• Mauro (9/5): Der Aufenthalt hat Spass gemacht und die Dienstleistung absolut gut. - Das Frühstück war ausreichend im Angebot und gut. Zusätzliche Wünsche wurden gerne erfüllt. Das Brotangebot war für jene, die etwas später frühstücken kamen, nicht mehr vollumfänglich verfügbar. Das Bett hat eine zu weiche, in der Mitte durchhängende Matratze. Sonst keine Dinge, die erwähnt werden müssen.
• Sabine (9/5): Sehr freundlich und es hat an nichts gefehlt... - Das Hotel liegt sehr gut und zentral in der Lenzerheide, direkt an der Skipiste (Talabfahrt). DAs Frühstück war super und sehr vielseitig. Guter SPA-Bereich, den wir nutzen durften im Haupthotel. Wir haben auch im Hotel am Abend auch gegessen, das war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

• Nadine (8/5): Sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes Hotel - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir konnten den Spa Bereich des Hotels Lenzerhorn kostenfrei mit nutzen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an hervorragenden Restaurants im Haus. Keine Minibar bzw. Kein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer und keine Angebot von Kaffee oder Tee auf dem Zimmer.

Breakfast has some vegan option, really appreciated, but I would suggest more specific label and addition of vegan yogurt :) The street is really noisy at the evening and it’s quite difficult to sleep with windows open. The temperature of the room was too hot this is why we choose to open the windows in the night.

• David (10/5): Brilliant one of the best hotels I have stayed at in recent years - Location, the room was comfortable! Spacious and clean. Appreciated bath and shower being separate. Staff displayed understated efficiency and attentiveness that added to the relaxing atmosphere. We had breakfast across the road in the Lenzerhorn which was no hardship especially as the range and quality of the food was exceptional - even used the pizzeria for takeaways on a couple of occasions. Other nights we ate in the Spescha and the meals and house wines were also excellent. Nothing

• Donnah (9/5): Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - Sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. In Kombination mit dem Lenzerhof konnten wir auch den Spabereich nutzen und geniessen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren auch sehr gut und vielfältig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Leute an der Rezeption freundlich. Gute Lage, mit dem Velo in wenigen Minuten bei der Rothornbahn. Beim Frühstück könnte das Personal etwas aufmerksamer sein, ich musste zweimal nachfragen, ob ich etwas zu trinken haben kann. Das Zimmer liegt halt an einer Strasse, deshalb bisschen Lärm resp. Fenster müssen beim Schlafen geschlossen bleiben.

Ein Tisch bietet die Möglichkeit, im Zimmer zu essen und zum Spielen. Tolles Frühstück im Hotel Lenzerhorn und die Möglichkeit Wellness und Spa, sowie das Spielzimmer zu nutzen. Möglichkeit zum Abendessen im Haus Spescha und im Lenzerhorn. Umgebung (Garten, Pflanzen) von Haus Spescha etwas vernachlässigt.

Kostenloses Wellness im Hotel Lenzhorn,sogar noch am Abreisetag das finde ich nicht selbstverständlich. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Abendessen top,wir waren 2x im Restaurant Lenzhorn. Ausserdem sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes,aber nicht aufdringliches Personal.
