• Hannah (1/5): Very poor as we couldn’t even get in - Nothing I couldn’t even get in the property as the door was locked and the code didn’t work I was sat outside over an hour waiting for the owner to come and let us in and they never came had to book somewhere else.

• Tony (5/5): good for a young adult who wants to use that as a base of operations while going out in leeds for drinks - very central 10 minutes drive away from the city centre perfect for a single lad or person who’s going round leeds for drinks not suitable for families The bedroom floor wasn’t hoovered and there was no toilet roll at all in the bathroom

• Akeem (1/5): The worst I have experienced in my lifetime that I can not even wish my enemy to experience - In fact, run away from this property. We were put in a dormitory converted to a room, that is meant for extral luggage in the ceiling. No blind to shield rays of light away. The host is from African, so rude, wild and arrogant in speech, as if we slept in there for free. We had to descend down the stair case each time to use washroom. In fact, the worst I ever experienced in my lifetime 1, No blind in the room. 2, you can not stand upright in the half section of the room like a German cell 3, U need to come downstairs each time U need to use the toilet 4, Hoist so rude in speeches and arrogant
• David (7/5): Good - Met by a lovely friendly guy, showed us in. Room nice, tv, bed doesn't need anything else in the room. Common areas a bit ropey, kitchen and bathroom to use, but wires hanging out light in bathroom etc. Room itself was good, small electric radiator to warm room which did trick but then common areas where freezing as no heating. Did the job for a nights stay and great value for money.
• John (8/5): Pleasant & comfortable enough - shops very near to buy food, toiletries etc. - Quiet location, use of kitchen - microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge (1 in my room too) washer & dryer. Could do with a few basics in kitchen such as milk, butter, bread, fruit.

• Jethro (1/5): I stayed long enough to book a hotel room elsewhere - The room was "spartan" - a bed, a fan heater and a lamp. The room was filled with the smell from the toilet on the floor below. I did not stay. No smell, some furniture, something more than bare walls.
• David (1/5): Not good. Shame booking was accepted as it shouldn’t have been advertised as available till finished - Location was ok for Leeds fc. Clean sheets, pillow cases , towel provided. Couldn’t gain entry to start. Building was under renovation and shouldn’t have been advertised. Place was un clean, broken window in bedroom, filthy bathroom, carpets/ Lino not fitted correctly, t.v would not work( needed password),toilet seat broken, kitchen in state,damp stains on ceilings.
