- Chris (9/5): - Very clean and well set up little cottage. Location was great for what we needed and the host was really good in terms of communication etc.
- Lucie (10/5): - Tulip Cottage is a beautiful mini home, perfect for a short or long stay as it is very comfortable. Its furnished with everything you would need and is situated in a quiet, peaceful area. Nothing, it was lovely.
- Nicola (8/5): -
- Ian (10/5): Outstanding - The cottage was very cosy, everything was as described in the booking. Will be back. Nothing
- Hilary (9/5): -
- nina (6/5): Was good for what we needed - Good facilities, nice and clean inside The outside area was a run down
- Ruth (10/5): Hosts very helpful and I was very comfortable with everything I needed Lovely place to stay and as I was at work in day - Very quiet and tranquil
Hosts very helpful
Clean comfortable beet homely Nothing
- Michael (10/5): Clean comfy quiet - Location was lovely easy to find...property was lovely and clean no noise from neighbours or surrounding area plenty of parking space by the property Although we didn't use it a slightly larger tv would have been better...apart from that lovely
- Caroline (10/5): -
- Joris (9/5): Prima, alleen bovenstaande punten aandacht geven. - Ligging, douche is erg fijn Slechte lage bank en erg klein bed. Ook extra tafeltje zou handig zijn.
- Douglas (4/5): A real disappointment. - Convenient for visiting Petworth House. It was overpriced compared to other places we have stayed in on this trip. It seemed shabby and uncared for.
- Green (9/5): Superb -
- Tm68 (8/5): Nice property - Tulip Cottage is a lovely, clean and spacious apartment with plenty of kitchen amenities and an iron & iron board. The front and back door windows need a blind or window covering to add privacy from passers by.
The hot water bathroom tap has a very weak flow. We chose to use hot water from the kitchen tap which isn't ideal.
Despite unlocking the lounge and bathroom windows with the key they don't open.
Finally, and I'm not being picky, but outside of the room (front & back) could do with a brush and tidy up (rubbish bag, empty bucket, mop bucket).
- Ian (8/5): Very good - Television reception was very poor, also a electric kettle would be a good idea.
- Lola (10/5): Great stay, perfect quiet location, easy check in, highly recommend! - Beautiful interior, very spacious, rural location so very quiet, super easy check in. Would be perfect for a couple is nights stay or even a week.
- Anne (9/5): Superb - Great communication from Becki.
Lovely quiet location, cottage has everything you need for a short stay.

- Jasmine (9/5): Lovely little cottage for a short stay! - Lovely little cottage for a short stay! The cottage was much bigger than expected, well maintained. You’re surrounded by farm animals which was a plus for us! Could be worth to take a fan with you if you’re staying there during the summer as the bedroom gets fairly hot.
- Ian (9/5): Superb -
- Sammie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adrian (8/5): Attractive recently modernised/converted barn in convenient location. - All was fine we were already aware of this location. Nothing.
- Camilla (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely cottage, spotlessly clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing missing is a full-length mirror.
- Alberta (9/5): Great stay for a weekend - The courtyard is great and the flat is comfortable Nothing really
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place and Becki is a brilliant host.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Gemma (8/5): Cute, comfy, cosy, clean! Great walks from the cottage and a horse for a neighbour! Great stay, would recommend! - Cute stay and well equip property! Lovely finish and very comfy and good location for a wedding we attended. Nothing, was a great stay
- Daniella (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (4/5): OK but could have been better and therefore seemed a bit expensive. - Peaceful, quiet location. Decor was clean and modern. Generally just OK but would not have wanted to stay any longer than our 2 nights Shower appeared to be broken in that it switched between hot and cold at random. Owner was advised. She advised it had not happened before and would have it checked. When it decided to go hot it was extremely hot and potentially dangerous. TV didn’t work on HD channels For a 2 night stay these were fundamental disappointments.
