• Nnanna (9/5): Great stay👍 Will be back! - The property was clean and quiet, easy access to buses and shops. Overall stay was great! Wood at the end of bed made it uncomfortable to sleep as I am 6ft8 tall and a shaver’s socket in the bathroom will be nice.

• C. (8/5): - Conveniently located Bedroom doors only open with the key. Please don't forget your key while getting a shower. I got woken up at night by a neighbour who forgot their keys and phone in their bedroom.

• Peter (8/5): Great for off airport overnight stay - The house was very tidy and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and it only took me 8 minutes to drive to my airport parking. There was one very very very tiny issue surrounding availablity of toilet tissue, but 1 quick message to the owner & it was sorted
• Irene (6/5): Good choice if you do not mind walking or have a car. - I liked the check in and check out process which run smoothly with no human interaction. The property was overall clean when I arrived. Bed is really small with hard mattress but for me was ok. Big Tesco 10 minutes walking distance from the property. Residential area. Heating was on all time. Bathroom very clean overall. Stairs but only two floors. Consider this if you bring heavy luggage. At night I had to use some earbuds since there was a person snoring next door. Bear in mind that this is a shared property with at least three dormitories. At some point, there was some tiny bit of food on the floor in the kitchen and dirty dishes with no one there but I guess this was accidental and he/she did not realise that something was left behind. Bus number 5 has a bus stop 5 minutes away from the property. I saw the bus when I left the day after. This was not advised by the property and you have to walk 10-15 minutes if you are arriving from Crawley city center. It might not be a regular service.
• Marie-Ange (5/5): Logement pratique mais trop bruyant - Emplacement assez pratique pour l'aéroport de Gatwick, accès à l'aéroport via un arrêt de train C'est une maison partagée, les cloisons intérieures sont vraiment très fines - les ronflements du voisin nous ont dérangé - et le store laissait passer la lumière de la rue, nous entendons aussi passer les voitures !

• Elaine (9/5): Clean and comfortable. - There was a problem in one of the bathrooms, and the host was round to deal with it in less than half an hour. He fixed it quite quickly, and was very apologetic. It would be helpful to have blackout blinds or dark, heavy curtains to shut out the street lighting at night.

• Henar (9/5): Limpio y cercano al aeropuerto - Ubicado en una zona tranquila cerca del aeropuerto (de noche nos costó llegar en taxi 10 minutos y menos de 30£) Cama cómoda con disponibilidad de más de una almohada por persona. Lugar muy limpio Al ser casa compartida otros usuarios llegaron a la 1:30 de la mañana hablado alto y no sabían entrar a su habitación. Y fueron intentando entrar en todas las del lugar. Además se escuchaba todo lo que ocurría en la habitación de al lado.

• Jemima (7/5): It was pleasant, calm, quiet and clean. - The location was convenient for my bus route to work at Wakehurst, and my journey from Hampshire. I liked being able to cook my own food. The shower worked well -water was hot. Having Lidl nearby was handy. It was easy to access the key safe. Like having access to a fridge. I could hear noise easily from the next room. But ppl were quiet and respectful.

• Janet (7/5): Basic but great for a short stay - It’s very clean and the washroom upstairs was particularly spacious. The house was easy to get to from Gatwick. I took the train one stop and then walked the rest of the way. Felt safe and residential even though it was after 11 pm. That was £3.20 vs. £27 for a taxi! I had the single room and it was very small. Did the trick but would have been improved with a small bedside lamp. The overhead light was very bright. Maybe a mirror so one person isn’t colonizing the shared washroom. Also, it was cold and there was no extra blanket. The house number was impossible to see at night. I just triangulated from the numbers I could see and then spotted the lock box and gave it a go.

• NAOYO (10/5): ガトウィック空港を利用するなら最適です。 - 事前のメールでの問い合わせについても迅速な対応で、大変助かりました。 無人ということでしたが、スタッフの方がチェックインにいらして、荷物を２階まで運んでくださいました。 お部屋やキッチン、お風呂やトイレなど、とても綺麗で、快適に過ごすことができました。 駅からは少し距離はありましたが、大変わかりやすく、駅の近くにスーパーマーケットもあったので、食事にも困りませんでした。 ガトウィック空港からのアクセスが良く、便利でした。 フリーWi-Fiがあったのですが、感度が悪く、結局は有料のWi-Fiを利用しました。

• britto (7/5): - Entry to the property was pretty straightforward and hassle free. I had just gotten back from work all tired and checking in was easy. Room no 2 the door was a little stiff when closing it. It didnt bother me as such but it being late could have disturbed other guests. There was no toilet paper in the morning, I did see 3 rolls the night before so dont know what happened of them.

• Manley (4/5): Disappointing - I had booked a hotel room, only to discover that it was a roo in a shared house. The room was spacious, neat and clean, bed comfortable and well presented. There were extra pillows in the wardrobe if needed. However, there were no facilities for a hot drink in my room as expected. I had to leave the safety of my bedroom to attempt making a cup of hot drink in the communal kitchen but there was only a small amount of milk in a plastic bottle which someone had drunk from with evidence of pink lipstick all around top!!!!!! Consequently, I ended going with out a hot drink on arrival and tried go make a cup of black coffee I the morning which was quite a challenge!!!! The owner was quite argumentative when I raised my concen over the unfortunate situation of no proper facility for a decent hot drink even at the start of the day. I will not recommend this place to anyone.. NEVER.
