Guest Reviews
- Clynton (9/5): -
- Eric (8/5): Spotless and comfortable. - Comfortable bed, spotless room, friendly helpful staff, great food and prices and caters for dietary needs. Under cover parking. No table or chairs in room, so no where to sit and enjoy coffee or have takeaways. Only bedding was a doona.. no alternative for those who sleep hot, eg blanket. A microwave instead of coffee machine would be more useful to heat milk, leftovers, etc.
- Sharon (9/5): - Convenient location, easy check-in and had everything needed for a brief solo stay.
- Catherine (10/5): A very clean and comfortable place to stay. - The room was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. It had all we needed. The food at the Tavern next door was very good. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again next time we are in the area. N/A

- Jill (7/5): Great accommodation for a short stay. Very clean and well-presented room. - The accommodation was clean, modern and very good value for money in a convenient location, only a short drive to the beach and town centre. We had dinner at the Burrum Heads Tavern and the meals were good. The hot water in the shower would only work you turned on the hot water tap very hard and had hardly any cold water running. Guests park in the wrong spots allocated for their hotel rooms. This generally isn’t a problem as there is adequate parking even if it isn’t directly outside your hotel room. However, we also had a car block the entrance to the car spot we needed to park in.
- Margaret (7/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff were excellent - A microwave, outside seating

- Joseph (7/5): Great spot to stop! - Great spot next to the Pub! Friendly staff comfy bed! Maintenance needs to look at the plumbing. Nothing major just a leaky shower and stiif sink taps.

- barker (8/5): -
- Michelle (8/5): Easy - Tanya and her team are great 😊
- Jhong Ru (8/5): - The room has good soundproofing; outside noise can only be heard in the bathroom and near the entrance.
The bathroom mirror has built-in lighting, which is very suitable for makeup. The desk and shelves in the room are covered with a layer of dust, making it feel like no one has stayed there for several days. However, the bedsheets seem to have been changed to clean ones, with no visible dirt or stains.
- Simon (5/5): I was refunded due to the staff party - Staff living onsite had a party. Enough said.

- Sharon (9/5): - The freshly renovated rooms were a perfect space and gave a nice, fresh vibe. The bed was very comfortable and despite being behind the tavern, it was very quiet. One of ny towels was dirty but I did not bring this to the attention of staff. I am sure this woild have been rectified.

- Karen (10/5): Great value pub stay - This was one of the best budget rooms we've ever booked. Had very low expectations based on the price, but delighted to find a recently renovated room. Flooring & most of the furniture new. Bathroom surprisingly well fitted out for the level of accommodation. Comfortable bed. Nespresso pod machine (& pods supplied). Double roller blinds to permit light/privacy/full block out as desired. Older exposed brick walls freshly painted white.
"Rear of the pub" rooms never looked so inviting. Parking immediately out front of the room. Quiter than we expected given proximity to alfresco pub dining.
Staff in the pub very welcoming & helpful. Menu & food service in the bistro were better than expected. It's not a 5 star establishment but cheap & very cheerful value for money. Nothing.
- GeorgeandJoyce (10/5): Wonderful place - We stayed in 6 hotels during our Australian trip and this was by far the best. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed.
The staff were very nice and the food was amazing. Nothing.