- Francesca (10/5): Exceptional - Was a very last minute booking and was able to get in with half a hour, was a rlly lovely cottage with grate facilities, super clean, felt very safe and was quite too
- Dja90 (10/5): Lovely stay - Great value!
Has everything you need, the kitchen was ideal.
Plenty of parking.
Host was extremely helpful when assistance was requested.
Plenty of space, we were extremely impressed with the cottage - it was ideal. Bed is a little on the shallow side, might be a bit tight for those over 6ft.
- Joe (10/5): It was the perfect stay for 2 nights , and Becki was was very helpful .we would definitely come back again - The property was lovely and cosy , and very comfortable.
- John (8/5): A delightful cottage that would be a good base for a longer stay. - The location was convenient and the site environment was delightful. The apartment was clean, neat and tidy and had all the provisions we expected and more. The accommodation was particularly convenient because our friends were in neighbouring apartments. I didn't sleep well, partly because the bed linen was made of artificial fibres and, I suspect, washed using biological agents. This is understandable but my skin is sensitive to such matters and I often have this problem when travelling.
- Ian (9/5): Cosy apartment for a short stay - Great location, plenty of parking and quiet. Accommodation was modern and finished to a nice standard. Really liked the open plan kitchen and lounge area. Host was easy to contact and communication pre arrival was good. The bed, whilst comfortable, is a sleigh bed so not big enough if you're tall (i.e. 6 foot 3 plus).
There was no iron or ironing board. This would be a useful addition.
- Samantha (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (7/5): Good -
- Keith (9/5): We had a great time and will use again if in the area. - It was a self catering apartment so breakfast was what you wanted, everything was there for you to cook what you took. Set in a lovely and quiet location. Nothing to dislike.
- Nuria (10/5): Cute cottage -
- John (9/5): exactly as described - good location - clear access details provided - clean and comfortable. nothing
- Annette (8/5): Comfortable and warm easy to find and easy check in. I would be really delighted to stay here again. -
- Philip (9/5): Superb -
- Kim (10/5): Excellent stay , will be using monthly - Tulip cottage exceeded my expectations, it was the cleanest place I have ever stayed, furnishings were very tasteful, it was warm and cosy and had everything i needed - will using this place monthly on business stays
Thank you nothing to be negative about

- Diane (1/5): Bad -
- Tanya (10/5): A beautiful cottage which was exceptionally clean throughout. Becki is a wonderful host! - The property is wonderful and exceptionally clean throughout.
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional -
- San (8/5): Very good - Cozy little cottage The mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable, soft and lumpy.
Hot water pressure poor in the sink in the bathroom. Shower tray was broken
- Georgie (10/5): Absolutely fabulous, exceeded my expectations, will definitely come back and highly recommend - Tulip Cottage was the perfect place for my recent short stay. Not only was it immaculately clean and modern, but it also had plenty of character. The owners had clearly put a lot of thought into the design and decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every home comfort was provided for and I couldn't have asked for more. I particularly appreciated the unique touches that gave the cottage charm and personality. I would highly recommend Tulip Cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable and characterful place to stay.
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darren (8/5): Very good -
- Scott (10/5): Fantastic stay with excellent comms - Excellent comms with host and exactly the type of property I was looking for.
- Ruth (10/5): absolutely perfect night away ..peaceful and relaxing - The property was just beautiful and so spacious and everything was provided for
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Good clean accomodation, minor issues with getting in (front door lock jammed). But very happy with facilities, cleanliness and location. Would come again. Minor issues, needs hooks on doors to hang dressing gowns etc, no bins. But realise its a work in progress and one of the best lets we have used.
- Michael (10/5): Fantastic little bolt hole with elegance and style. - Superb and really well presented accommodation in a delightful setting, with some lovely touches that showed a real attention to detail. The sleigh bed, leather chesterfield sofa and amazing shower were all highlights. As was the communication from Becki - which was first class. Thank you. Nothing. it really was superb!
