- John (8/5): Good location clean and spacious property - Conveniently located by the station. Pleasant area, lots close by and fairly quiet. Owner was pleasant and responsive Extractor fan not working and a few problems with the hot water. All fixable.

Without the host hospitability, my kids will have a nightmare becuase of the weather but becuase of there great accomodation to us, they provided us a new apartment which is nice. Not much

- Susan (4/5): Cattaneo flat - Location Bad electrics in all rooms, sockets broken. No plate in microwave, unusable. Blocked sinks in kitchen and bathroom sink. Shower water cold and only a trickle. Dirty settee covered with a bedding sheet. Unwashed cups in cupboard
- Florent (6/5): Good location - Good location in the centre of Rome and right by the train station. Quite spacious. Old building with some maintenance problems. One of the toilets wasn't working during our whole stay. They charge a fee for paying by card.
- Ezgi (7/5): Great location but needs improvement - The apartment is very centrally located, within walking distance to Roma-Termini station. Transportation is quite easy. The apartment, located on the 4th floor, also has an elevator. It features a spacious and airy living room and bedrooms. Marco, who welcomed us at the entrance, was very kind and waited for us despite our late arrival. Because it is very centrally located, it can be a bit noisy at night. Additionally, in the facility with two toilets, one was out of order. We were told it would be fixed, but it wasn't repaired during our stay. With our group of five, using just one toilet was a bit challenging. Also, the cleanliness could have been better.
