• Grace (9/5): Lovely stay and host - The property was absolutely beautiful and very nicely decorated. The bathroom and kitchen were so nice and it was really clean. The area is not the best, seems quite rough
• Talia (10/5): Great location and very comfy, would book again! - The location was great being only a 15 minute walk into town, the space was clean a perfectly laid out for the 6 of us staying! Everything was so good the only thing we could possibly think was missing was body wash would be great and maybe some scissors in the apartment. There is only 1 bathroom for 6 people but that wasn’t really an issue 👍🏻

• Helen (10/5): - Everything was fantastic. It’s was immaculate when we got there. The beds are extremely comfortable, even the sheets are soft and cozy. Lots of towels to go round. Bathroom is a good size. The kitchen has everything in it to use. There is a small balcony area which is really nice. It’s well furnished and we had everything we needed. It’s about 15 min walk to the Bullring shopping centre and a little corner shop right near by. The owners are really helpful when getting in and helpful throughout as they make sure everything is going ok. Nothing

• Aileen (10/5): Would definitely stay here again - Very clean and equipped well. Good instructions from host on how to gain access. Secure parking. Comfy beds. Walking distance to centre but as it was raining we took an uber 🤣£6. Area was a bit “rough” but felt secure and safe in the apartment

Lo mejor a destacar es la comodidad del colchón y la suavidad de las sábanas, nunca en un Airbnb me había encontrado algo así. Tras reservar para 7, uno no pudo venir y se solicitó reducción y reajuste del precio que no se pudo/quiso hacer, proponiendo la cancelación y nueva reserva.

• Wing Sze (6/5): Comfortable but a bit hot in the daytime in July. - Clean and tidy, with free private parking The lift suddenly out of order and I was trapped inside the lift for 30 minutes. Nobody repair the lift the following 4 days and we have to walk up the stairs to 4/F with our luggages.

• Kim (10/5): Lovely stay, comfy beds, modern apartment, friendly accommodating hosts - Lovely clean rooms, nicely decorated, all kitchen amenities including tea, coffee and sugar. Fans provided. Lovely modern bathroom with bath and rainfall shower. 3 double beds, 2 in one room, 1 in the other, all very comfy. Towels provided but not very big so would advise to bring your own. Car parking for one car under the building. Lift to all floors. Lovely hosts, came to greet us and showed us the place, gave us codes for everything etc. Would definitely recommend. Nothing major but only parking for one car as on street is permit parking and if you park in another space under the building, you risk a £100 fine. Property is also very hot as it is on top floor and has an airing cupboard with immersion cylinder but we did have fans so wasn’t too bad. Sofa isn’t the comfiest and not a lot of room for 4 adults to relax but there is also a table and 4 chairs so made it work. Also need a hand towel in the bathroom.

Tha - Host was unbelievably accommodating, superb communication, ultra flexible It was very hot when we arrived as the apartment is quite high up (there is a lift). Would have benefited from windows being open a little and some air. That is my only complaint.

Nicely positioned for town and for Edgbaston. Very quiet and relaxing. Owners were responsive to a problem with the hot water. Couldn't get it fixed during our stay, but were on it straight away.
• Lauren (10/5): Was perfect 🥰 - Hosts were super friendly,.welcoming and easily approached. I couldn't of asked for more. I booked for my hen do accommodation as we had booked lots of activities booked in the city centre so needed somewhere to crash in evenings and to get ready. The apartment was very well kept and clean , and looked just as it does in the photos. The hosts and accommodation really finished off my hem do. Couldn't recommend them enough. Will be staying again. Nothing.
• Sarahs (8/5): A gorgeous apartment, in an ideal location. - This apartment more than exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful. The decor is gorgeous and it felt really clean and fresh. The hosts had left milk and water in the fridge and there were tea and coffee facilities available aswell. The beds had crisp white bedding and the softest pillows. The mattress was ridiculously comfy. Fresh towels were appreciated aswell. The location is really good. Around a 15 minute walk from China Town and around 20 minutes to the Bull Ring. Even an Uber was only about £7. The property had secure parking, which was good and we felt safe whilst staying there. The hosts were lovely and really accommodating and you can tell they have tried to think of all the little extras you may need when staying in their property. - We were lucky we had really good weather on arriving in Birmingham, however this meant the apartment was stiflingly hot. It would benefit from having some fans in each room and maybe top sheets on the beds rather than the quilts. - There was only one mirror in the hall and then one in the bathroom. The bedrooms definitely need mirrors, ideally near plugs as we were six women all trying to do our make up, straighten hair etc vying for the one mirror in the hall. This was less than ideal. - I would of preferred collecting the keys from a lockbox, as traffic was bad driving down and I had to keep messaging the hosts to change our time of arrival. This put added pressure on me and gave me anxiety knowing I had to be there for a specific time. This isn't really how I want to start my weekend away.
• Rhiannon (10/5): Lovely apartment great location - Great location, 15min stroll into the centre. Apartment was spacious. Comfy beds. Nice things like drinks left in the fridge for us. Very clean. Would happily stay again. Hosts very friendly. There must be a reason you personally check guests in and out, but my preference would be to have a key box.

• Tracey (10/5): Comfortable and elegant accommodation - Very clean, beautifully furnished, really lovely apartment with lovely owner The view wasn't great but there's not much the owner can do about that, it certainly didn't detract from the loveliness of the apartment.
• Iamhelennrosee (10/5): We loved this little place! - This little apartment was lovely. Very clean, very cute, and the beds were amazingly comfortable!! Lovely quiet area, no issues at all. The host was lovely and we had everything we needed in the flat. Thank you very much! The hot water decided when it wanted to work, even with the boost button. Unsure if this was due to a water leak in the underground car port?
• Charlotte (8/5): Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, would highly recommended however, for smaller groups. - The property was lovely and clean, beds were extremely comfortable! Really good location, close to shopping and nightlife! Staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly! Unfortunately, there was no working elevator for the duration of our stay and we were accommodated on the top floor which wasn’t ideal. Also, I would suggest that this particular apartment isn’t really suitable for larger groups. We stayed as a group of 6 and it was a bit of a squeeze, as there was only 1 bathroom and only 1 sofa, so if you were wanting to socialise in the lounge area, some people would had to sit on the floor which, for us, wasn’t great.

The owners of this property took care to focus on all the small details and you can tell a lot of thought and love went into designing the place. The beds are SO comfy and the location was perfect! The owners were very friendly and incredibly responsive - couldn't ask for more really! Will definitely stay again the next time I'm in Birmingham!

• Sarah (7/5): Good - Nice and friendly owner. Was accommodating. Apartment was clean and well laid out. Had good amount of sundries. Only 1 key with no letterbox in the door. If you need to go out and leave someone else asleep in the apartment you need to lock the door for security, but then there is no way for the person(s) left to leave the apartment later because they can't lock the door.

• Spencer (9/5): Superb - Property was really clean and modern. The beds were also really comfy. Good location with shops near by and about 10 min drive to Broad street. Hosts were very welcoming and super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Only minor issue is that the water wasn’t very hot. Other than that it was fab!

I couldn't figure out how to turn hot water up but I also didn't ask at any point which I could've but I just didn't bother so my own fault only saying so anyone else booking can ask if its not hot enough for them also.
