• Alwen (9/5): Very comfortable and relaxing. - It was very clean and freshly decorated and very welcoming. Kitchen very well equipped, bathroom was well equipped with great shower. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of draws, etc for storage. Spare bedroom with wardrobes was a great idea. Dining table not big enough for 4 people. The twin room made into a super king was too small for the bed when made into a double room. Socket for drying hair not in the right place. I realise this room is changed around so the sockets and set up don’t fit. Just to be aware.
• Julie and Denis (9/5): Well appointed cottage close to Bedale amenities. - Comfy beds, good basic kitchen supplies, bottle of Cava was a nice touch. Pretty outlook over school grounds. Close to Bedale high street with plenty of amenities. Plenty of storage space. Off street parking and downstairs toilet a plus. As we had 4 adults in our group, an extra lounge chair would have made a difference. A power point close to a mirror to blow dry hair would be helpful.
• James Edward (8/5): Good communications with owner, modern, clean and comfortable. - Privacy with clean modern ameneties, not far from centre of Bedale. Lack of instant heat in lounge.
• Gavin (9/5): Well equipped property walking distance of Bedale centre - Very well provisioned and equipped. Good support from owner Location was not ideal being near noisy neighbours, playground and a public right of way running behind the property. Of course nothing can really be done about that and the pay off is proximity to Bedale
• Syliva (10/5): Our stay at college Court. - Collage Court had everything you needed, the house was very clean and comfortable, would stop there again, and only 5min walk into the town with bars and cafes and some nice little shops to browse around. Nothing

• Lisa (10/5): - Lovely cottage a few minutes walk from Bedale centre. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities of home, great wi-fi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen & an allocated parking space right outside the cottage. A nice enclosed garden at the rear. 2 bedrooms, 1 en suite with very comfy beds. Great communication from the owner before & during the stay & the welcome pack was a nice touch.
• David (10/5): Ideal holiday home for 2 couples, clean, comfortable, well equipped and great location. - This place had everything you would want from a holiday home for 2 couples, including 2 bathrooms. It was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Nice welcome pack and bottle of fizz, tucked away at the end of a row, nice and quiet, with the added bonus of a designated parking place. The host Simon was great in making contact and provided the door code prior to arrival. He also checked that everything was OK at the end of our visit. Very minor issue, there was only 3 chairs in the garden.

Very good location both for walking into Bedale itself (5 mins to high street) and for wider travels in the area. Good contact from Simon before the visit, with lots of helpful info and assistance.

• Edgar (10/5): Brilliant week in Bedale! - We had a brilliant week in this house! Clean, comfortable, quiet area and plenty of space for our family, with all the essentials for living in it provided. Close to the local town if we need anything from the shops, with friendly locals who informed us of places to visit. The next door neighbours where very welcoming as well. The owner was very accommodating, as we had to book last minute with our previous accommodation getting cancelled last minute. He made sure everything was set up for the way we needed it before we arrived and checked in with us during the week to make everything was going well. We would definitely recommend staying here again.
• Carole (10/5): Fabulous relaxing stay in quality accommodation - Had a fabulous stay here for three nights, the house was very clean, modern and well equipped, the bed was super comfy, the location was perfect and within walking distance of the gorgeous town of Bedale. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals and a lovely welcome pack. It was really nice to come back after a day visiting the Dales and to feel completely relaxed and at home. Simon the host was extremely helpful and responsive. We have stayed in several rental properties over the years and this was definitely one of our favourites and we would return without hesitation. I can't fault any of it, it was perfect!

• Susan (10/5): A lovely place to stay. - College Court was a lovely place. It was very clean, everything you could need was provided, the location was great - an easy 5 minutes walk to Bedale High Street, there was allocated parking immediately outside and also a garage if needed. The garden was well maintained , and seating and a table were provided - it would be lovely in summer. The communication from the owner was good, and very prompt, and the information he provided was clear and helpful too. Highly recommended. Nothing.
• Jacqueline (9/5): Superb - What a lovely house. Perfectly presented, very welcoming, warm & comfortable. A short, easy walk into Bedale main street. The extras provided by the owner were much appreciated, from tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits to washing up liquid and kitchen roll. It really was a home from home. Highly recommended. • Andrew (10/5): Great property in Bedale - The house was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is great with the centre of Bedale just a couple of minutes walk. (It's also right next to my old school, but that's irrelevant). The host was very helpful and we had all the information we needed before we arrived. Would stay again.
• Jacquie (10/5): Execellant all rounder accommodation. Great Host - Location was good, nice and quite. College Court was spotlessly clean. The kitchen facilities were excellant. Very comfortable lounge furniture and good quality beds. There was nothing I disliked.
• Karen (10/5): Excellent - The property was exceptional, everything was good quality. If you wanted to eat in all your stay the kitchen had everything you need. We only cooked breakfast. The only thing that we could say is it would be handy to have instruction leaflets on things like the boiler, as it needed resetting, as the water went cold. I emailed the property owner & he responded very quickly

• Fraser (10/5): We have a relative in Bedale and this house was home from home nearby. - High quality crockery and linen. Coffee machine brilliant and some pods to start us off. Great welcome with milk, tea and coffee and fresh flowers in vases. Simon has thought of everything, washing and dishwasher tabs, all supplied. Very comfortable and cosy stay. We will be back! Nothing to dislike
• Paul (10/5): Excellent place to stay.....will be back again - An excellent place to stay while I was working in the are. Brilliant comms with the property owner before and during the stay and they dealt with any issues immediately and positively. The house is very well appointed and has everything that you would need for a stay.....comfy beds, comfy living area and excellent internet connection. Did not get a chance to use the outside area due to the time of year that I was there, but looks lovely and would be a great place to sit out and enjoy a sociabale beverage and outdoor cooking event. Is also a very handy distance from the high street in Bedale with its selection of shops, cafes, pubs and other eateries Can't really think of anything that I didn't like about the stay...suppose a hot-tub would have been the cherry on the cake. Proximity to local schools may be off putting to some, but once inside with windows and doors closed, you do not notice this at all
