• Philip (6/5): Super location, likely one of the best in Filandia, but the cleanliness needs improvement. - The location is at the entrance of the village and not very far from the center square and restaurants. The area is very safe. The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms which was very convenient for us. The top floor is a big space that offers great views in every direction. Whenever we needed something, Gloria, the host would help us with that. She arranged a pickup from and to the airport in Pereira, she brought a hair blower and gave us tips on how to get around. There is a bar/shop nearby where you can get all kinds of drinks, ice and small snacks. We had a lot of luggage. It was not easy to get it upstairs because the doors are not very wide and the stairs are wide but partially unusable because you’d bump your head into a low beam. Luckily we got help from our driver and from Gloria. The apartment was not clean. There were dead insects near the windows and when we vacuum cleaned the carpet we saw its real colors. There was some kind of white fur clinging to it. People who are sensitive to noise might have a problem with the music coming from the bar till around midnight and in the early morning coming from a gym nearby. For us it did not have any impact.

• Silveira (1/5): Terrible experience. I was harass by the owner - The apartment is very spacious, modern, and clean. However, it is located half a block from the main access road to the town, which makes it very noisy. What was TERRIBLE was the owner’s usury and harassment. When we arrived, the payment link did not work with any of the three credit cards we had. No alternative options were offered. While we were trying to find a solution on our own, she sent the manager to harass us for 24 hours: 25 calls in one day, 11 calls within a single hour, and dozens of WhatsApp messages every two minutes. Finally, at 10:00 p.m., she showed up, violently banging on the door and demanding payment. I have never experienced anything like this. I have never been in such a violent situation at a place of accommodation. The worst experience of my life.

• Patiño (10/5): El mejor lugar para estar en Filandia - Todo. Es cómodo cerca al la plaza del pueblo. La amabilidad de la persona que nos entregó, es un lugar para volver sin duda. Cómodo, amplio, tiene terraza como para sentarse a tomar cervecita por la noche o a jugar juegos de mesa. Sus 2 Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, dos baños, una vista increíble y una sala para ver una película muy bien equipada. Todo fue perfecto.

• CARLOS (10/5): Buena opción para familias en Filandia - Buena ubicación, a pocas cuadras del centro. No hay ruido La calle es muy estrecha, por lo q estacionar afuera es difícil pero no pasó nada malo con el vehículo.

No pics of the exterior or house number made it hard to find. 10% city tax added to the stated price on arrival. Video surveillance (Alexa) in living room. Nowhere to hang your clothes, only drawers. Kitchen and bathroom weren't clean. Little or no hot water. Insufficient cooking utensils (pots). Poor soundproofing to neighbour apt. Not possible to adjust the big curtains individually. No furniture, plants, or clothes line on roof terrace. Something wrong with the electricity, maybe low voltage, couldn't charge my batteries. Awkward entrance doors.
