my husband had cell phone coverage and the reservation was in my name and I did not have cell phone coverage. You need to have a code to get in the building and another code to get the key to your room so cell phone access is critical. In the end, it worked out and we got into the room.
Guest (7/5): Venice was magnificent! Lovely accomodation - Centrally located and lovely to have coffee in your room and a responsive host. Lots of stairs for luggage so keep this in mind when booking - the staff cleaner there wasn’t very helpful I think she didn’t know English but the host was very responsive. I would recommend the host leave an envelope or a box in the room to leave the city tax as as pose to messaging us when we had already left.

Einfach ein Traum , die Lage war perfekt alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Check in ohne Kontakt, läuft alles reibungslosen ab. Wir kommen aufjedenfall Fall wieder. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wirklich garnichts. Es ist perfekt!
Andrew (10/5): Quiet, peaceful, lovely stay in Venice. - Venice was wonderful. Casa Marsilli was only a short walk from the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Would stay here again. Room was nice size and comfortable. Great communication with the host. Shower was a little skinny. Kept hitting my elbows.

Jekaterina (9/5): - Spacious apartment with great location, nicely designed 😀 Apartments was with a small kitchen, but fridge is missing there. One shower didn’t get warm water, since we stayed during summer and had the second shower in the apartment it was fine, but if you will get this room not as a part of the apartment, but as a separate room it might be frustrating. The street seems to be quiet, but a lookouts of noise coming from the street during the night. We slept with the open windows and was waking up almost every hour. Close windows and AC can be an option, but you have to count that AC works pretty loud and the air blows directly to the bed.

Instant acknowledgement and communication via WhatsApp with access codes. Amazingly clean and spacious and faultless contactless check out with reminder text and guidance on city tax. Hotel is exceptional, no faults!

Daniela (10/5): Totally recommend - The room was above our expectations, big bed and very comfortable, good location, easy to check in and check out, the host was very nice, totally recommend it! There was just a small issue with the air conditioner, we did not get along 😂 it was hard to set it to a specific temperature, for example we set it to 25 and it made the room 24 and was still going down, but if you are careful, you can avoid this.

The surrounding area felt safe and it was quiet on a night time. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious. It was very clean (something I specifically look for and notice in rooms), and made to a high standard. The bathroom was also spacious and clean too. The bed was very large and comfy. Our host was friendly and easy to contact, providing us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport. I would absolutely recommend this property to anybody visiting Venice, it was 10/10! Thankyou so much for a perfect stay. Nothing!

Kopfkissen etwas hart, Dusche manchmal (vorübergehend) etwas kühles Wasser.

Vívian (10/5): Excelente estadia! Ficaríamos novamente com certeza! - Quartos bonitos, muito limpos e bem equipados! Equipe muito prestativa! Gostamos de tudo! Único ponto é que não limparam o quarto após a primeira noite (ficamos 2 noites).
Guest (8/5): Great Location. - Location was excellent - 5 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. Host was very helpful and always available! Free WiFi & aircon was great! Unaware we were sleeping on a sofa-bed, which was very firm, as were the pillows. Other than this, the accommodation was excellent.

Beatrice (10/5): Soggiorno impeccabile! - Posizione perfetta per visitare Venezia: alla giusta distanza da tutto e davvero vicinissima a San Marco. Stanza pulitissima, ben arredata e recentemente rinnovata. Molto accogliente e funzionale, ma conservando un tocco di tipicità veneziana. Piacevolissima vista sul canale e check-in autonomo facile, comodo e spiegato alla perfezione dai gestori. Comunicazione puntuale e molto gentile! Consigliatissimo

Adam (10/5): Lovely facilaties-perfect location! Will stay again! - What a fantastic place-location was perfect-view out the window of a small bridge-secure and comfortable. We loved it all although we didn't find the kitchen facilities until we were leaving-lol....who knew they were in the cupboard!
